"...please welcome her," Toshi Morikue [the "e" is silent if i did not mention that] said as he introduce Teri Larson to his team.

"Hey nice to meet you!" Ryland said with a cheerful smile and a hand up.

"Pleasure," Naiomi said, expressionless.

"Hhhhh~~~Welcome to the team..," Tomoku said with a sigh.

"Thank you, it means so much to me that we are all here for Nagisa and to bring his mother to justice...," She said with determination.

"So, before we begin, give us a brief summary of what happen...," Morikue said.

His attacker dodged Karma's punch as he ducked and wived back up as his fist hit Karma square in the face.

He spat blood as he cracked he's neck,"is that all you got?"

Karma was ridiculously out numbered fighting against grown ass men half his size who were doped out on coke and other hyperactive drugs.

But Karma didn't see the men for what they were instead as he stared at the group of five, as if he were facing his demons.

The first man Karma liked to like of him as his Frustration, why did Nagisa have to leave me? He thought as he punched the man in the face, the man tripped over his own two feet and fell hitting his head, passing out.

The second man came at Karma where he jumped over his attacker's kick and that man was his Anger, "aaahhhhhhh why did they take Nagisa from me!?," he yelled as he took his foot and dropped kicked the man so hard as he pinned the man on the side of the dumpster.

Karma stood there with his head low as images of Nagisa went through his head, he cletched a fist as light tears danced across his face.

Then two men ran after him.

One man through a kick when he thought Karma was distracted, but Karma blocked his kick with his hands. Looking up as he frown then tears excaped him, s pushing off the man.

The man gathered himself as he said,"Hey kid!? Whats the deal, you wanna die!?"

Karma stokd withbhis head down as then started to laugh insanly as he pulled his head up,"I GUESS I HAVE A DEATHWISH!" Karma said exposing his crazy eyes.

The man smirked,"fine, but your death aint on my hands!"

"LETS SEE IF YOU CAN TRY!" Karma said with a sicking twisted grin.

The man collected himself as he came at him, the second man to Karma's back.

Karma looked to his left, the man was his Sorrow and the man to his right was Hopelessness as he couter fit their attackes by running up a pole as he flipped over landing behind the men. He used a marshal arts move as he took his left elbow and the right palm hitting Sorrow then giving him flipping him over as he dropped kicked his face.

Hopelessness crept behind him as he turned with a soild strong kick, but suddenly Hopelessness trapted his leg in his arm.

Karma thought I'd Nagisa as he did the same attack on him, expect Karma didn't let go of Hopelessness. Instead he passed out, which left on other attacker.

Vengeance....

"Naiomi and Ryland," Morikue said as they looked up, "I want you two to go to Teri's office and see if you can pull up the surveillance," Morikue said.

"On it," the two said as they nodded and stood up and left the room with their bages and their armed weapons on their belts.

"Tomoku I need you to a computer and begin your analysis," Morikue said.

Tomoku swung his rolling chair to the computer behind him as he began typing, "I can track Shiota...once I get the black sadan's plates...," Tomoku said as his eyes flickered to Teri.

Teri then turned to Morikue,"should I be doing something?"

"Your job is to answer all of my questions...," Morikue said with a narrowed face.

Vengeance was strange and he didn't go don't with out a fight, he took Karma in a head lock as he shouted,"IMA BREAK YOUR NECK KID,"

THIS guy is nuts! Karma thought to himself, just like me... as he tried to break free, but one false move Vengeance tighten his grip as Karma struggled.

*ver-wooo ver-woo*

Suddenly headlights where flashed on them as the flickering lights of red and blue stunned them.

"Hey!" An officer got out of the car as he drew for his weapon,"put your hands up!"

The man then startled as he release his grip, as he took off, Karma fell onto the ground defeated.

The officer appoarched Karma,"damn kid, are you alright?"

"Officer?" One of the men called to his right.

Three men were scattered across the pavement like puddles. A man was pinned on the side of the dumpster while the others laid about.

