Ok guys, I'm putting my A/N first so I can explain some things.

1. I've wanted to update for a super long time, but I've been super busy. On top of that, up until this point, I had already written the story so all I had to do was type it online and upload it, but for these next two chapters, I have to come up with it right now. But anyway... I still love all my readers and will update as soon as I get a chance.

2. After this there will be one more chapter and an epilogue. I wanted to add a ton more chapters, but since school has started, I've been super busy. I was going to update a week before school started, but my volleyball coach wanted us to get practice because we had a game literally the second day of school (my team is undefeated so far yippee!) so she had practice for the week before school started. The week before that I was on a trip with my youth group.

3. I hate to make excuses to you guys because I love all my readers (you guys are awesome!!!). Anyways, here's the story (sorry for rambling).

It had been a year since Maria and Robin admitted their feelings for each other, and Robin had decided to ask Benjamin for her hand in marriage.

"Umm... sir, I was wondering if I could ask you something," Robin asked as Benjamin brushed by him in an air of someone who was unconcerned by such trivial matters as the boy following him.

"What is it Robin? I'm very busy. I just found out that Loveday is to have a baby. I must gather furniture from all over the manor and move it to the room the baby is to be in. Then it must be cleaned." Benjamin's blunt statement caught Robin off guard.

"I... uhh..."

"Well what do you want. As I said, I'm very busy."

At this, Robin recovered his tongue. "I wished to ask you for Maria's hand in marriage." This time, it was Benjamin's turn to be caught off guard.

"Uuuhhh... Well, I don't see why not." He quickly recovered from his shock. Thus, Robin gained the hand of his love. He decided to break the news to her that very evening.

Maria was attending her evening lesson with Miss Heliotrope when Robin excitedly burst through the door. "Maria," he said, quite out of breath. "Would you like to for a walk with me? In the woods?"

The wordless question that Maria sent her governess with pleading eyes was answered with a meaningful glance at the textbook Maria held in her hand. With a sigh, she answered, "I will, Robin, but we will have to wait until after my lesson." He left the room without another word. Miss Heliotrope noticed the look of longing Maria had on her face as she gazed at the retreating figure of Robin.

"Alright you may go."

Maria leapt to her feet. "Oh, thank you, Miss Heliotrope! Thank you!"

"But expect double lessons tomorrow!" she called to the girl running out of the room. She witnessed the wide smiles that graced the countenances of both figures standing in the hall. "Oh, young love. What a beautiful thing," she declared, holding one hand over her heart.

Robin led Maria to a clearing in the woods he found a few years ago. A merry gurgling stream meandered through as tall grasses and beautiful flowers grew on either bank. To Maria, it seemed the most picturesque place she had ever seen. She stood in awe and gazed about in wonder. When she turned to Robin, he was down on one knee.

"Maria, you know I love you. Will you take the next step? Will you be my wife?"

The girl was speechless. She wanted to say something, but no words came. All she could do was nod her head. On a sudden impulse, she kneeled beside him and kissed him. It was then that words finally came. "Yes, Robin! Yes!"

Hey guys, I finally got a chance to update because we have school off tomorrow and I decided to pull an all-nighter because I have no life. So if any of you have the app for apple devices, you know that they made it so the app can add pictures. That why there is a picture of Augustus Prew for this chapter. I put it there because, c'mon, we all know he's gorgeous. Who wouldn't want to stare a picture of him?
