THIRTY TWO
some of you need to shove this information that everything written in this book is completely fictional, anything which I have written so far doesn't describe a little bit of what and who BTS is irl.

"What's happening here!?"
Taehyung snapped up his head and turned back, eyes big and confused instead of being scared of getting caught under such circumstances where the younger one was straddled on his lap as it seemed an inappropriate position in front of his mother.
"Mom?"
Jungkook quickly got off Taehyung's lap, enabling the elder one to stand up while he could see how Mrs Kim was practically fuming in rage, staring at him weirdly before completely fending her gaze from him to Taehyung.
"I asked what's happening here?" Haeun grits her teeth, eyes staring in disbelief at his son.
"Didn't….didn't I warn you to stay away or… or get rid of whatever is happening between you two?" She stammered, shaking in anger and betrayal as Taehyung never dared to disobey her nor did he ever go against him. So what went wrong this time?
Taehyung frowned, taken back by the sudden burst of his mother as he didn't expect her to lash out like that.
"I did everything to convince your aunt again and… and I'm coming home to see this."
"Mom, you didn't—"
"Your aunt got insulted by your so-called friend if you're forgetting what had happened that day," Haeun began. "I didn't expect you to be with him right after what he did."
"Exactly, you couldn't force everyone into something like me," Taehyung finally spoke out before he let out a chuckle.
"After everything, you still chose to be stubborn. Taehyung-ah, I'm so disappointed—"
Taehyung let out a small laugh, a sarcastic one, interrupting his mother in between her sentences.
"How ironic because it's you who always remain disappointed in me," He began, tired of the 'disappointment' tag upon him. "I try everything to do things better for you, for our family. Don't give me those looks, mom, It makes me more insecure than I am," There was no sign of tears into those eyes as he felt so empty inside. He was hurt by the way his mother was reacting.
She shouldn't force him to get rid of something which makes him happy, right?
He took a deep breath, putting his hurt feelings aside. "Alright, let's not talk about myself because it'd be so selfish of me like you always say. If family matters that much to you then why didn't you show up at Jin hyung's wedding?" He asked, causing his mother to break their eye contact.
"Isn't he your nephew? He's your own brother's son, Shouldn't you—"
"That's completely a different matter." She cut him off, exasperated enough.
"No, it's all because he was marrying a man, right mom?"
Jungkook stared at Taehyung's mother in disbelief. He wasn't aware that his mother was homophobic or anything near of it. However, he decided to stay quiet there.
"He is happy with the person he got married to. He's happy, mom but I won't be if you keep forcing me into something." Taehyung stated, causing the younger one to shift his gaze upon him as the more he listens to their conversation the more confused he gets.
"Do you even care about me, mom? You didn't even bother to ask me twice before inviting Aunt Jun and taking things further,"
"But it doesn't mean your friend gets the right to say anything offensive to our guest," Her every word points out towards Jungkook who frowned and was about to open his mouth when Taehyung called out his name.
"Go to the room, I'll be there in a minute."
Jungkook folded his arms on his chest. "No!" He refused to budge from the place.
"Please…" Taehyung pleaded, voice soft and desperate, grasping Jungkook's attention who nodded without any objection and left for the upstairs as he could see the entreating look upon the elder one's face. Also not forgetting to glare at Taehyung's mother who ruined their night.
"Mom, let's just talk about it. We still have gotten the time to correct the things—"
"You haven't told him about you getting married, am I right?" Haeun asked, stepping close to his son who froze in his place. She let out a small laugh before saying.
"Tell him about it, I'm aware he'd be smart enough to understand it and leave from your life…" She began. "Break up with him or whatever because you're going to marry Jia only, don't forget your promise to make me happy again, Taehyung-ah!" The lack of response from Taehyung encouraged her to continue further.
"I don't even want him in your life, have you seen how he behaves in front of his elders? His parents should be—"
"Could you stop talking bad about him? I think you're forgetting that he stood for his parents and me that day when Aunt Jun was trying—"
"Jun didn't do anything, she was advising you something for your good and nothing else." Haeun defended her friend who was possibly going to be the mother in law of Taehyung.
"But I guess the city life's influence got you against your mother,"
Taehyung stood there dumbfounded, face blank as he couldn't get to believe the words coming from his mother.
"Rich people only know how to manipulate others, one day he'll get bored of you, then where you're planning to come back…"
It made his fist clench along with his heart. "Somewhere better where I won't able to hear any of your stupid remarks," He stormed away from there, to upstairs to inform Jungkook that they were leaving for Seoul as it was hard to breathe in his own house now.