The officer turned to see it was the man pinned on the side of the dumpster that said,"that kid...his crazy!"

"Huh? Whatcha talking bout?" The officer question as Karma stood up.

"His right you know..," the offier heard Karma said as he turned to see a knife in his face.

"I am crazy," Karma said with wide eyes.

"Pulling a knife on an officer?" The officer said,"What a highlight of your life,"

The officer quickly pulled out his stun gun as he quickly teased Karma, who fall. Laying on his side his body teased up and all he thought was, So this is...what it felt when Nagisa...was teased...well....this sucks.

Teri and Morikue wrote down every detail on what happen the day "Imori" took Nagisa.

Teri excused heself to go to the restroom and just as she walked out of the bathroom, she passed the holding cells of the jail. She turned to see Karma Akabane in handcuffs sitting in a chair of the police department.

"Karma Akabane?" Teri asked.

"Who wants to know?" Karma asked as he lifed his head up to noticed her,"Teri?"

Back at the room, Morikue turned to Tomoku as he said,"how long does it take to go to the bathroom?"

Tomoku bluntly says,"don't know...maybe she's taking a shit," he said as he sat with his heels to his butt, legs up in the chair as his lean back and took a sip of his coffee.

"Tomoku, how many cups of coffee did you have?" Morikue asked as he studied him.

Tomoku turned his expressionless dull dark circles under his eyes as he blinked triedly,"dunno,"

"Well don't drink too much coffine, you'll ruine your blood sugar," Morikue said.

Tomoku place his coffee down,"whatever you say old man," his voice was deep and rich as his turned with a triedly grin.

The door open as Teri walked in as a red haired boy followed behind her.

"Uh kid you must of uh~" Morikue was interuped,

"This is Karma," Teri sakd,"Nagisa's best friend, I know its not much but..," Teri then respectly bowed. This action took everyone by surprise even Karma.

"Please allow Karma to be apart of our investagion," Teri pleed.

Karma turned his head as he slightly blushed,"geez you are like a mother," he turned his head frowning.

Teri pulled her head up to look at him as he said,"but..," he turned looking at her with a slight smile,"it's all the more reasons why Nagisa should have lived with you,"

With a heavy heart and a gentle smile she then wrapped her arms around Karma and said,"thank you,"

Karma was startled.

Morikue then smiled with empathy. Tomoku just sat in his chair as he took a loud sltrip of his coffee staring.

"You're the closest thing that I have to Nagisa...," Teri said as Karma blushed and looking away.

She pulled back and smiled. Karma signed as he said,"yeah, same here,"

Morikue sighed,"well welcome Karma you're part of the team,"

Teri smiled,"oh thank you so much!"

"However, I still have questions for you, so if you don't mind I'd like to get started," Morikue said.

"Oh of crouse," the two walked to an interaging room, leaving Karma alone with Tomoku.

Tomoku turned around in his chair as he began to work.

Karma stood beside Tomoku as he watched him work,"Whatcha doing?" Karma asked.

Tomoku signed as he typed away he said,"working,"

Suddenly there was a beep on the computer of a webcam back to Teri's office with Ryland and Naiomi.

"Skype call?" Tomoku opened it as Naiomi and Ryland appeared on his screen,"Tomoku we have the surveillance and we found an image of the car Shiota was driving. I'm sending it to you now, so you can enhace it," Naoimi said with Ryland in the back ground going through paper work.

The image had been sent with a "bell" noise to it as Tomoku clicked open the image and said,"Got it, I'll enhance the photo and once I do, I'll run them to see if we have a match,"

Karma watched as Tomoku typed and clicked away as the image started to clear showing the plates he said out loud to Naoimi and Ryland on the other side of the computer,"running the plates now," he said.

Five minutes later and the results came back only...

An image of an old Asian woman appeared on the screen,"stolen plates," he sighed.

"Damn. And I thought we got the bitch," Ryland said looking up from the papers at the screen.

"Damn Hiromi Shiota must have stole the plates after she gained Imori Sakamoura's Identity," Tomoku said.

