THIRD POV

The door lock jiggled, and with a satisfying click, it opened. In walked Shobhana and Shubman, practically glued together, their lips locked in a fiery kiss.

Shubman's hands were securely wrapped around her waist, and Shobhana's fingers were buried in his hair, tugging him closer, if that was even possible. It was clear—these two weren't letting go anytime soon.

As they stumbled into the living room, still kissing like it was their last chance at love, Shobhana's sling bag slipped off her shoulder and landed on the floor with a soft thud.

But neither of them seemed to notice as Shubman took a step back, his eyes dark with desire, before effortlessly pushing her onto the couch.

His lips never left hers, and the sound of her breath catching in pleasure sent shivers down his spine.

His photographer

The thought made his heart swell. She wasn't just a woman; she was everything. And he wasn't about to let her slip away, not again.

"Ugh, this couch is too comfy for my liking," Shubman muttered between kisses, his hands wandering down to the hem of her shirt.

She let out a little laugh, but it quickly morphed into a moan as his lips trailed down to her neck.

"Shubman, you—ohh," she gasped, trying to hold onto his chest but losing her grip as his lips continued their torturous path.

"Stop it, I'm going to—"

"You're going to what, lovebug?" he smirked against her skin, as he felt her legs wrap around his waist like she was trying to fuse with him.

"You're gonna melt into me?"

"Shut up, you dork," she giggled, a bit breathless. "If you keep doing that, I'll turn into goo."

"Well, I am your personal goo maker, aren't I?" Shubman teased, his lips finding hers again in a kiss that left them both breathless.

The room seemed to spin as they finally managed to break away for air. Shobhana's hands found their way to his chest, tracing the lines of his muscles, making him groan in satisfaction.

Her fingers toyed with the collar of his shirt, pulling him closer. "You're mine, okay? No one else. No other photoshoot can compete with me."

He chuckled. "You're the only one I'd ever need to shoot with, babe."

His lips travelled down her jaw, his hands making their way to her back, pulling her closer.

Suddenly, he paused. His breath caught. "Do you wanna...?" he trailed off, eyes twinkling mischievously.

"What?!" Shobhana's heart skipped a beat. She was not prepared for whatever was coming next.

"Do you want to... make this moment even more memorable, cupcake?" he whispered in her ear, his breath hot against her skin.

His lips brushed lightly over her ear, causing her to shiver in anticipation.

Shobhana's face turned a shade of red that could rival the brightest sunset. "What are you even asking? Are you—" she started, but then he did something completely unexpected. He pulled her even closer, his lips brushing her ear once more.

"Do you want to... do it on the kitchen table?" His voice was low and teasing as if the question itself was a secret.

Her eyes widened in surprise, and she smacked his chest, giggling uncontrollably. "Oh my god, Shubman! You're such a perv!" She could barely contain her laughter, despite her face feeling like it might burst into flames.

Shubman grinned and winked, clearly loving the effect he had on her. "Well, it's a new angle, right?" he said, eyes dancing with mischief.

"How often do you get to make memories on the kitchen table?"

"Shut up!" She was almost doubled over in laughter, trying to breathe. "You're unbelievable."

"I mean, if you're comfortable, babe... it'll be a new experience," he said, flashing his signature smirk.

Shobhana rolled her eyes, trying to catch her breath.

"Comfortable? With you?" she asked, nudging him playfully. "Not a chance, idiot."

But despite her words, the twinkle in her eyes told him everything. She was just as ready for this madness as he was.

"Well, come on, beautiful," he said with a dramatic sigh, scooping her up in his arms. "You know you can't resist me."

"Who's the dork now?" she teased, wrapping her arms around his neck. "You're going to carry me to the room like a bride?"

"Only if you let me," he grinned, kicking the door shut behind them with his foot.

Shobhana snickered as he carried her bridal style, her face still flushed. "This is going to be chaos," she giggled. "I can already tell."

Shubman smirked. "Well, if chaos is what you want, I'm your guy, angel."

"Oh, you're so lucky you're cute," she muttered, rolling her eyes. "Otherwise, I would've kicked you out."

