Hoseok looked up when Namjoon entered the living room.

The student didn't stop his fast pace as he headed to the front door. "Lets go." He snapped his fingers and Jungkook dutifully jumped off the couch.

"Done already?" Hoseok smirked as he followed them. "Done prematurely?"

"We didn't do anything, dumbass." Namjoon snapped, throwing open the door and hurrying to Hoseok's car. "Take me home. Now."

Min Yoongi and Kim Namjoon's Agreement.

I, Min Yoongi henceforth referred to as 'dom', and I, Kim Namjoon, henceforth referred to as 'sub', am signing this document of my own free will, on August 31st.

The sub will show up on time to the doms sessions, once a day, every day except the weekends, unless otherwise agreed to make an exception, at 3:00PM and will stay for at least exactly on hour, 4:00PM, unless otherwise agreed to make an exception.

The sub will obey every order given by the dom, unless the order strictly breaks Korean laws, breaks the subs pre-consented to agreements, or will cause substantial injury to the sub or any other persons.

The dom is allowed to punish the sub if the sub breaks an order. The dom is not allowed to use extreme punishments, to hospitalize the sub, or use methods that are past the subs limits.

This contract will remain in use, live and legal for exactly one month, starting from September 1st, 3:00PM and will become null and void on September 30th, at 4:00PM.

Part A-S1;907 will never be nulled or voided, and both parties give their full, unredactable consent and knowledge that this part of the affidavit is irreversible, permanent and can not be edited, unless the winner permits a negotiation.

The dom may not do anything to the sub that the sub has not listed as acceptable, as listed in part G-89/17B.

The dom will follow all rules as listed in part 56X-D1.

Both parties consent to taking an STD test before September 1st, 3:00.

G-88/17B: the dom is allowed to do the following to the sub:

56X-D1: The dom is not allowed to do the following to the sub:

'record sessions and/or post evidence of the subs submission to any platform
'invite others over during sessions to watch and/or participate in the session
'include the sub in gangbangs/orgies
'publicly dom the sub or hint that the sub is participating in sexual activities with the dom (i.e, no exhibitionism or public acts allowed)
'use knives, bats, glass or any other weapons on or in the sub (i.e, no pain or blood play)
'leave permanent markings on the sub/alter the subs appearance (i.e, tattoos, piercings, wounds that will leave scars, cutting the subs hair)
'force the sub into any headspace
*if the sub falls into any headspace on his own accord, the dom must follow proper BDSM etiquette (i.e, stopping the scene, checking the subs physical, mental and emotional health, enacting adequate aftercare etc)

The dom is not allowed to drink or use recreational drugs during sessions with the sub, as it might impair his ability to be a professional dominant.

Both parties will wear the heartbeat watches for the entire month. Taking off the watch before September 30th, 4:00PM will result in an automatic loss of the bet, as mentioned in part A-S1;907.

The dom is not allowed to have appointments with any other client for the month of September. He is not permitted to have any sexual acts with anyone but the sub for the month of September. If the dom breaks this rule, he immediately forfeits the bet, as mentioned in part A-S1;907.

The sub is not allowed sexual intercourse or anything related to physical activity with any other persons for the month of September. If the sub breaks this rule, he immediately forfeits the bet, as mentioned in part A-S1;907.

Punishments the dom is allowed to enact upon the sub:

'chastity
'shibari/bondage
'continuing the session past the hour mark (unless the sub has pre scheduled plans)
'overstimulation
'use of sex toys/sex toys under clothing in public
'multiple orgasms

The sub agrees to pay the pre-agreed to payment of 5,000,000KRW/month to the dom. Failure to pay on time and/or in full will result in punishment.

If either the dom or the sub break any aforementioned rules, he immediately loses the bet, as mentioned in A-S1;907.

Rules the sub will follow when in a session with the dom:

1: Obeying all orders given without argument, backtalk or hesitation
2: Show up on time and with payment
3: Follow orders given that take part off the doms property or when the dom is not present (i.e, at the subs house, in school etc)
4: The sub will not touch himself sexually in any way, shape or form
5: The sub will not watch or read porn, whether online or in person
6: The sub will refer to the dom only as either "Master, Dom, Sir, Daddy", or any other name the dom specifies
7: The sub must inform the dom when and if he feels uncomfortable with anything
8: The sub must always use his safeword if he feels the need to. (The sub will not use his safeword incorrectly, i.e- to get out of a punishment/end a scene or punishment early. Doing so will immediately result in a loss of the bet mentioned in A-S1;907.)

Both parties will honor the use of the safeword, used by either the dom or the sub. Failure to stop after a safeword has been announced will result in agreed to fine of 1,000,000KRW and will immediately lose the bet as mentioned in A-S1;907.

The dom wins if:

'The sub admits he is a submissive- either in general or for the dom
'the sub passes the criteria set for determining whether a person is a dom or sub, in favor of the submissive side
'the sub takes a minimum of three separate BDSM tests, executed by professionals, and is determined to be at least 51% submissive by at least two of the professionals
'the sub develops a sub space

Or if it can be proven that the sub is in love with the dom, then the dom wins, and the sub must obey the following rules for life:

'the subs body belongs entirely to the dom, meaning the sub will never touch himself ever again, will never seek out new partners or relationships, will quit all schooling, sports, teams and future careers, will stop all contact with friends and family (unless the dom permits it) and will move in with the dom. The sub will close all bank accounts, end all current ownership to vehicles and any other assets, will cut all credit/debit cards in half, and rely solely on the dom for everything. The sub will no longer have any basic human rights unless the dom permits it. The sub will not be able to say no to anything the dom commands, but will always be able to say his safeword.

If the sub wins if:

'the dom admits he has failed
'the sub passes the criteria set for determining whether a person is a dom or sub, in favor of the dominant side
'the sub takes a minimum of three separate BDSM tests, executed by professionals, and is determined to be at least 51% dominant by at least two of the professionals

Or if it can be proven the dom is in love with the sub, then the dom must obey the following rules for life:

'The dom must immediately quit his job as a professional dominant, and is forbidden from making any income based on sexual activities. The dom will obey the sub, and will never masturbate or watch/read/listen to porn again. The dom will wear a chastity cage, and only the sub will have the key. The dom will only be permitted relief from the cage for bathroom activities, doctors visits, or if the doms health is affected by the cage. The dom will never have sexual intercourse again, unless the sub permits it. The dom will never take another partner, or have a relationship, unless the sub permits it. The dom will move in with the sub and give up all assets, contact and his basic human rights for the sub. The dom can not disobey the sub, but can always say his safeword.

The doms safeword: Red.

The subs safeword: Satis.
