Chapter 1: Alexander's POV

Beep beep. Beep beep. Beep beep. I woke up 2 hours after I fell asleep. If you haven't guessed, I have insomnia. I stayed up all night writing essays that only required 5 pages or so. I ended up writing around 100 pages for each.

I went to my favorite coffee shop, Spilled the Beans, for a cup of black coffee. After I received it I sat down and opened my laptop to work on assignments. I guess I must have lost track of time, because I was almost late.

I slammed some money on the table and packed up my laptop. I ran outside and bumped into a stranger. "Oh shoot! I'm so sorry!" I looked up. A severely handsome stranger. I felt my face heat up as I looked down.
