Shai and Yuzu were with their grandmother talking about their day
"Yeah so don't worry grandma. My sensei understood and said it was okay. Hehe I still I have to finish this work though" Yuzu said
"That's great Yuzu. Shai...? How are you and your family? I haven't heard from them" Her grandmother said
"U-uhm mother said that she'll visit soon. Probably tonight when she gets home" Shai said and smiled. Yuzu looked at Shai and felt a bit odd
Why do I sense...something wrong about her?
"Okay dear but please tell her to see me. I haven't seen you or your mother and I really need to talk to her" Her grandmother said
"Yes grandma. Don't worry I'll tell them soon" Shai said and held her grandmother's hand. Her grandmother smiled softly and looked out the window
"You two better get home now. It's getting dark" Her grandmother said
"But grandma we can't leave you here alone. What if something goes wrong?" Yuzu asked
"Relax my dear it's okay. I know you're worried but nothing bad will happen and if something goes wrong I'll call for help" Her grandmother said
"Okay...take care and sleep well" Yuzu said and kissed her forehead softly
"You both get home safely. Love you" Their grandmother said and kissed both of their heads
"We will and please get better soon" Shai said
"Of course dear. Bye" Their grandmother said
"Bye grandma" Yuzu said
"Bye and feel better soon" Shai said. The two girls left their grandmother and left the hospital heading back home. Yuzu looked at Shai who looked a bit upset
"Hey Shai..." Yuzu said
"Hm? Yes Yuzuko?" Shai asked
"Uhm...are you feeling okay?" Yuzu asked
"Of course I am. What makes you think that I'm not?" Shai asked
"Well...back there when grandma asked about your family you seemed uhm...how should I put this? You seemed a bit upset..." Yuzu said
"Oh...hehe it's nothing" Shai said and smiled
"You sure? I mean if you have any problems you know I'm always here for you if you need to talk" Yuzu said
"Yeah I'm fine" Shai said and pressed the button to cross the street
"Well...if you say so" Yuzu said
"Hehe well I'll be going now. Get home safely and sweet dreams" Shai said and walked across the street heading straight home. Yuzu stood there and waved goodbye but couldn't help but feel the odd feeling she felt inside
Something's wrong...hopefully everything is okay

Shai walked home and her smile soon faded away as she got closer to her house. She looked up and noticed her mother's car
Oh...she's here
She walked the steps to her place and saw her parents in the kitchen. Her mother noticed her and walked up to her
"Shai why did you come home late?" Her mother asked worriedly
"I-I was visiting grandma. She's at the hospital remember?" Shai asked
"Oh right...mother is sick" Her mother said
"W-will you be able to-"
"Dear mind coming back?" Her step father said
"Of course honey" Her mother said and walked back to the kitchen. Shai stood there and clenched her fists tightly as she looked down
She never pays attention to me...she is always with him. I wish I could just tell her but...I'm scared...
"Hm? Shai aren't you going to eat?" Her mother asked
"No mother...I'm fine" Shai said and smiled
"Okay dear" Her mother said. Shai walked upstairs heading to her room and closed the door once she got inside. She dropped her bag onto the floor and began to remove her tie
Shit...forgot I had to change before heading to some place else. Oh well...at least the teacher didn't get mad because Yuzu was with me...
Shai removed her clothes and decided to shower until she heard a few shouts
"No! Let m-me go!" Her mother said
"Awww come on sweetie~" Her step dad said. Shai gasped and immediately grabbed whatever clothes she found then grabbed the pocket knife. She opened the door and headed downstairs then stopped as she hid
"What's wrong with you? Are you still thinking about him?" Her step dad asked
"No...it's not that..." Her mother said as she looked down
"Then what's wrong?" Her step dad asked
"I-it's just...ugh...whenever I see her all I could see is her father" Her mother said and trembled
"Sweetie. ..he's dead. He's gone for good" He said
"I know I know but...Shai keeps looking more and more like him. She literally acts like him too. He would always smile and be sweet...but...at the same time he was a maniac. A psycho who only enjoyed beating up others just for fun..." She said and cried softly as she covered her face
"Calm down everything will be okay" He said as he hugged her then stroked her hair softly
"And he was such an ass...that bitch...he still liked her. I could tell...it was written all over his face. Celeste Momokino was a spoiled bitch..." She said and clenched her fists tightly
"Shhhhh...everything is okay" He said
"What if Shai becomes like him?" She asked
"Well...just get rid of her. I mean kick her out...why didn't you just leave her?" He asked
"I couldn't...Shailung would've killed me. He really did love her..." She said
"Then why not divorce him? You could've been freed and live on your own" He said
"He was a fuckin psychopath...he could've killed me. I still remember that day...where I found him..." She said and cried
Flashback
"S-shailung?" The woman trembled and backed up as she fell down on the floor. Shailung panted heavily and turned around to look at her with a smirk
"Kallen...hehe...my dear Kallen..." Shailung mumbled as he walked up to her dropping his bloody knife onto the floor and walked up to her. Kallen trembled and backed up
"St-stay away! Stay back!" Kallen cried and trembled. Shailung gasped softly and fell on his knees
"But K-kallen...I love you...I-I need to protect you...be mine...all mine~" Shailung whispered as he leaned in and kissed her. Kallen trembled as tears rolled down her cheeks and kissed back so he wouldn't hurt her. Shailung broke the kiss and smiled
"Kallen...I love you so much. I will protect both you and Shai...my wonderful wife and daughter. We will live happily together~" Shailung said and wiped her tears. Kallen trembled and tried to calm herself down. Shailung just chuckled softly and stood up
"Now...mind helping me get rid of this bastard?" Shailung asked. Kallen gulped and nodded
"O-okay..." Kallen said as she looked down

