They fell for each other hard. Think lingering glances during practice sessions, stolen moments behind the lens, and late-night calls where cricket strategies turned into whispered promises.

Shobhana captured Shubman's best angles, and somehow, he captured her heart. By summer, they were it—a pair of star-crossed lovers shining in the limelight of stadium floodlights.

But September rolled in like a storm. Enter: Random Guy. Some nobody with too much time and a penchant for sowing doubt. He wormed into Shubman's head with whispered warnings, painting Shobhana as an opportunist, someone out for fame, not love. 

And just like that, the boy wonder caved. One argument spiralled into a breakup that felt as messy and public as it was unnecessary. Shubman let her go, believing the lies, while Shobhana walked away with her pride intact—and her heart in pieces.

Cut to COVID season, the world's falling apart, and so is Shubman. Stuck in lockdown with too much time to think, he's haunted by the memory of Shobhana: her laugh, the way her camera clicked when she caught him smiling, the fire in her eyes when they fought. Guilt eats at him. 

He messed up. Big time.

So what does he do? He plots. Calls in favors, crafts apologies that drip with regret and raw emotion, and somehow—despite quarantine, distance, and their bruised egos—he finds her. This isn't some soft, rom-com reunion. 

No. This is late-night calls charged with heat, masked meet-ups that blur into stolen kisses, and a raw, chaotic outpouring of passion where apologies turn into confessions and anger turns into need.

Shubman and Shobhana? They're a wildfire reignited, burning hotter than ever—proof that love, even when broken, can come back stronger.
