After we arrived at Glitter, noiz and aya tried to fix up Clear the best they could, while shirayuki took care of Junko, who was still a sobbing mess

Aoba was currently sitting on the couch pondering until he

Aoba then grabbed his head, his migraines must've returned.

He dug his hand in his pocket and took out his pack of medicine, He got up and went to the sink in the kitchen.

Turning the tap and filling the glass, Thinking about what tae said ' your voice has the ability to draw people to you, you can destroy that persons unconscious mind and total being'

When aoba and minene were in kojaku's head

Kojaku's ' I really wanted my life to be over aoba, but you inspired me to live...but it just didn't happen, When I dropped my guard, It all comes flowing back, The one day in my life, That bloody day...." he turned his head to the side "And killing ryuho didn't solve anything...So now I...."

Aoba and aya in noiz's head

Noiz "A world where you can't feel anythingIs lonely.....You don't know what anyone else is feeling...." he said "Who's give a damn if I died out there?" He asked
"No family....No friends...Or anyone else to worry about me...."

When clear stabbed himself in the head

Clear " The first decision I ever made on my own..." he raised the knife near his head "The one I made to protect you three
And I'm going to keep my promise, So please let me do this" He then stabbed himself in the head

" hey..." he didn't pay attention to the voice until it got louder " hey!" He then snapped out of it and saw the water spilling out of the glass

He turned his head and saw, Noiz arrived who turned off the sink. "What are you spacing out about?" he asked. Aoba looked at him. Not saying anything.

Time skip

Aoba took his pill, then the water

Aya had taken over looking after Junko so Shirayuki could have a break

"Are your headaches bothering you?" She asked concerned "Yeah, they are." Aoba replied, "So, how's Clear?"

"Me and aya got some patch work done. We're still going to have to find a shop or something to get him running right." Noiz said while shirayuki remained quiet, clenching her fist

Aoba put his cup in the sink. "Thanks for that." A silence fell between them. "Not sure when," Noiz suddenly said. Aoba and shirayuki looked to him, which he looked back to Aoba, glancing between him and yuki.

She and Aoba looked down, Then, Aoba clicked his watch and pulled up the invitation he received to come to Platinum Jail. "Every one of us got an invitation here," He let the screen disappear, "They laid a trap for us. It started with that guy, Ryuho, those Morphine guys, and the two guys who look just like Clear."

"You knew they were after you?" Noiz questioned. "I still don't know why you guys got invitations. Toue wants something with me, I get that." Aoba said

"Think about it," shirayuki said making them look at her

"Getting the person that he really wants, but why not hurt others to add some spice to the pot?"

"You think we got an invitation so he could hurt us?" Noiz asked. "Why not? You guys are friends of ours and what better way to hurt someone by hurting another they care about?"

"And because of me, you're all involved in this." Aoba added. "Because, we wanted to be." A new voice said.

" don't blame yourself dumbass " followed by another

Aoba, Noiz, and shirayuki looked to the doorway and saw Koujaku and minene standing there. "Kojaku! Minene!" Aoba exclaimed, "Are you okay, now?" Aoba adked him

"Yeah, I'm pretty good," He brought a hand to his head, "Still clearing the cobwebs out." He looked to Noiz, taking his hand down, "How's Clear doing?"

"It was a mess in there, but Me and aya
really can't do a whole lot more in this amusement park." Noiz answered. "All right." Noiz looked to Aoba and shirayuki. "So, anyway, I don't deny that Toue is after you, but still..."

"But, what?" Aoba asked. "There's gotta be something else." The four got the same confused looks. "No, he's right. There is something else. The only question is, what is it?" Shirayuki asked.

Elsewhere

Mink's guys pulled out crates and opened them to revealing guns

Back at the suite

The group were sitting on the sofa's excerpt for noiz, who stood with his back turned

"And when Morphine attacked us..." noiz began

" I told you to stop!!!!!" Aoba shouted with the distorted voice

"All those guys, they all just stopped. Like somehow they were obeying every word you said to them." Aoba and shirayuki shifted. "Well...yeah." Aoba said. "And then...I heard a voice in my head, telling me you were going to come inside. And then you were there. with Aya." Koujaku looked to them.

"Yeah, well...That was me using my Scrap power on you and, I accidentally brought Aya in with me when she held onto you, That's how it's supposed to work." He remembered what tae said

" you have the ability to project your mind and consciousness into the minds of others when you want to" she says, which surprised aoba " we refer to that power as Scrap back when I worked at the lab"

Noiz looked back to him "Scrap?" He asked.