"I-I just can't stand it...sh-she looks so much like him. I-it scares me..." Kallen said and trembled
"Kallen...trust me. I'm here now..." Her husband said as he held her closely and stroked her hair softly
"I just want to end my life...I don't want to go through that ever again. I know Shai is a sweet girl but...ugh...why did she have to end up like her father? If only...I hadn't gotten pregnant by him...everything would've been fine" Kallen said. Shai was still hidden as tears built up in her eyes and looked down
Mom hates me...she never loved me or dad...all because I act like him a-and look like him...
"Relax...once Shai grows up she'll be out of our lives. Hehe we might even make a new child and this time our child will be better than her" He said
"Alright" Kallen said and leaned in to kiss him. Shai clenched her fists tightly as tears rolled down her cheeks. She stood up and walked up to her mother interrupting them. Kallen's eyes widen and pulled away
"Sh-shai?!" Kallen exclaimed. Shai let out a whimper and lifted her head revealing her teary blue eyes
"Y-you never...loved me...n-nor wanted me a-as your daughter" Shai cried
"N-no Shai...i-it's not what I m-me-"
"Shut up! You never loved me nor papa! He may be a crazy psycho but I know he never meant to hurt others! It's not his fault he turned out this way! It's because he never had a childhood! I want papa back but you had to end up with an asshole!" Shai shouted. Kallen stood up and walked up to her then slapped her hard across her face
"Don't talk to your father like that!" Kallen shouted. Shai cried and pushed her mother
"HE'S NOT MY FUCKIN FATHER! I FUCKIN HATE YOU! YOU NEVER PAY ATTENTION TO ME! I WISH I HAD A NEW MOTHER WHO LOVES ME! NOT A FUCKIN SLUT LIKE YOU!" Shai shouted and ran out of the house
"Shai Okogi! Shai come back!" Kallen shouted and got out of the house but Shai was already far away
"Shai!" Kallen shouted and gasped realizing what she'd done. She teared up then trembled as she covered her mouth then fell onto her knees
What have I done...? Sh-shai...please..forgive me...

"Grandma what are you doing?" Matsuri asked as she finished showering with the towel over her head
"Just preparing things for dinner" Her grandmother said with a smile
"Yay! Dinner!" Matsuri cheered. Suddenly the doorbell rung and her grandfather walked up to the door then opened it revealing Soha and her two daughters. Matsuri's eyes widen as her face redden and immediately went back upstairs again going straight to her room
"Huh? Matsuri come down!" Her grandmother said calling her but Matsuri was in her room with a blanket wrapped around her as she was blushing deeply. Her grandmother just sighed and smiled at the guests
"Welcome Taniguchis. Please make yourself at home" The old lady said greeting them
"Thank you Mrs. Mizusawa" Soha said
"Thank you ma'am" Both Mitsuko and Harumin said as they bowed down
"Matsuri get down here" Her grandfather called her. Matsuri just removed the blanket and groaned
Why? Why did she have to being them along? Just be cool and act calm...
Matsuri stood up from the bed and walked out of her room. She walked downstairs and blushed deeply as she saw Harumin

"H-hi ma'am" Matsuri said and bowed down then felt like hiding again since she was embarrassed
"Hehe no need to be formal Matsuri. We're family" Soha said as she walked up to her and ruffled her hair. Matsuri blushed and lifted her head up then smiled
"Okay Mama" Matsuri said and hugged her. Soha smiled and hugged her back
"And if you want you may call them your sisters" Soha said as she smiled brightly
"What?" Matsuri asked
"What!?" Both Mitsuko and Harumin exclaimed as they blushed feeling embarrassed
"Go say hi to your sisters now" Her grandmother said. Matsuri blushed deeply and hid behind Soha
"Awwww she's embarrassed" Her grandmother said. Matsuri buried her face against Soha's stomach and kept blushing

