His Butler, Blood Bath
"He sure runs fast," the young lord said as you both looked down the twisting stairs. There it is again, that unexplainable intoxicating scent of death. "I think we should check this way," you began down the stairs.
"Ah!"
You turned to see the young lord holding a gun to his fiancés head.
"Ciel, careful you almost shot me!"
The young lord covered her mouth, "Lizzy, it's too dangerous. Go back upstairs to Aunt Frances. We have work to do." You both continued to make your way downstairs. You could see Snake and his companions sitting in the dark eating.
"Who's there?" The young lord pointed his gun at Snake, making you force his arm down before he shot him. "My lord you're jumpy it's only Snake."
"See he's eating down here."
"Elizabeth?! I told you to go back upstairs."
"But I wanted to see you eat the cake-"
"My lady as sweet as your intentions are this isn't the greatest time. Get down!!!" She screamed, and the young lord grabbed her, pulling her out of harms way giving you free range to shoot the creature in its head. Its body crumpled to the ground and you looked around trying to find where it came from. An open coffin lay a few feet away with the Aurora Society's insignia on it. You reloaded your gun, "There's bound to be more."
"There's more with bird insignia over there, says Oscar," Snake pointed out behind you. All of you turned around to see columns of coffins shaking.
"Holy crap..." You breathed out as they all burst open with these creatures falling out and piling trying to claw their way to you. Simultaneously you all started running but you were surrounded and were quickly being enclosed. Shots rang out as you and the young lord began shooting at them.
"Smile! Up here!" Snake yelled from atop crates. Looked stable enough.
Hoisting the Lady Elizabeth up while the young lord covered you Snake grabbed her helping the rest of the way. "Your turn my lord." You were about to reload when you dropped the magazine for the gun. One of the things reached out to grab you and you pulled them by the neck and sent it headfirst into a section of them making them drop with a sickening crunch. "Get up here Y/n!" The young lord stretched his hand, but you opted to climb instead.
"They evidently can't see us nor do I think they can hear us. Something is attracting them."
The young lord nodded his head in agreement, "It seems they're unintelligent. Nor can they feel pain... I think we can rule out sense of smell, some lack noses."
The crates began to rock violently, and you looked down to see them clawing their way through. "I have no choice but to go down there, sir." You steadied yourself on the crates ready to jump in the fray. You've always wanted to test your mortality ever since becoming Sebastian's mate. You never dreamed it would be this way or this deadly...
"Ciel!" Lady Elizabeth grabbed onto the young lord.
"Don't worry Lizzy I swear I'll protect you. No matter what happens!"
"How admirable my lord. A true English gentleman, I'm very proud," Sebastian said aiming at their heads with his knives.
"Don't just stand there. Dispose of them!"
"As you wish," he charged at them leaping in the air and pouncing on them, smashing their skulls into the ground with his hands. The young lord shielded his fiancé's eyes from the grotesque vision of Sebastian's "playful" side coming to life. You saw his facade slip a bit, fangs bared for the world to see, the biggest grin plastered on his face. This was pure enjoyment, the destruction he brought filled his mundane life. Your heart beat rapidly seeing him at work, you were in love with a monster. A demon.
"I am finished my lord," he said lightly, a smile on his face. He looked like a little child in the middle of all that blood. He stretched out his hands, "Allow me."
"Don't touch me with those hands. They're filthy," he said looking down at him as you helped them down halfway. "Oh beg pardon, I'll change them immediately." He swiftly changed them and helped them down. He extended his hand for you, and you took it and were pulled into his arms bridal style. You took your sleeve and wiped the blood off his cheeks. "There."
"Why are there with many corpses on this ship? It doesn't make sense," the young lord inquired.
"As for that," Sebastian started, you reached inside his tailcoat and sent two knives the doctor's way as he attempted to sneak by unnoticed. Sebastian set you down the blood splashing your heels and you picked up the bullets for your gun, staining your hands red.
