I doodled these two while I was waiting for someone to pick me up from school yesterday and I thought they would be good OCs.
The small one is Jay and the tall one is Giles.
I thought up a little backatory for them too.

Giles was sent to the capitol, Orelia City of the Valleylands as a kid to live and work there. His family, who worked on a poor farm and couldn't afford to take care of him, decided to send him off and hope he could find another willing family there. Alas, he had no luck in finding a family willing to care for him. Only one place was able to take him in and give him a job- the king and queen of the Valleylands. A widowed maid that worked there found him and persuaded the chief of the guards and work staff to take him in as a servant. Years on from then, Giles has worked endlessly serving the king's family in many ways: from working in the kitchen to loading and unloading supplies, to working at the wind energy factories; he has done almost all the gruesome tasks, carrying a few scars home from work at the end of the day.
All this changed, though when raiders of the Swamplands attacked the capitol. The city was torn apart and Giles was seperated from his home, barely making it out of the wreck. He was all on his own again- that is, until Giles found the King's and Queen's son just outside the demolished city; alone, scared, and crying.
He decided to take the little guy with him, and start a new life from there on, with Jay.

Ah jeez I don't like telling my own stories like these but oh well

I can't decide if Jay was born with bad arms and got them amputated or if his cloak is just really fluffy and thick and his arms are hiding under there... you can decide on that for yourselves...
The armless thing was 60% on purpose 40% an accident lol.