"Anyways I'll prepare the table" Her grandfather said
"I'll help you out dear" She said
"I-I wanna help out too" Matsuri said and walked up to them
"Of course Matsuri-chan" Her grandmother said as she patted her head softly. Matsuri just blushed and helped prepare the table. After the table was ready everyone sat down and ate. They all began talking about adult stuff and what their hobbies were. Of course Matsuri just spaced out and didn't bother to listen. She just ate and couldn't stop staring at Harumin
Oh fuck...what's wrong with me? These feelings are just gonna keep going. It won't stop...
"Matsuri-chan did you know that my sweet daughters took care of you?" Soha asked
"M-mom let's not-"
"Oh why not Harumi? Are you embarrassed?" Soha asked
"N-no but it's just...ugh..." Harumin groaned and covered her face
"Eh? They took care of me?" Matsuri asked
"Don't you remember? You were about 5 and we took you to their place since we were really busy" Her grandmother said
"Harumi was 13 and Mitsuko was 15 about to enter the Aihara Academy. Hehe you always enjoyed disturbing them both especially Mitsuko during her studies. You would always run up to her and sit on her lap to watch TV" Soha said and giggled. Matsuri's face was just completely red and Mitsuko just looked to the other side blushing in embarrassment
"There is no need to mention that" Mitsuko said
"Oh Mitsuko don't be embarrassed. On the other hand Harumin was just jealous of Mitsuko. She would always plead to you to be with her. It was cute the drawing you made for her. It read 'I love you Onee-chan'. Harumi even cried with joy" Soha said
"M-mom!" Harumin said as her face turned red. Matsuri just blushed and covered her face
Flashback
"Onee-chan!" Matsuri said and knocked the door. Mitsuko was in her desk and groaned as she was trying to finish her work. Matsuri whimpered and began to cry wanting to go inside. Mitsuko just stood up and walked up to the door then opened it
"What do you want?" Mitsuko asked. Matsuri just ran inside and patted on bed
"Sit...pwease?" Matsuri asked and whimpered
"I-I have to study" Mitsuko said
"Pwetty pwease?" Matsuri asked and pouted. Mitsuko just sighed and sat down on her bed. Matsuri hopped in bed with her then got on her lap and got the remote to the TV. She turned on the TV and leaned back against Mitsuko's big chest. Mitsuko blushed and groaned. Matsuri lifted her head up and looked at Mitsuko. She reached her hand up then touched her long hair. Mitsuko looked down at her and glared at her a bit
"I like you" Matsuri said and looked back at the TV. Mitsuko just blushed and groaned softly
"Onee-chan have you seen Matsuri-chan?" Harumin asked as she opened the door and saw Matsuri
"Matsuri-chan!" Harumin said and ran up to her. Matsuri just looked at her and tilted her head
"Hey Matsuri please go with Harumi while I study" Mitsuko said as she grabbed Matsuri. Matsuri whined and teared up
"Ugh...why me...?" Mitsuko asked
"Matsuri-chan come on. We can do whatever you want" Harumin said
"No..." Matsuri said
"Please Matsuri-chan. We can go outside or I can make you some cookies or we can watch TV together" Harumin said. Matsuri just stared at her and nuzzled in Mitsuko's chest
"Please Matsuri..." Harumin said in a pleading voice. Matsuri just looked at her and reached her arms out
"Mik.." Matsuri said
"E-eh?" Harumin asked
"Mik...hungwy..." Matsuri said
"Milk?" Harumin asked and Matsuri nodded
"Just take her away" Mitsuko said. Harumin wrapped her arms around her then Matsuri wrapped her arms and legs around her
"Bye bye Onee-chan" Matsuri said. Mitsuko just groaned and shut her door. Harumin took Matsuri to the kitchen and gave her a glass of milk. Matsuri took the glass and took a small sip
"Mama...back" Matsuri said
"Mama will be back in a bit" Harumin said
"Daw" Matsuri said
"Huh?" Harumin asked
"Daw pichure..." Matsuri said
"O-oh okay" Harumin said and left to get the drawing supplies and paper. Matsuri grabbed some crayons and began to draw. Harumin just sat down and watched her draw. She smiled a bit and decided to rest for a bit as she laid her head down on the table. After a couple of minutes Matsuri finished and looked at Harumin. She got out of her seat and tapped Harumin's shoulder
"Onee-chan...done" Matsuri said and showed the picture to Harumin. Harumin's eyes widen and teared up
"I wuv you Onee-chan" Matsuri said and smiled
"I love you too Matsuri-chan!" Harumin said and tackled her as she pulled her into a hug. Soha ended up coming back finding her daughter hugging the little young girl. She smiled softly and giggled
