"There is no way I'm going to the valentines dance!" I say
"Oh come on dude, It's gonna be fun!" Alexander says.
"I don't even have a date nor do I know anyone who I want to be my date," I say.
"You went to the Halloween dance though!" Davy says.
"T-that's different... I liked someone at the time... and I wanted to see her in a fancyish dress...." I admit.
"So basically... you're saying you aren't coming to the Valentines Dance because you don't like anyone at the moment?" Phoe butts (or is it just buts... idk) in.
"Well that's one reason," I say.
"Who was the girl you liked? You've never told us this!" Alexander says and the others nod in agreement.
"Uhhh... I'm not saying," I tell them.

~•At Lunch•~
(A/N: Monroe is at home sick that day)

"I miss Monroe... she's always making us laugh and always has some interesting dream to tell us... I hope she gets better," a voice said. I turned the corner of the cafeteria entrance so see who was talking. It was that girl who was in my PE class who talked to Lia and that Monroe girl I think her name was Avaugn ... no wait Eva. I hid back behind the corner of the cafeteria entrance.
"I know right.... I hope she's working on the bracelets," the girl Eva was talking to said she mumbled the last part and I could barely hear her.... she said something along the lines of It hope she's working with the broccoli. I recognize the girl as Anne, Emily is friends with her and talks about her frequently. I stop eavesdropping and walk towards the food and salad bar area to get lunch. Hmm... they were talking about Monroe... the girl who used to like Phoe but now likes an eighth grader. My stomach churns at the thought. But why?
