02.) The Devil of Hell's Kitchen

"Oh great," Gwen groaned, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Another Matt Murdock. Please tell me you aren't evil. Cause I don't think I can handle two evil Murdocks." She looked at her Matt and back at Daredevil. Her symbiote was telling her not to trust either of them. Most of the time, her symbiote didn't lie to her.

Daredevil tensed and turned to face Gwen. "I am not Matt Murdock," he growled in a deep voice, hands clutching his billy clubs. "You didn't answer my question. Who are you?" He took a threatening step toward Gwen and Matt.

Matt stifled a laugh, blind eyes somehow showing amusement. "Well? I suggest we answer the counselors question." Matt took a dramatic bow, grinning maniacally. "My name is Matthew Micheal Murdock, and I regret to inform you that I have to kill you."

"What? No! Murderdock, don't kill the Daredevil of this universe! Gods, he's not even evil! Or, I hope he's not evil," Gwen thwipped her webs at Matt's hand that was holding his cane. "I am so sorry," she apologized to a bewildered Daredevil. "I'm Ghost-Spider-"

"-Ghost-Spider? That's a new one. I consider that name better than your old one, Gwennie." Matt ripped off the webs.

"Ugh, you are insufferable, Murdock!" Gwen snapped, throwing her arms into the air. "Fine! My name is Gwendolyn Stacy and we are both from a different earth. Earth-65 to be exact. Happy now?" She glared at Matt through her mask.

Daredevil was silent, trying to wrap his mind over what he had just been told. He had listened to both of their heartbeats. He detected no lie, and that startled him. "Foggy is going to kill me," he mumbled, shaking his head. "You aren't lying," he stated. "How did you end up here?"

"If we knew that, we'd be gone by now," Matt scoffed. "You're right. You can't be Matt Murdock. He's not this dumb," he smirked, swinging his cane, and humming Face it, Tiger.

Daredevil raised his fists to throw the first punch when Gwen leaped into action, flipping over Daredevil's shoulders to kick the thugs sneaking up on them. She landed, jumped up, kicking another thug and webbed two more to the wall. "For someone with 360 radar, you two really need to step up."

Both Murdock's narrowed their eyes. Matt unsheathed his katanna, rolling his eyes at Gwen's no killing comments. He slashed at the thugs, making them drop their guns while Daredevil punched and slammed more into the brick walls. The fight was over almost as soon as it began.

"Kale chips?" Matt nearly gagged. "Why would you of all people be eating those?" Gwen was sitting on vertically on the wall, munching on a bag of kale chips.

"Peter B told me I would need to eat cellulose to keep my suit healthy. I am suffering by eating these, but it helps me superhero," Gwen explained, pausing to clear her throat.

Matt shrugged, cleaning his blade. "I saw we take this conversation elsewhere. It's not safe out here. You never know who is listening." He turned toward the shadows, grinning and waving. "Well, mister Devil of Hell's Kitchen, should we go to your office?"

Dardevil tensed. "I'd love to meet this world's Foggy and, oh, what's this? Miss Karen Page? I'm surprised she's still alive here," he sneered, twisting to the side dodging the punch thrown by Daredevil. "Hmm," Matt tilted his head. "Maybe you are Matt Murdock. You have our temperament and anger."

"ENOUGH!" Gwen roared, her suit sending out small tendrils to stop the two Murdocks. "We don't have time for this." She stepped between the two. "The sooner we figure out how this happened, the sooner we can get home."

"Finally," Matt smirked. "I've been dying to get back home. Maybe I'll redecorate. Add more white things to turn red." He sheathed his katanna and walked into the open streets. "I'll meet you there." He hailed a cab and got inside, leaving Gwen and Daredevil alone in the alley.

"What he said," Gwen gave Daredevil a two finger salute and ran up the wall to the roof. She webbed her way deeper into Hell's Kitchen, looking for Nelson, Murodck, and Page. Once fully alone, Gwen stopped and breathe in the night air.

"Calm down, Gwen Stacy."

"What the hell?" Gwen stopped. She looked down at her hands and the suit. "Did you just talk to me? Could you always talk?" Her eyes widened.

"This...this is new. I could always communicate with you, but I could never talk to you like I am now."

"That's weird, but not gonna lie, I like it." Gwen laughed, looking at her suit with awe and a newfound appreciation. "Seriously, we are going to have so much more fun. Just, don't try to manipulate and control me like Eddie Brock and his symbiote."

Gwen could feel her symbiote roll it's eyes. It didn't respond, but Gwen knew they had an understanding. For the first time in a long time, Gwen didn't feel alone anymore. whooping, Gwen flipped off the building, free-falling until she webbed to the next building, just barely missing the ground with her feet.

"Gwen, is that you?" Gwen twisted her body so she was swinging backwards. She gaped as she saw Noir swinging with Peni Parker on his back. "So we aren't the only ones here!" The young girl clapped her hands and brightly smiled.

"Peni? Noir?" Gwen grinned. "It's so great to see you! I am so happy you guys are here!" She landed on the rooftop of Nelson, Murdock, and Page. When the other two landed, Gwen immediately hugged them tightly.

"Great to see ya, too, kid," Noir chuckled, ruffling Peni's hair and patting the top of Gwen's head. "Was it just you who showed up here so did the others come through?"

"Well, I met another Peter. I assume Miles is here, but I know my Matt Murdock came through with me," Gwen shuddered.

"I can beat him for you," Noir offered. "He doesn't get to manipulate and hurt one of our own." He cracked his knuckles and placed a warning hand on one of his revolvers. "Remind me to teach you to shoot."

"Yeah, I don't know about that." Gwen sheepishly rubbed the back of her neck. "But I will learn!" she added after Noir gave her a warning glare.

"Good," he beamed. "We start as soon as possible."

"Oh great, more spider-people. Seriously, Matt, what did you get us roped into this time?" The three spiders swirled around. Foggy Nelson stood at the roof entrance with two Matt Murdocks, and Karen Page.

"Hey, Gwennie," Matthew smirked.

Noir rushed forward and punched Matthew in the jaw as hard as he could, effectively knocking out the evil Matt. "That's for hurting one of us," he snarled.
