(OMG I'm so sorry I haven't updated in like two months!!! I couldn't find inspiration to write the original plot of this chapter so I decided to change it).

Today was the big day. My last play in middle school!

I couldn't help but think of Monroe... does she know I exist? Will she be at the opening night of Romeo and Juliet?

~• During Rehearsal~
"Oh Romeo-" lines could be heard from throughout the room. People putting last minute touches on Props, sets, and costumes.

"If only I could Marry him,"

"She's the one, definitely,"

"I will marry you, just you wait,"

Certain lines reminding me of Monroe... why do the lines about marriage remind me of her? we're in middle school, thoughts! I've never been this infatuated with someone that all I can think about is her! Am I okay?! Am I under a love potion? No, I'm not that's impossible.

~First Act~
"Alonzo you're up in 5," the stage manager said and I nod.

Soon 5 minutes pass and I walk onto stage delivering my line. My eyes land on the crowd and I couldn't help but search for her. She was sitting with Eva, Annie, and Lia (forgot lia existed oop).

~Intermission~

"Hmm... I noticed you were looking for someone I'm the crowd," Emily said.

"That's because I was," I admit.

"Who?" She asked.

"You're friend Monroe," I say.

"...why?" She asks with a glint of suspicion in her eyes? Why would she be suspicious?

"Because I like her?" I say.

"Why do you like her...?" She asks again.

"She's a sweet person, I believe she's a good baker I've seen her hand out baked goods to her friends, and she's really Adorable!" I confess.

"Oh so nothing about a bra-" she starts but then realizes what she's about to say.

"About what?" I ask her.

"N-nothing!" She exclaims then runs away.

That was freaking weird.

~•Act Two•~
After my last scene where my character discovers Juliets "dead body" I walk off stage and join the others who finishes their last scenes.

"We say you eyeing someone in the crown during first act," Phoe says coming up to me.

I roll my eyes and answer
"Yeah, why are you bringing it up?"

"Noting nothing, just... who do you liiiiiike?!" He asks excited. Since when did Phoe get excited about who do people like?

"Monroe," I say.

"No! Monroe?! Omg whyyyy? She's an ugly, annoying bitch!" He scolds.

"Excuse me?!" I start

"SHE IS NOT UGLY SHE IS ADORABLE AND GORGEOUS, SHE IS NOT ANNOYING OR ATLEAST FROM WHAT IVE HEARD; SHE IS WITTY AND KIND, AND DON'T YOI DARE CALL HER OR ANYONE IN FACT A BITCH!!!" I finish, Screaming.

The anger still boiling inside,  I decide to do something I should've done a long time ago.

"I think we shouldn't be friends anymore, I can't be friends with a cowardly bully," I walk away towards Emily.

"Well, did not expect that to happen," She says with a grin.

"I should've unfriended him a long time ago!" I exclaim. She nods.

Soon we get called for curtain call.

~After Party~
Emily ushers me over to her, Monroe was next to her and I could feel my heart start to beat a mile a minute.

"Finally I can introduce you to the girl I wanted you to meet!" Emily exclaims.

"Alonzo meet Monroe, Monroe meet Alonzo," she says.

She wanted me to meet Monroe.... I look at Emily and she had a smirk on her face that told me she knew something I didn't. But what was it?

I look over to Monroe and am met with Blueberry blue eyes. Her freckles scattered across her face. Her brown hair was in pigtail French braids. My breath was caught short at her. She was breathtakingly Adorable.

"H-hi..." she says. She blushes out of embarrassment. Gosh even het blush is adorable.

"Hey!" I exclaim giving her a smile. Her cheeks redden and she runs away.

"MONROE!" Emily calls after her.

"Sorry!" She adds, she then runs after her.

I follow them and then notice something on Monroe's wrist.

A bracelet...

Almost identical to mine.