"Taehyung, remember only your family will—" It was useless to say anything further because Taehyung had already disappeared from her sight. However she doesn't regret saying everything — her son's mind was getting off track so she said those things for his better.
Meanwhile, Jungkook was sitting on the bed, watching Yeontan sleeping on his lap while his fingers caressed the fluff ball along with waiting for Taehyung. Coming from a family where both of his fathers support him or spoil him despite anything he does, it was odd to hear parents forcing or even saying 'no' to their child.
"Jungkook," He heard his name as soon as the door opened, causing his head to snap towards it. "Could you help me pack things?"
It made his eyebrows furrow but before he could ask anything Taehyung informed him.
"We're leaving for Seoul,"
"Right now?" Jungkook's face brightened up as he misses his home. "But why?" A pout formed onto his lips as Taehyung didn't respond and continued to take out their things from the closet — packing their stuff.
"And what about tannie?" The only question that made Taehyung's movement halted and head turn towards Jungkook who was still sitting on the bed with Yeontan on his lap.
"Would you be able to take care of him if I'm not home?" The blank expression on Taehyung's face and the change of his tone almost made Jungkook's body shudder. The look upon his face was making Jungkook concerned and turned on simultaneously however it wasn't the time to pop a boner.
"Yes,"
"Then take him," That's all Taehyung said before continuing to pack their things without saying anything. Jungkook looked around the place for the last time as he definitely would miss the room, the lambs & their parents, the green field lands and the bridge.
Taehyung rushed downstairs as soon as they got ready to leave — still pissed at the conversation he had with his mother. While Jungkook trailed behind him with Yeontan in his arms. However, the younger one halted on his way to the door when he spotted Mrs Kim, looking upset and angry as she stared towards the exit. The elder one already left without sparing any chance for Mrs Kim to stop him.
"See you again, Mrs Kim," He bowed again politely before leaving the house.
"I'm sorry for…. Sorry that you had to see that." Taehyung began, finally speaking to the younger one who would've been confused by now. It was the first thing that Taehyung decided to confess before breaking the silence between them as he refused to talk in the entire journey from his house to the train station.
"I'll explain everything later…" Or never. "When I'll feel better…" Which he doesn't know when.
Taehyung seemed to be lost in his thoughts as he stared mindlessly at the screen of his phone when he suddenly felt a palm cupping his balled-up fist, making him realise how tightly he curled up his fingers and clenched his fist that his knuckles turned white.
"I'm here for you," Jungkook whispered, soft and low as everyone in the cabin was sleeping in the train cabin along with Yeontan who was on Taehyung's lap now.
"....Taehyungie," The younger one squeezed Taehyung's fist, causing him to loosen up his grip before lacing their fingers together. Jungkook's hands were warm and soft, just like him, and Taehyung felt good after a while.
"Blue or green?"
Taehyung frowned, leaning back on the crest of his seat. His gaze shifted for a second from Jungkook's face to the baby blue sweater that the younger one was wearing.
"Blue," He randomly picks as Jungkook randomly asks about it. However, he saw Jungkook shrugging his shoulders.
"What?"
"Nothing, just checking."
"What would've happened if I said green instead?"
"I would've called you blind because the sky looks blue right now."
Taehyung looked outside through the window glass. Indeed it was a starry night with a pretty moon. He didn't like how it turned out, they would've been cuddling or fighting for blankets (because Jungkook likes his favourite blanket too & he doesn't want to share but always ends up sharing it with the younger one) however, here they were travelling back to Seoul at midnight unexpectedly.
He responded with a soft hum. "I'm sorry for whatever happened…"
"S'okay, I'm so sleepy," Drowsiness was visible in those doey eyes as Taehyung stared into them fondly. A set of pillowy lips pressed against his own before he could greet Jungkook with a 'good night'.
A soft chuckle escaped past Taehyung's lips. "I realised that I love kissing you too,"
Jungkook let out a sleepy giggle before resting his head upon Taehyung's shoulder while holding hands. Only a couple of hours before they reached Seoul — caused Taehyung to rest his head upon Jungkook's head and leave him with opened eyes and restless mind.
He doesn't know whether he should shed tears for leaving home or confronting his mother for himself.
Taehyung sniffled slightly as tears began building into his eyes. But they weren't enough to roll down or describe how empty he feels, it only made his eyes glassy and himself super tired of everything.
"Don't rub your eyes,"
Jungkook felt his fist getting away from his eyes as he rubbed them from sleepiness. Those were the first words Taehyung said right after entering their apartment building's elevator. The entire journey from the train station back to their building was so silent that Jungkook almost woke Yeontan to play with him.
While Taehyung regretted every second about leaving or arguing back to his mother. He could've just apologised for.....