"Lucky and talented," he added, giving her a wink. "Let's make this memorable, yeah?"

"Yeah," she laughed, her hand cupping his face as they tumbled onto the bed, ready for whatever wild chaos came next.

And chaos, indeed, was what they got.

As Shubman gently laid Shobhana down on the bed, he took a moment to admire her, his eyes softening. The room felt heavy with anticipation, but the playful glint in his eyes remained.

He leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to her lips before pulling back, his fingers tracing down her arm. "I swear, if you weren't so cute, I'd think you were trying to seduce me," he teased, voice low and husky.

Shobhana raised an eyebrow, her lips curving into a playful smirk. "I'm not trying, idiot," she teased back, her fingers brushing against his chest.

"But I think you're doing a pretty good job of seducing me."

Shubman chuckled, completely unbothered by her teasing. He loved every bit of it. With a gentle but purposeful movement, he reached for the hem of her dress, slowly lifting it over her head.

"Let me help you with that, my love."

"Always the gentleman," Shobhana teased, her hands reaching up to help him, but he had a way of doing it that made her breath catch in her throat.

She could feel his touch lingering on her skin as he pulled the fabric over her head, tossing it aside.

He looked down at her with a grin, his eyes scanning her form, but there was no judgment—just admiration and warmth.

"You have no idea how beautiful you are, do you?" he murmured, leaning in to kiss the sensitive spot just below her ear.

Shobhana shivered, not from the cold but from the heat in his touch. "I'm sure you tell every girl that," she teased, but the slight flush on her cheeks betrayed her.

"Not every girl," he said, his voice softening, his fingers brushing the strap of her bra. "Just the one I actually care about."

His voice was playful but sincere, and it made her heart flutter. He slowly undid the clasp of her bra, taking his time, as if savoring every moment.

"This is definitely my favourite part," he said with a smirk, his hands gently sliding the straps off her shoulders.

"Shubman!" Shobhana exclaimed, her face now a deep shade of red, but she couldn't stop the grin that spread across her face.

"You're so embarrassing sometimes."

"Embarrassing is my middle name, babe," he shot back, laughing as he helped her shimmy out of the rest of her clothes.

"But you love it. And you love me."

With her bra and dress now off, Shubman paused, gazing at her for a moment, his eyes filled with admiration and desire.

His hands cupped her face gently, and his lips found hers again, this time slow and tender.

When they finally broke apart, breathless and tangled in each other, Shubman's voice was low, a playful edge to it.

"You're perfect, you know that?"

"Right back at you, perv," Shobhana teased, though the affection in her eyes was undeniable.

He grinned, leaning down to press his lips to her collarbone.

"Now, let's finish what we started, beautiful."

As his hands moved with intention and care, Shobhana's heart raced with anticipation, knowing that this would be a moment neither of them would forget.

She had no doubt the chaos would only intensify—and she was so ready for it.

Shubman leaned back slightly, his hands resting on Shobhana's hips as he looked down at her with a playful glint in his eyes.

He could feel her pulse quicken under his fingertips, and it made him smile, knowing he had that effect on her.

"Alright, my love," he said, his voice a mix of mischief and warmth.

"You should probably lie down for this. Trust me." His thumb traced circles on her skin, and he leaned in to plant a soft kiss on her forehead.

"It's gonna be worth it, I promise."

Shobhana raised an eyebrow, trying to keep her cool but failing miserably. "You say that, but I'm not so sure I trust you, Shubman," she teased, giving him a playful shove.

He chuckled and nudged her gently. "You can trust me, I swear. I'm not that bad, am I?"

"Considering you just called me your 'personal goo maker' five minutes ago, I'm not so sure," she shot back with a grin, but she complied, lying down and propping herself up on the pillows.

Shubman's eyes never left her as she settled, a mischievous grin playing on his lips. "Oh, come on, you know I'm all talk. I wouldn't hurt you, sweetie."

Shobhana rolled her eyes at the overly sweet pet name, but she couldn't suppress the smile that tugged at the corner of her lips. "Yeah, yeah. Just hurry up before I start doubting my life choices."