"Wait a second," Karma said,"did you say Hiromi?"

Tomoku turned to ask,"what did Teri not tell you?"

"All Teri told me was that I was needed in the investigation of Hiromi Shiota, said it was important," Karma said.

Tomoku sighed, "well you're not gonna like what I have to say,"

Karma's eyes where wide as he stared with desire to know.

"We are looking for Hiromi Shiota who is wanted for murder, identity theft and the kidnapping of Nagisa Shiota. This individual is a suffering from borader line personitly disorder and is dangerous. If you have any information of the where about of the alliance of "Imori Shiota" or Hiromi Shiota, please contact the police department immediately," the voice of Morikue streamed out off the empty room of the masion hotel management.

Karma cleatched his fist. Now standing in a room, he knew that the team wouldn't help finding Nagisa, and he was determine to find Hiromi Shiota himself.

Karma looked at the screen with at the stolen plates,"can't you just trace the plates?" He spat in frustration.

"Do you want my job?" Tomoku said,"Of crouse I'm running the plates, it's tracking now,"

Suddenly an address popped on the screen, as Tomoku gave the address to Naiomi and Ryland, the two darted out of Teri's room to go to the location.

Karma wanted to go and follow but something turn Karma that he wasn't convinced that location was accurate.

Karma than walked to the back room where Morikue and Teri we're speaking, he opened the door.

Teri and Morikue turned to the red haired boy,"can I help you?"

"Yes, maybe if you two would stop talking and get down to business we would have found him already!" Karma shouted.

"Karma!?" Teri was startled by this.

Morikue signed,"okay Karma, what do you suppose we do,"

"Trace their phones," Karma said.

"I've already hacked into their phone records before, and I bet I can track their cell phones too," Karma said,"just let me use a computer,"

Morikue nodded, "there's another computer in the back room just to your left, you can use that,"

"Thank you!" He said as he darted to the room.

Morikue's eyes flickered down the hall, who exactly is this kid?

Karma ran into an old office room as he sat down in the chair,"okay time to work your magic," he said as he pulled out his flash drive and entered in the computer's database.

Bur suddenly his eyes turned to a tablet,"hello there...you'll come in handy,"

Thridy minutes later*

The location of the plates landed Ryland and Naiomi in back of scrap mental shop. Ryland and Naiomi jump out of their car armed with their weapons as they did a routue check swip checking the premises for any signs of Nagisa or Hiromi.

Naiomi turned to Rylamd as she shook her head,"no signs of them,"

Ryland sighed as he stumbled and stepped on a metal plate, he bend down and picked it up,"looks like we found our stolden plates," he said as he picked up the plates.

Naiomi dispatch thought the office as Morikue picked up his radio as he heard,"Hey Morikue, looks like she tossed the plates here,"

"Damn, thanks Naiomi," Morikue said as he turned to Teri.

Tomoku clicked and typed as followed the trail of survillance pictures of a black sadan.

"Hows it coming along?" Morikue asked Tomoku.

"Uh, I'm trying just don't have a lot to go by," Tomoku said in frustration.

"

I'll go check on the kid," Morikue said as he turned to walk down the hall.

He apporched the room,"okay kid, whatya got?" He step inside the room to see it was empty,"huh?"

The window was slide open and the computer screen flashed with a location mark.

"Whats going on?" Teri asked coming into the room she then gasped,"where is Karma!?"

Karma was on a bike as he puddled with speed. He place the tablet inside the wire basket tilting it at angle where his flash drive on the side of the tablet and the screen flickefed with the location.

"Those champs," he said as he puddled,"there no way I'm letting them get to Nagisa first," he huffed as he then chuckled,"I only just gave them a hint of where they where...," he smirked.

Karma had the the tablet which he traced the true location of Nagisa. The location back at the station was only a half mile away in the middle of the woods. But karma's location was two miles away and smack dab in the old masion in the west part of an old town outside of the country side.

Don't worry Nagisa, I'm coming for you! Karma thought, and when I do, I will break Hiromi's neck.