"Yeah. If I really feel like doing it, I can go inside someone's head and make them do anything that I want. All I have to do to learn everything about someone is force my own thought stream into their unconscious mind at any time"

"So, that's what you were doing." Koujaku said, finally understanding when Aoba and minene were in his mind.

" and if anyone held into you or the person you want to use the power on, they get dragged in as well" Minene added

"Yeah." Aoba said "I didn't know how to control my power, when I wound up mind to mind with Mizuki... And then..."

The grip on shirayuki's fist increased in anger

"And then, all of us got the invites to come here. Toue's been sending guys after us without a break. And that means he's trying or succeeding at brainwashing people. And what's worse, he's probably recruiting me to do it. You remember, don't you, Koujaku? It was part of the fireworks and light show. And Clear knew about the effects of the Dye music--he sings it. And me and aya went inside Noiz after Toue got control of him." Noiz's eyes softened

"And there's that anniversary event coming up. Toue's going to use it to brainwash everyone he hasn't gotten to yet. I want to do everything I can to keep that from happening."

"Yeah." Koujaku agreed. "But, I'm the ones Toue wants, not you guys. We can't ask you to put yourselves in danger like that. " aoba said

Koujaku gasped. "It's not like you were the only ones who got invited." He said.

"Okay...But, still, that does worry me."

"At this point, we all have a reason to worry, Aoba. But, as of right now, I'm done worrying," shirayuki says, before she got up, "It's been a long couple of days, Aoba. We all need some sleep.

"Yeah, you're right." He said

"Good night," the others start going to they're rooms, but she stopped on the platform and closed her eyes, then re-opened them and looked out the window

"I love you all." She says "
But I know what I have to do..."

In the tower

Toue looked at the screens which projected a single eye

" if we're ready sir" his assistant says

"yes, the time has come for the people of this island to move under my command, I'm overjoyed, how about you?" He asked his assistant

" yes sir" he replied

" midirojima's only the start you know, after the island it'll be time to extend our sphere of influence to the whole of Japan, then the world itself, can't you just see it happening takahashi?" He asked

His assistant turned to look at him but didn't say anything

"Your not sure?" He asks "Just remember this for future reference, In order to win your battles you have to be able to conceive of the victories and how they're won ahead of time" he sighs "Yes indeed the goddess of battles is smiling On me today, We're going to give the entire world a face lifter takahashi, However we're going to need aoba seragaki to be the surgeon"

" and miss Izumi?" Takahashi asked

" she, she is the rose with the thorns that'll keep my enemies in they're place" the man says with that sick smirk of his

Back at the suite

Shirayuki sat on the edge of the bed, her hands folded and she stared at the ground, Junko had exhausted herself and fallen asleep

She looked up when she felt a presence in the room and saw Minene "yuki? You've got that look in your eyes. What is wrong?'

She sighed and then hugged her Legs close to her chest. "...I don't want to do this anymore. I can't take it anymore....Koujaku, Noiz, Clear, aoba....Jane...even Junko...they've all been hurt because...and i feel like it's my fault...i don't think toue found aoba easily.....I think it was my fault he found him...and...I don't want him or the others getting hurt anymore."

The girl looked up with a sad look in her eyes "You must feel the same way too, right? After what that monster had done, not just to them...but to us?"

She didn't reply though shirayuki could tell she was right, Minene angry,

That man had ruined her life and he...he ruined the girls lives, and she couldn't do nothing about it

" So...what should we do?'" Minene asked

Shirayuki had an idea, she was hesitant, but then she started thinking about her friends, her family...how much they suffered trying to beat toue and protect her

"This might be the most reckless thing we will ever do...but I think we should go to the Over Tower ourselves and try shutting Platinum Jail down for good."

Minene looked at like she was crazy " are you out of your mind!" She whispered harshly " theres no way! We maybe spies, but toue's tower?? how would we even to do that?" She asked

" I may have not been doing much spy work since I stopped, but I'm still sneaky, and I have watched Aoba work on the computer so many times, and also from Aya...I think shutting everything down won't be too much of an issue. I want this to be stopped and even if that means we die, at least we can die, knowing we were able to stop Toue from brainwashing anyone else....On top of which, he will be brought to justice for doing what he did to Mizuki and everyone else...This will be stupid and maybe unwise, but if means putting a stop to Toue's plan, then I'd rather go with my gut, than stick around and wait, only to regret it later...and it's better than loosing the man I love than watch him suffer any further..."

