Manan came back from their romantic honeymoon 2 days back, both of them had an really amazing and relaxing trip. Nandini and Manik visited Ria house to visit her mother.

Today is Sunday and its relaxing day for everyone and all of them are chilling in Singhania's House

Nandini and Manik pull abhi with saying they will be back

Manik: but I got to know that u said papa ur leaving home at 8:00pm only but comes home at 10:30pm

Abhi gives them sheepish smile

Nandini: yess tell us everything

Abhi tells them how she  motivated  him when Ria mother was admitted in hospital and now they are best friends and daily he makes sure to meet her and drop her at her place

Manik: and u sounded low when u first told about her regarding her family

Abhi sits on bed, manan sit beside on either side of abhi and he told them how her parents passed away and relatives took all her assets and left her alone and since then she worked hard. Manik side hugs him and Nandini hugs him tight and cries

Abhi: doll shh don't cry

Nandini: she is in so much pain bhai

Abhi: yes and we will make her happy

Nandini: bye promise me u will always keep are happy and safe

Abhi takes his phone to show avni pic but just then there was knock, Manik opens the door and sees a servant standing

Nandini: I'm so excited it's gone be fun

Around 10:00 pm they went to their respective homes

Manik and Nandini came down all ready and they see Nyonika changing all the curtains and cushion covers

Nandini: mumma aaj zyada work nahi hai so I will come early and we will go shopping and get everything we need

Nyonika: done and we need to make guest list too

Nandini: done but first come and have breakfast and kaki make sure mom eats something in between

All of them have their breakfast

Raj: manu I'm waiting in the car

Manan hugs nyo and kiss her on either side of cheek

Nandini along with MukAlYa are finalizing the final designs

Nandini: we can do one thing half designs u stich it in ur fashion house and remaining will be done here

Soon Mukti, Aliya and Navya left NS Fashion House

Malhotra Empire:

Manik and Abhi are showing the final completed project of their collaboration, Raj and Ronit are having proud smiles

Sanjana: nandu baby don't worry I will one of my friend is gynecologist in same hospital and I will visit her

Sanjana was about to answer but she felt her head spinning and she fell unconscious on floor on the other side nandini was worried for her she was calling her as phone was still on, just then Sanjana friend came to meet her (can u guys guess who it is socho socho)

Friend: Sanjana wake up and she sprinkles the water but she is not waking up

She goes out and calls a ward boy and ask him to get Stretcher and she comes back and see phone in Sanjana hand

Friend: hello

Nandini: hello who is this

Friend: I'm Sanjana friend can u come to hospital she fell unconscious

Nandini: ya I'm coming

Nandini rushes out and informs Ria she is leaving and ask her to lock her cabin and told her to keep the key with her

While driving the car Nandini quickly calls manik and keeps the phone in speaker

Manik: hey baby

Nandini: hello mani

Manik: jaan kya hua

Nandini: mani sanju she fell unconscious and she is admitted can u get arya to city hospital

Manik: ya we are coming he is here only u drives safely ok we will be their soon

Nandini: ya manik bye

Manik: bye

Raj: manu kya hua why are u panicking? What did princess say?

Manik: dad actually

Manik looks at Mihir and Arya and takes deep breathe

Manik: sanju fell unconscious and she is admitted in same hospital

Arya sat on chair fully shocked and tears rolling down manik and abhi rushes towards and kneels down in front him

Manik: ya arya we need to rush to hospital

Manik and Arya takes him towards Abhi car and Raj and Ronit are handling Mihir

City Hospital:

Soon Nandini reached and she ask for Sanjana and they said she admitted in OT 3rd floor and nandini rushes towards OT

Just then Sanjana friend's comes out  

Nandini: doctor how is sanju

Friend: u are

Nandini: Nandini Manik Malhotra Sanju's best friend

Friend: hi I'm Dr. Avni Rathod sanju's friend and colleague (So Sanjana friend is none another Avni abhi best friend)

Nandini: hi (in that situation nandini didn't realize she is same Avni) how is she?

Avni: she is little weak and we took her blood test and it will be here in 1hr and she will soon gain conscious

Nandini: thank u so much

Avni: don't thank me she is my friend too I will see u around

Nandini: sure

Nandini sits on the chair and just then manik, arya, abhi, Raj, Mihir and Ronit came followed by Pallavi and Nyonika as Raj informed them and they reached here

Nandini sees Manik she gets up and hugs him tight and cries

Manik: shhh calm down sanju ko kuch nahi hoga

Nandini: I was scared we were talking and suddenly her voice stopped and her friend said she fell unconscious and admitted in OT

Arya: how is she now?

Nandini: she is weak and they took blood test the result will be here in 1hr

Just then Nurse came out

Nurse: patient ko hosh aagaya u can meet her

Arya and Nandini rushes inside her room

Arya: how are u??

Sanjana: I'm better now

Nandini: I told u too visit the doctor in early hour na

Sanjana: sorry woh bhul gayi

Nandini: pagal

Pallavi: sanju beta are u fine

Soon they shifted her to VIP Room and all of them were waiting for the room

Nandini and Arya are holding Sanjana hands tight

Soon 1hr passed and Avni came with reports and she have brightest smile, seeing avni abhi was shocked seeing her so was Avni but she shifter her concentration towards Sanjana

Avni: don't worry Mr. Khurana nothing worry in fact it's a good news

Avni: ya Sanjana is Pregnant

Nandini: oh my god!!!!!!!! Really

Mihir kissed sanju forehead and blessed her followed by Raj, Ronit, Pallavi and Nyonika

Avni: nahi she is good but have little weakness which will be cured by medicines and good health

Pallavi: Mihir bhai until baby arrives aap, Arya aur sanju are staying at Singhania Mansion that's it

Mihir: ok behna

Manik and Abhi: congratulations behna

Sanjana: thank u bhai

Manik: arya from now you are not going to tease my sister

Abhi: and no late night coming

Arya:  yes boss

Avni was smiling seeing the love of  the family she have tears nyo Pallavi and abhi sees it

Nyonika: kya hua beta

All attentions shifted towards abhi and abhi realize it and bit his tongue

Avni takes their blessing and abhi is watching all this with huge smile manan stands beside abhi

Soon Abhi left behind Avni

Soon abhi comes back to room with discharge papers

Nandini helps Sanjana to get down and arya holds her with support

Arya takes Sanjana to their room and gives her juice and ask her to take rest and goes down and sees Manik, Nandini and Abhi standing in front of elders

Pallavi: so who is avni

Nandini: maa I know after we came back haina mani

Manik: ha maa

Nyonika: and after knowing still u two hid it

Soon all of them had dinner Nandini, Nyonika and Pallavi prepared Sanjana fav dishes.
