The next morning, as she woke up Adaa found a video message from Arjun, and without any delay, she clicked on it.

"Good morning Princess, I know you would have a lot of questions for me so I am here to answer most of them. Let me start from the beginning, I met Ro when I was ten I guess, I saw him playing cricket in the ground where I had a small tent as my shelter and the tea shop in front of the ground was my workplace. I used to watch many kids like me playing daily but none asked me to join them except him. He was the only one who spoke to me and every day he brought snacks for me. I don't know what he saw in me but he was a blessing in disguise for me. As days passed by he became busy with his cricket and once again I was left alone. His parents joined me in an orphanage and I thought that would change my life. But I was wrong...God had a lot of things in store for me. One similar day, when I was loitering in the ground, I was abducted by a child trafficking gang and was forced to beg. Those seven days were nothing less than hell for me...they tortured me as I couldn't get much money and that is when I decided that I wouldn't let anyone feel superior to me...I would be the sole emperor of my life and many more around me. I burnt the whole place and came out without any regret. Stranded on the road, I found many like me and everyone had their share of their misery...as you know bad looks so alluring and then we started our illegal business of drugs, killing, extortion, weapons...name an illegal activity I was behind it. But never have touched girls...you can trust me on that and all the credit goes to Ro. He did impart a few good qualities to me. To cover dark business, I invested the money in many companies and that's how people know me to be one of the most successful entrepreneurs. I know you would want me to leave all this and stay with you happily but princess, once we get into it...the only escape is death. Because I have enemies all around and giving this up, I would put your life too in danger which I couldn't dream of. So, it's better that I leave you in your beautiful and safer world, unlike mine. And one more thing Sweettoo, remember that I told you that no one could ever love you more than me...I was wrong, there is this man who loves you so much that he is ready to sacrifice you for your happiness which I wouldn't have done if I had a choice. He is none other than Shreyas...I know it is difficult for you to believe but just look into his eyes, one can clearly see the love for you. Trust me you both would make a good pair and he will take nice care of you. Don't use your brain on how I found out this...on the day we reached the Maldives I heard Anushka and Shreyas speaking about this. Consider it to be my last wish and get a life with him. And don't cry for me because you very well know that I don't like tears in your eyes. And I am sorry for giving you hope and leaving you in between...I should have thought before itself, tying you with me is nothing less than pulling you into the fire which is meant to burn me and only me. Hearing which, she immediately ran to Ro and looking at their sister in such a broken state, Ro and Rithika panicked and called in Mahi bhai and Virat too.

"Bacha...stop crying and please tell us what happened...relax, did you see a bad dream?", asked Sakshi bhabhi rubbing her back as Adaa was getting hiccups because of continuous crying and she handed her mobile showing them the video. As the video ended Ro just sat down with a thud beside Adaa without any expression.

The video shocked everyone...they didn't know how to console Adaa and Ro.

"What is this about Shreyas?", asked Virat looking towards Anushka.

"Ya, he is in love with Adaa since the day he met her but was waiting for her to feel the same and....it was too late", replied Anushka.

Virat immediately called Shreyas and he was summoned into Ro's room. Looking at Adaa's tear-stained face, Shreyas panicked.

"Bhai, please call Arjun...only he can calm her", Shreyas said looking at Mahi bhai.

Virat showed him the video. Looking at which Shreyas was dumbfounded...he didn't know how to react...he never wanted his love to come out in this way.

"I... its... it's true that I wanted Adaa in my life and trust me I am happy having her as my friend", saying which Shreyas bent down on his knees facing Adaa.

"Adaa, we will get him back. He loves you a lot right...he can't stay away from you. Please be strong and don't lose hope...we will find him", said Shreyas before leaving the room.

He straight away left to Sanskar's room,

"Sanskar I need your help to find Arjun"

"It's not that easy Shreyas. He has got a charter flight and even the pilot doesn't know the destination until Arjun boards the flight. He is very smart...almost impossible to track", replied Sanskar.

"Please try...I will contact a friend who is a cyber specialist...I want him back as soon as possible", saying which he dialed his friend's number making his mind that he would do whatever possible to bring back the smile on Adaa's face.

It's been two months and there is no sign of Arjun. But Swara and Sanskar have been informing the team that since the day Arjun left, there were constant murders happening and all those people are related to the dark world some or the other way. Though the police department is happy with their death because with them gone, there are thousands of families who can sleep peacefully and hundreds of kids who could be safe from addictions. But their duty forces them to continue their search for the murderer while Swara and Sanskar are almost sure that its Arjun, but they didn't reveal it to anyone other than the team just to make Adaa feel better knowing that he is still alive.

Virat and Mahi tried a lot to keep Adaa happy and she prepared herself to smile in front of her brothers only to make them feel relieved but even they knew that it is just a mask she is wearing but were helpless.

After around two years, with all the glories the Indian Cricket Team is being achieved, there is still a void in everyone's heart regarding Adaa mainly Ro... he has been constantly blaming himself for leaving Arjun alone.

"It was my mistake...I should have taken him to my home...instead of leaving him like that"

"Ro... please for God's sake stop this...you were a kid then", shouted Virat not able to see his friend accusing himself of what he is not responsible for.

"It's not your mistake Ro... In fact, no one is responsible for this except those for whom life has no value. All they are bothered about is power and money. We are living in a place which is full of cruelty...there is no safety for a kid, for a girl when they are alone", said Mahi bhai not knowing how and when this cruelty would end.

During those days, Adaa woke to a weird dream in which she heard Arjun's voice.

"Hey Princess...how are you? Looks like you haven't forgotten me"

"Please come back Arjun...I love you", cried Adaa.

"Listen, princess, I am not asking you to forget me...you can always keep me in your memories and move ahead in your life. Trust me, Shreyas has already started making his place in your heart"

"Noo", shouted Adaa.

"Calm down and close your eyes. Think with your heart and tell me what you see...I repeat think with your heart"

"I see you", she replied with your smile.

"Then", he asked confusing Adaa.

Surprisingly she saw Arjun's fading face dominated by Shreyas and immediately she opened her eyes only to realize that it was a dream.

"No... no... this can't happen. Let me try again", and this time Adaa closed her eyes and the exact visual as in her dream appeared again. All in tears she straight away went to Sakshi bhabhi's room.

"What is happening to me bhabhi...how can I do this with Arjun?", wailed Adaa.

"What happened bacha...what are you speaking about?", came in Sakshi bhabhi with a worried face.

Adaa narrated her dream and Sakshi bhabhi smiled hearing it.

"Arjun loves you so much Adaa...though he is not physically present here...he still wants to see you happy. It might be weird, but few bonds are so strong that they don't need any media to communicate...And thinking about Shreyas, you are not cheating him as he himself wants you to accept Shreyas and start a new life", said Sakshi bhabhi trying to make Adaa understand. Looking at Adaa who is all lost in her thoughts, Sakshi continued: "Don't worry...take your time and understand your feelings. I am sure my baby is mature enough to decide what is right for her"