"Trust me," Shubman said again, winking as he rose from the bed and walked toward his bag on the floor. "I've got this."

Shobhana raised an eyebrow, watching him with curiosity. She knew him well enough by now to understand that whenever he had that look in his eyes, something was about to go down—something unexpected, chaotic, and probably involving a lot of laughter.

He rummaged through his bag for a moment, pulling out a small foil packet, and holding it up triumphantly.

She squinted at it. "What is that? A snack? You really bringing food into this?"

Shubman turned back to her, his expression deadpan as he raised the foil packet in the air like a trophy.

"No, babe, it's not a snack."

He tossed the packet onto the bed beside her. "It's the thing that's going to make all this chaos a lot more... well, safe," he finished, his voice dropping into something much more serious.

Shobhana blinked, still confused. "Wait... Is that...?" Her voice trailed off as realization dawned. "You're a prepared perv, aren't you?"

He grinned widely, walking back to the bed with purpose. "Hey, you never know, right?" He patted the foil packet dramatically.

"Always better to be prepared than sorry, sweetheart."

"You are unbelievable," she muttered, but there was a softness in her voice that made it clear she wasn't actually mad. Just mildly embarrassed by his readiness.

"Don't worry, babe," Shubman said, returning to her side with a wink. "I've got your back. Now, just relax and let me handle this part."

Shobhana sighed dramatically, though her heart was racing in anticipation. "I swear, you have an answer for everything, don't you?"

"Of course. Now, let's focus on more important things," he said, his tone light, but his eyes never leaving hers.

He gently guided her back down, making sure she was comfortable before tearing open the foil packet with a swift motion.

Shobhana's lips parted in an amused but slightly exasperated smile. "You're such a dork."

Shubman just smirked. "But I'm your dork."

Shubman flashed a cheeky grin as he stood up next to the bed, still holding the foil packet in one hand.

"Now, let me show you how it's done, gorgeous," he said, his voice playful, though there was an undeniable heat behind it.

Shobhana couldn't help but roll her eyes, but the playful gleam in her gaze betrayed her. "You're such a show-off," she muttered, propping herself up on her elbows.

"But I guess that's what I get for being involved with a professional dork."

"Hey, being a professional dork has its perks," he replied smoothly, winking at her before he started unbuttoning his shirt.

The confident movements were slow and deliberate, just enough to drive her wild with anticipation.

As he pulled the shirt over his head, Shobhana's eyes trailed over his chest, the muscles that flexed as he moved, the faint dusting of chest hair that only made him look even more irresistibly handsome.

"You're such a tease," she muttered under her breath, but her voice softened with affection.

Despite herself, she couldn't help but smile at how perfectly he played this game of theirs.

Shubman grinned as he kicked off his shoes. "And yet, you're the one who always falls for it." He unbuckled his belt next, his eyes never leaving hers.

"Can't help myself, sweetheart. You bring out the best—and the worst—in me."

"Oh, I know," she teased. "You've got this bad boy routine down pat, don't you?"

"Bad boy? Oh, babe, you're looking at the world's biggest dork right now." He finished unbuttoning his pants and slid them down his legs, stepping out of them with a small, exaggerated flourish.

He paused for a second, hands on his hips, giving her a dramatic look. "Still wanna stick around, babe?"

"Ugh, you're insufferable," she muttered, but the smile on her face was unmistakable.

Her heart raced as she watched him, and despite her sarcasm, she knew she loved every second of his antics.

Shubman just laughed, clearly enjoying the attention. "Well, it's not my fault that you can't resist me. You're the one who keeps giving me that look."

He winked and reached down, pulling his boxer briefs off in a smooth, confident motion. Now standing in front of her, fully undressed, he gave her a playful bow.

"Presenting, your personal goofball, in all his glory."

Shobhana laughed, shaking her head. "You're ridiculous."

But as ridiculous as he was, there was a tenderness in the way he moved, a softness in his touch as he climbed back into bed beside her, reaching for the foil packet.

His smile faded into something a little more serious as he carefully tore the packet open. "Alright, enough teasing, love. Let's do this the right way, yeah?"

