=EIGHT=Leave Me Alone=

Logan made it to his room and collapsed onto his bed in an instant.

He couldn't believe he ever thought going to the episode filming was a good idea- of course it wasn't. Janus was the only one that liked him, because everyone else hated him. Patton. Roman. Thomas.

...Virgil.

Logan blinked a few times to himself. Oh, what had he done? If they weren't doomed to break up before, they were now. Logan had snapped- again, at Virgil. He said that Virgil didn't love him. Did he? Of course he did! Probably.

Or maybe Logan's angry mind was more logical than his calm one. But when had anger even fixed anyone's problems?

Never.

And then there was a knock at his door. Logan perked up, wondering who it could possibly be. Did he even want to talk to anyone at that point, though?

"...Come in."

The door opened, and none other than Virgil stepped in, a salty look in his eyes. Logan's heart sunk and did happy flips, figuratively, all at the same time. He wasn't sure what to think of that feeling so he just sat still, a mildly-surprised look on his face.

The door closed, and Logan's dissatisfied boyfriend leaned against it.

"...The episode is over," he stated simply, hands in his jacket pockets. Logan had a few options on how he could respond to that.

He thought for a moment.

"Uhm... sorry," he eventually said.

"Hmm."

"I really didn't mean to snap- again, I know. I'm just not in the best mindset right now. I'm confused on why no one had called me there... why didn't you, anyway?"

"Well- I don't know, okay? I was too worried about the literal embodiment of deceit standing a few feet away from me... though, I bet you didn't mind it one bit."

Logan sighed.

"You're clearly still angry at me."

"Huh. Smart man."

"Look, I'm sorry. But you and I have seen that people can change. I don't hold irrational grudges, all my grudges on people are backed up by facts and observations that they aren't making an effort to change their ways. I believe you just need to sit down and take a deep breath."

"Wh- irrational? Logan, are you kidding me? We-"

"Alright, did you just come in here to yell at me?" Logan asked, crossing his arms. "Because if so I'd appreciate it if you left my room. I... I'd really like to be alone at the moment, unless you wanted to have a calm conversation, which you're clearly not in the correct mindset for."

Virgil raised both of his eyebrows, blinking. He scoffed quietly.

"...Whatever."

He sunk down, and Logan immediately groaned, laying back in bed with a thud.

His life was a mess... plain and simple. There was nothing he could do to fix it. Of course, he had thought that in the past when there had been things he could do, but now there most certainly weren't. Correct? Very.

He didn't like feelings.

Or- he didn't like what he was feeling, in that moment. It wasn't nice. It wasn't wholesome, or sweet, or warm. He liked feelings that made him feel nice, like he belonged, like he mattered, like he was loved. But this feeling was cold and if Logan thought about it for another second he swore it would give him a headache. His life revolved around Virgil, yet he was insulting him. Why? Was Logan just being moody? Or was that his boyfriend's job?

Feelings... they truly were the bane of his existence. He should have known any form of a romantic relationship would inevitably end in conflict and heartbreak. Why did he even try?

Logan sat up, crossing his legs, deciding he might as well mentally go over what everyone else thought of him just to see if he had a chance of being friends with anyone.

For starters, Patton didn't like Logan, that was clear, even if he tried to hide it. After Logan had yelled at him Patton likely wouldn't want to look at him the next time they saw each other. Virgil... hated him. That one didn't need to be explained. Thomas wasn't listening to him, so he wasn't a fan, either. Janus and Remus were the only ones with neutral opinions. And as for Roman, the one Logan didn't want to be friends with anyway, he also didn't like Logan, for Logan had insulted him the moment he stopped being insecure...  as if that would ever happen. It wouldn't.

Silence. Both in the room and in Logan's mind. He blinked.

"...Roman is the most insecure out of all of us," he mumbled, fiddling with the buttons of his watch.

But right as Logan said that, he could have sworn he heard a faint chuckle outside his door.
