Dollivine is name the world that is inhabited by doll like creatures that imitate earth world animals, myths, and rarely off-world creatures.

Dollfoxes are the most common to find, and most commonly used since they are easier to maintain. That being said dollvine is not very diverse when it comes to to animals, the only being confirmed animals dollivine imitates are foxes, wolves, dragons, griffins, and some water mammals like a shark or a simple fish. All the animals currently take after a carnivore but that doesn't mean their diet is meat, it all depends on the element they take after that decides their look, diet, behavior, and capabilities.

Being called dolls starts at their simple anatomy, and common traits they all share in common. The most common trait being the Rag-doll effect, where they are able to stretch and bend abnormally. This is mostly a defensive tactic to avoid certain death, or to hide in tight spaces from captures and other threats.

Their eyes also hold a lot of value, being their lifeline and source of elemental energy. If the eye is removed it will solidify into a gem which will differ on the element.

If both eyes are damaged or removed the dollivinian will die as well.

Cross-eyes is when a dollfoxes uses an eye that is different of their element. For example, a dark type implants a fairy type eye. This can lead to a range of side effect, either by personality or appearance but mostly mental stability. Cross-eye is forbidden since most dollivinian become rabid and attack on sight, but even if one doesn't go crazy they are not the same.

Abnormal Dollivinian is a term used for ones born outside of their world, there is nothing bad about them just a negative slang. They are called abnormal because their appearance can be different from the stereotypical look or a defect.

Hunter's abnormality is steel bones.

Ryuu is a lot bigger and taller than a ghost type.

Raspberry has two tails

Faith has more than one gemstone

Landon can give someone frostbite just by touching them.

Abnormal is not really a bad thing it can have positive and negative effects, something to watch but to not make a big fuss about.

Deviants -

Deviants are names for rouged Dollivinians, one that go against their law of nature. Such as they cannot be caught, bleed, and their ragdoll effect is not up to good and can possibly break a bone.

They are considered bad in the eyes of captors and other summoners, so they are mostly killed or "fixed" on sight.

Elements:

All animals have high elemental energy that can compete with the magic of a unicorn, due to the high amounts if elemental energy. It has been divided into separate elements, it started with the basic of elements:

Fire
Water
Earth
Wind (sometimes called Anemo or flying depending on individual)
Grass
Ice
Hell
Holy (light)

Second generation elements such as:

Electric
Dark
Psychic
Metals
Poison
Ghost
Bug
Ground
Rock

Third generation are:

Fairy
Dragon

Fourth generation (most recent)

Spirit
Cosmic
Mud
Chaos
Stasis

Each generation is marked depending on the world and when they show up, they usually show ip in clusters meaning all elements are being discovered at the same time. The amount will vary as in the third generation there is only two, while in fourth there is more than two.

This can only happen when a new element is officially made, although Cosmic was always there there are celestial matters to be established before it is confirmed.

Elements that were man made like Stasis is different, and takes longer to be called an element. Since stasis was forged out hate and anger at first, and was there since second generation. It wasn't well known until the four generation.

Captors:

Mentioned many times, Captors are people who capture dollivinians and use them for personal purposes, whether it be fighting, a play toy, pet, experiment, or an assistant.

Capture is different from link, since capture is usually against the will of the dollivinian and frowned upon. A specifically made doll is used for the dollivine, and how to do it is simple. Cut the chest open of the doll you wish to catch and place it inside, since dollivians cannot bleed to death they will not die. The doll will take care of the rest for the captor.

Capture dolls change the caught dollivian mentally, the longer you keep it contained the more the dollivian will lose its free will. The only way to free it is by the captor willingly or to burn the capture doll, but the burn option is not advisable. Since it forcibly cuts the link and can alter the dollivian mentally, making them paranoid, twitchy, or off it differs on the dollivian.

Links can only happen when both sides agree but the dollivian is still held to the same standards on how to act with the link partner.

Regulation for link/caught:

Dollivians if caught or linked must protect their partner no matter the cost. For caught they must obey their captors even at the most ridiculous request. Links are required to obey their partners too but if they don't, they are mostly spared and given leniency depending on the situation.
Links are also allowed to abandon their partners if they choose too, and if it is reasonable.

These regulations change depending on the animal the dolls take after, which will be explained further in their respective chapters.
