Yeah... So I decided to jump back on one of my hobbies I've abandoned over the past few months because I kinda missed it and therefore decided I might as well just go all out with it and make some very unnecessary but in the context cool looking stuff.

Well, the idea was to find that stuff lying around the house but I then thought that even if I found it and tho it isn't used anymore, managed not to ruin it while using not for the purpose it was designed for, it would still be of too short length, so I decided I could just make it from literal garbage as always lol

Well, the first idea was to make it properly from a normal cord but that stuff is expensive and I don't need it functional anyway, so I just went ham with

*insert drumroll*

MY BELOVED YELLOW TAPE that's been lying on the bottom of my drawer since like last year or something. No, since late 2019 most probably. ANYWAY

So I made this:

I had trouble fitting it all in the pic but this is long. Imagine a regular desk, then add three more desks near it for them to connect in a way to make the longest thing possible. No joke, it's the actual length of this thing. It took forever but was totally worth it.

This might seem confusing, I mean, what the hell is this thing anyway?

This thing is a replica of a telephone cord and finished, it looks like this:

I did this by spinning the string or whatever that thing in the pic before is on a pencil, then taping that pencil to another pencil, then heating the thing with a hairdryer, then spinning more of the cord on more pencils taped together and heating it again, until I had this huge stick that I tried to photograph but it was impossible.

Then I took it off, fixed the couple of areas which didn't get enough heating and went crazy over how that thing turned out because, yet again, it was improvised lol

So yeah.... Got to run now bc I'm at home and my class is starting in 20 minutes lol