"No, wait!"
"For? I have disposed of your little toys already."
"That's the problem," Stoker winced as Sebastian eased up on his arm which he pinned behind his back. "This ship was built to accommodate two different cargo holds. It's split into two sections this and the front, which holds ten times as many subjects than in here."
Lovely
"Sebastian, Y/n, go ahead and make sure my aunt and the rest are escorted to safety. When you've done that, come straight to me."
"And you, my lord?"
"I'm armed so we'll be alright for a while don't worry Y/n. Now go."
The both of you took off running upstairs to find the Marchioness. It was utter chaos, corpses among corpses both dead and undead. There stood the Marchioness and her family in the middle, their swords drawn trying to fight off the animated corpses. You both intervened, smashing the heads of the two corpses in front of them.
"You two. What are they?"
"I couldn't say, my lady. I do know you have to destroy their heads," Sebastian said.
"Where are the children?" The Marquess asked, his son by his side equally worried.
"They're both safe and asked us to escort you and the Marchioness-"
"Absolutely not," the Marquess' gruff voice interrupted you. "We are the head knights for Her Majesty. We do not hide in safety, we fight for Queen and country. It would be a shame to let her people die."
"A knights duty isn't to himself, but in service to his country," Lord Edward said.
"Return to the children. We do not require assistance."
"But my lady..."
"Would you be questioning our swordsmanship butler?" She pointed her sword to his chest. He bowed his head in surrender before she could become aggressive. They started off in the opposite direction to go save people.
"And tell Ciel if one hair on Lizzy's head is harmed he'll answer to me!" Lord Edward shouted back.
Suddenly the ship rocked violently for about a half of a minute and you rushed out on deck to see an iceberg passing by. Huge chunks of ice were splayed out on the lower deck. "Come on."
You ran behind Sebastian following him to the end of the second deck. The boat listed greatly and you stumbled, twisting your ankle. Sebastian just grabbed your arm yanking you out the air and away from the edge and threw you over his shoulder. You saw the Marquess and his family had made their way to the upper decks.
"Wait here," he set you down in front of the wheelhouse.
The ship grumbled slightly as the gears shifted to accommodate whatever Sebastian was in there doing. Suddenly there was a scuffle and then eerie silence, you were about to approach the door when it flew off its hinges followed by one of those creatures.
"What the hell?!"
"I am sorry my dear but here, hold this I'll be back." He handed you his tailcoat and unbuttoned his vest and the top two buttons of his white cotton shirt. "Wait in there."
And with that, he jumped overboard into the freezing arctic waters. You half expected him to climb back out and grab his tailcoat but eh, your husband doesn't exactly feel. Or at least it doesn't bother him. Clobbering your way into the cabin you saw the captain on the floor along with various workers, a severed hand was still attached to the steering wheel. Easing into a chair, you inspected your ankle, nothing a little splint can't fix, that might not even be necessary. Instead, you tied the ribbon from your shoes around it to keep it from flailing too much.
You heard the sound of one of those creatures coming. Grabbing your gun, you reloaded it with trembling fingers and aimed it at the door. Shot after shot they received one bullet to the head and toppled over the side, you were down to your last bullet when Sebastian came and killed the rest.
"I'm starting to think the undead is not your forte," he said spreading out a map with his dark hair dripping water everywhere.
Another one of those things came in groaning. You shot at it quickly missing by an inch.
"Shit!"
Sebastian didn't even look up, he bashed its head in with his fist and continued doing what he was doing.
"My point made darling."
He started dressing, tucking his shirt in his trousers and buttoning his shirt fully, fixing the collar. "The water is roughly two degrees, prolonged exposure will endanger their health. Four compartments should be filled with water by now," he put his tie back and slipped his gloves on. "This ship will go down within the hour. We must fetch them at once." He grabbed his tailcoat and walked out with you behind him.
