Baili was created by Ernest (the professor) and his fiancée Jessabell when they just graduated college. Baili was made becomes Jessabell could not have kids but they both wanted a child. then Baili was "born" she was 4 but the couple soon relised she aged quickly until adulthood. 2 years later when Baili was "16" Jessabell was in a car accident and passed away it was then Eenest set to work on trying to make superheroes to save people. The Professor lied to Baili telling her that her sisters would be "normal" just like her but when she went back to her hometown to honor her fallen mother her father made the girls Buttercup Blossum and Bubbles and had them being superheroes before her return. When She gets upset and need a break from the Professor she goes to Mojo Jojo knowing he will always have a room open for her.

Baili loves her "baby" sisters vary much although sometimes they get on her nerves. She wishes they could have a normal childhood and that Townsville wouldn't need them as much. She wishes they would stick up to the Professor about the amount they do but they enjoy being superhero's so she lets it rest most of the time.