"No one chose to have you but me," He remembered those words and he was aware his mother loves him more than herself — which proves through why she took care of him for years and loved him while others didn't even want him. But here he was being selfish, always thinking about himself first.
"No," Jungkook shook his head when he tried to reach for his nose before yawning but Taehyung grasped his wrist as he misunderstood the younger would again rub his eyes. He yawned cutely, trying to cover his nose instead of his mouth.
Taehyung let out a small smile — reaching for Jungkook's waist to hold him.
"You need a little support there, little one."
"Says you,"
Taehyung pursed his lips into a straight line. "Deep."
"Do you want to go to your apartment or are you coming with me?" Taehyung asked, right after entering his apartment. The younger one could leave him as well, it isn't like he could force him to stay with him when he was so pathetic and vulnerable, and also doesn't even have the right to do so.
"You should inform your dads as well. They would be happy seeing—"
"I told you already that you're not getting away from me!!"
Taehyung would be lying if he says it didn't flutter his heart or maybe because it's 5 in morning as an excuse. He was snapped out of his trance when Jungkook pushed him to the small living room of his apartment.
"I'll leave whenever I want to," He began. "Don't tell me what to do."
Taehyung took a deep breath after Jungkook made him sit on the couch. "You probably have been thinking how pathetic I am to fight with my mom and then leave my house at the mid fucking night," He chuckled dryly, feeling ashamed enough to not look into Jungkook's eyes.
"Don't worry, I've had the experience of running away from home with or without fighting with my dads." Jungkook patted Taehyung's head before walking away from there with yeontan — assuming that he must be tired and headed to sleep.
Suddenly Taehyung found himself getting wrapped around a blanket, causing him to snap out of his thoughts.
"What… What are you doing?" He asked, furrowing eyebrows in confusion.
"Getting you to bed," Jungkook let the blanket drape over Taehyung's broad shoulders and made him stand up from the couch.
"Pick me up, I'm sleepy~" He whined, already wrapping his arms around Taehyung's neck but shooting a glare at the elder one when he didn't pick him up.
"Do it or…." His hardened gaze softened up when Taehyung finally picked him up in a bridal style because they both were aware of Jungkook's stubborn behaviour and the younger one wasn't someone to give in that easily.
"I'm not sleepy—"
"Won't you cuddle me till I fall asleep, Taehyungie?" Jungkook was aware of his charm and the influence of his sparkly big eyes. And Taehyung was simply a weak man to fall for it — so he gave in and climbed onto bed. He kept caressing Jungkook's scalp, whose head rested on his chest, till he drifted away from his thoughts to sleep.
The next time when he woke up it was noon and he was alone on the bed — quite peculiar. However, he was exhausted from everything that happened as well as the long journey from his home town to Seoul. So he decided to take a shower.
"Taehyung, you're up!?" As soon as Taehyung walked out of the bathroom, he heard Jungkook's voice. He hummed softly, giving a small nod to him — his eyes scanned the younger one's fit who dressed up in some shorts and a blue checkered shirt which had a few buttons opened up, revealing a little bit of his chest. With Yeontan in his arms.
"You're looking hot,"
"I just took a bath," Taehyung looked down at himself, he was wearing some simple sweatpants and a t-shirt and a towel was hanging on his shoulders.
"Exactly!" Jungkook giggled enthusiastically. Sometimes, Taehyung wonders how he could be so energetic or cheery all the time without any reason. He snapped out of his trance when the younger one began to pull him out of his room to the kitchen.
"For you," A cup of hot chocolate with small cubes of marshmallow sprinkled over was placed in front of Taehyung when he sat on the stool of his kitchen island.
"What is this for?" Taehyung asked in confusion.
"I made this for you,"
Taehyung's eyes went wide. "W-what? Why?"
"My dad always gives me hot chocolate whenever I feel down, so I thought it'd work on you too," Jungkook explained, not noticing the fond gaze upon Taehyung's face.
"Don't worry, I already fed tannie,"
"Thank you," Taehyung said before sipping on the hot chocolate. It magically works for him, warming up his heart and making him forget about whatever happened with his mother for a while.
"I feel so bad involving you into my shits,"
"I understand, Tae." Jungkook stepped close to him, carding his fingers through Taehyung's wet locks — who smiled at him.
"I have to go now,"
Taehyung's smile immediately dropped, making him put the cup of hot chocolate down. "Where?"
"For brunch with my dads, I told them I'm coming home and they started lecturing me and a lot of blah blah—"
"You'll come back, right?" Taehyung asked, grasping Jungkook's wrist and pulling him a little bit close.
"I'll bring Jack here," He kissed Taehyung's nose.
"So we could breed them."