Shobhana watched him, the playful edge in her tone replaced with something softer. "You really thought this through, huh?"

He met her gaze with a grin. "Always. Gotta be prepared for everything, sweetie."

His hands were gentle as he applied the protection, his movements careful and slow, as if he wanted to savour every moment. "Now we're good to go," he said, his voice low and smooth.

Shobhana smiled, her heart racing—not just from the physical anticipation, but from the way he made her feel safe, cared for, and so incredibly special.

"I have to admit, you're actually good at this," she said, a playful glint still in her eyes.

He winked at her, giving a little shrug. "Well, practice makes perfect, darling. And with you... perfection is the goal."

Shobhana's heart fluttered in her chest, the sarcasm and teasing now fading into a tender smile. "You're something else, Shubman."

He leaned in, brushing a strand of hair from her face, his expression soft and genuine. "And you're everything to me, babe." Then he kissed her gently, the chaos of the moment finally settling into a perfect, intimate calm.

And as he kissed her again, their bodies intertwined, they both knew that their chaos was exactly what they needed—together.

As their kiss deepened, the world outside the room seemed to fade away. It was just Shobhana and Shubman, tangled up in each other, lost in the rhythm of their connection.

The playful teasing and the chaos of their usual banter had melted into something deeper, something more genuine, and neither of them wanted to let go of it.

Shubman pulled back slightly, brushing his lips against her forehead before looking down at her with a smirk. "You know, for someone who said they didn't trust me, you sure seem pretty comfortable right now."

Shobhana let out a soft laugh, her fingers trailing down his chest. "I don't always trust you, you know," she teased, her voice low and full of affection. "But sometimes, I think you might actually have your act together."

"Only sometimes?" Shubman raised an eyebrow, his lips curling into a playful grin. "I'll take that as a win."

Shobhana chuckled and reached up to pull him back down into another kiss, this one slower, more tender. It wasn't about teasing or joking anymore—it was about them, about everything they shared in that moment.

"Shubman..." she whispered against his lips, her hands sliding down his arms as she pulled him closer.

"I really do trust you... just, you know, don't make me regret it."

His eyes softened, his playful grin fading into something more sincere. "You won't regret it, baby. I promise." His voice was steady, full of warmth. "I've got you."

And with that, they didn't need to say much more. Shubman shifted slightly, positioning himself as he kissed her once again—this time with more purpose.

He was careful with each movement, ensuring that everything felt right for both of them.

Shobhana felt a wave of comfort wash over her as she wrapped her arms around him, drawing him in closer. Every little moment, every laugh, every shared glance, had led them to this point. And in that moment, nothing else mattered.

It wasn't about the chaos or the teasing anymore; it was about the way their hearts beat in sync, the way they fit together in a way that felt natural, perfect even.

Shubman slowly began to move, his hands gentle on her skin, his lips trailing down to her neck. The air between them crackled with unspoken emotions, the mix of laughter and passion creating something that felt so real, so raw.

Shobhana's hands traced the lines of his back, memorizing the feel of him, the way his muscles shifted under her touch.

He paused, looking at her with a slight, teasing grin. "Comfortable now?"

Shobhana laughed, her eyes softening as she nodded. "Yeah, definitely comfortable. And you're still a dork."

"Well, you love me," he said, his tone cocky, but there was a tenderness beneath it that made her heart flutter.

She smiled up at him, her fingers brushing his cheek. "You know, I think you might actually be right for once."

"Shocking," he said, his voice filled with mock disbelief. "I must be really rubbing off on you."

"Well, you are my personal goofball," she said with a smirk. "So, I guess I have no choice but to love you, dork."

Shubman chuckled and kissed her again, his lips capturing hers in a slow, passionate kiss that seemed to last forever. It was like nothing else existed except for them and the way they fit together perfectly.

As they lost themselves in each other again, the world outside their bedroom—chaotic, uncertain, and sometimes maddening—didn't matter. It was just Shobhana and Shubman, two hearts tangled together, laughing through the messiness of life, and finding their own perfect chaos.

And for the first time in a long while, they both realized: this was everything they needed.
