A well known type that been through a lot of dark history, from being treated as deity among some native tribes, demons in Europe and Asia, to being hunted down and killed on sight.

In some cases they are not allowed to enter certain cities or countries, but they are allowed in some areas they consider a sanctuary.

Ghost types are the primary evil type to exist with Chaos types coming close in second, and then dark types.

But the term evil type doesn't mean they are evil, it's just their lifestyle, behavior, and simply a big stereotype. Throughout history Ghost types were used mostly by villains and other antagonist, but very few on the hero side. Ghost types also have a habit of stealing even when  a dolly.

Pack life:

Ghost types follow a monarchy type setting when it comes to their pack, and their entire species.
In each pack there is a demon which is the head alpha of that pack.

Rouge ghost types are called Poltergeist where they roam on their own.

Female ghost types are called Wraiths on a omega level, but for a female ghost to be mates with the demon of the pack they are called Banshee.

However male omega are not apart of the pack, in a pack of ghost types which are a called a Haunting.

There is only one older male, there are other lesser males that are dollies, but they are too young to leave. But once they earn their markings they are kicked out of the haunting to fend for themselves.

They are considered Rouges until they defeat a demon and take over that pack.

Design:

Ghost types normally always are dark colors that range from black, purple, red, and in rare cases white.
Although white ghost types are considered the Pale Ghost which is just an albino ghost type.

Although they have red it's never a primary color and only a marking or eye color.

They're always black and purple, they have extra fur on their paws and ears. The males have fur on their chin and their tails tend to be longer.

Their eyes usually are two colors which define their strength.
The most common colors for their eyes are purple, they could have lavender iris, a dark purple pupil, or it can be flipped around.

It's uncommon for ghost types to have green eyes and red eyes, but can still be found among them.

Blue is a rare a color to find and they are strong enough to tap into celestial spirits.

Yellow is the rarest one to find, not only able to tap into celestial but can mimic celestial bodies. The only known ghost dollfox to have yellow eyes is Anita.

As for ghost with a golden pelt, they are called the golden ghost or holy ghost. They is nothing really special about them, except for their coat color. They don't actually use light element or anything holy about them.

Apparel:

Ghost types are not too big on accessories, but they tend to like having chains on them, feathers in theirs, or small glowing things they carry with their tail. Anything that illuminates light they tend to stick with.

Environment:

They like to settle in any abandoned and quiet place, usually abandoned buildings or property. They live in dense forest with hardly any light and very foggy.

Other lifestyles:

Since it's common for them to be seen with villains, ghost types have a bad reputation among people. However there is a considerable amount of them working under hero organizations that specialize in stealth and recon. However ghost types are not the social type, so many do not see them.

But even good ghost types struggle with the line between light and dark. Ryuu having shown it a few times, with things get tough he tends to get more violent. Having gone rabid at one point and literally thought it was okay to kill just because he could, and he still had the itch to break the rules for personal gain.

Nonetheless, he still cared about his siblings and his new family at school, and with their help he was able to control himself better. But pains of the past still linger, so he doesn't plan on making amends with his father and mother anytime soon.

Anita another good ghost type that only shows her evil side during combat. The longer the fight goes the more cynical and crooked she gets, she has yet to kill anyone but she has been close more than once.

Rabid is something all the ghost types deal with it, since they are already dead. They get easily stimulated when in contact with living beings around them, although it's something only they can understand and that is the feeling of being alive. But of course being overstimulated causes them to develop primitive instincts. Which they see living creatures as prey and taking their life is what they desire. 

There is not cure for this and the only way to avoid it, is by keeping ghost types from fighting for too long. Another way is friendship and constant interaction, since they are usually not social butterflies. Interacting and talking to them on a daily basis and can calm their instincts down, and they stay calm even when fighting.

Spirit Realm:

Ghost types born outside have to undergo a ritual to get connected. If they are not connected over time Mother Nature catches up. They basically slowly die and only live up to twenty years. Which is young for ghost types since they reach into the thousands and millions.

Those born in the spirit realm tend to not leave the realm.
Their role in the spirit realm is nothing to high, they are more like the nobles. They assist the queen or king and that's it, with Krosis being seen as a royal advisor. This is because the spirit foxes are native to the spirit realm, while ghost types are foreign to it. Although they are connected to the spirit realm, they don't have a high rank.

But it doesn't mean they are lesser either, as stated they assist the person in charge. They help sustain the rules of the spirit realm, helps souls, and make sure things on earth go well, and their own kind doesn't cause trouble.

The issue they give in the spirit realm is their Monarchy, a lot of souls and other creatures dislike their lifestyle. But to maintain the peace the Queen and King of the ghost types agreed with the other royals to stay out of it, and in return they keep their problems to themselves and help in other ways.

Krosis is their representative.