" wow..that speech was actually..." Minene shook her head " alright, but if we're doing this, we're all doing this, all six of us, and michiko" she says " either that or nothing" she says stopping shirayuki from protesting

" fine..." she grumbled, then turned to Junko shaking her slightly " Junko, wake up"

Junko groaned shifting, her eyes fluttered up, slightly  " yuki?...Minene? What's wrong? What are you doing?" She asked

" get dressed, we're going" shirayuki says

" wait. what?" She blinked in shock

" we'll explain on the way" shirayuki finishes as Minene finished calling whoever she was " michiko's in, I'll get Aya" she says

" right" yuki nods as Junko got changed

After they're conversation, Shirayuki grabbed her hoodie and slipped it on, then grabbed her shoes.

The entire time, her heart ached and wrenched with such exhausting pain, but no tears came.

She put her shoes on and finally looked over at the clock, It was nearly midnight.

Minene sighed, She went to Koujaku's room, peering inside, watching him sleep with beni on top his chest, for a few minutes

She closed her eyes and quietly shut the door, in Noiz's room, aya went and got her bag, sparing a glance at the sleeping noiz, She closed the door and went with Minene

In Clear's room, Junko went to see him, at least one last time if she didn't come back, He was still unconscious, but he didn't appear to be in anymore pain, but she frowned at the amount of bandages he was wrapped in, which she clenched her fist

She approached his bedside and leaned over, placing a soft kiss on his forehead ' enough is enough...yuki's right...we can't  let you guys or anyone else get hurt...'

The others were about to walk out, but looked to see shirayuki gazing in the direction of her's and aoba's room

she wanted to go and see aoba one last time, in case it was the last time she'd see him, or the others, but she figured if he were awake, he'd stop her, so she finally left with the girls and exited the Glitter hotel

As she walked by an alley near Glitter, she stopped as she saw mink standing there.

" uh..you guys go ahead, I'll meet you there" she says

" what?!" Minene exclaimed, shirayuki gestures to where she saw mink, Minene looked surprised, and then began harshly prospering which shirayuki shut down " go!" She exclaimed " I promise, I'll see you there" she says with seriousness in her voice

" but-" Minene began but yuki immediately stopped her with a look " fine..." she gave in, then turned to the others " let's go..." they left and yuki turned to mink

"Mink...?" She called

He looked to over with his cold, expressionless blue eyes "What are you doing?" He asked

"I should be asking you that. What are you doing outside the suite?"

"Waiting."

"For?" He didn't reply, She sighed and she looked forward. " leave aoba out of this, take me instead" she said making his eyes brows furrow " what?"

" I'm going to the over tower..." she says

which for the first time makes his eyes widen " no...your not going"

" you can't stop me" she shook her head

" do you have any idea what your doing?!" He exclaimed

" I do..." she says in a serious tone, close to his usual tone "I'm not letting anyone else sacrifice themselves for me...not aoba, not Kojaku, noiz, tae...clear...you...or even family..." she croaked at the last person she mentioned which his eyes soften again

" I won't loose anyone else! And I won't let anyone else suffer the same way!" She said in a sad but furious voice

" so either come with me and help me, or I go with the other girls....." he didn't say anything, so with that, she walked on.

Suddenly, she heard a motorcycle start up. She looked back, seeing Mink drive out from the alley and come up beside her, He stopped beside her and looked to her

"Get on." He said. Which made widened her eyes a little " your out of your mind, just like michiko, the way she does things Is absolutely insane, however...even I can be out of my mind..."

she smiled softly, she got on the motorcycle behind Mink, holding onto him from behind,He revved the engine, then took off

Yuki looking back ' aoba...forgive me...'

However, The little rabbit allmate hopped in they're direction

They eventually met up the group to see them talking over the plan " alright, everyone, everyone knows what they're doing?" Michiko questioned

" yeah" Minene agreed

" sure" Aya shrugged

" yes" Junko nods

" all the way" ai speaks on behalf of Jane, since she still wasn't talking

" you all have your tools, but be careful" she warned " now-" she was about to say something else but when she saw mink, she grew mad and said " go now" she says and the girls left

" so what are we gonna do now Huh?" She  asked

" they distract, and sneak in, then you two are gonna help me out with my plan" mink says

" it would help if I knew as well" michiko complained

" yeah but it help even more if you didn't" he said which peeved her off

The group were in they're performance outfits before they were to sneak into the party, the only way for them to be there, was for them to perform first, then enter in

the song ended, and the girls faced the crowd with they're fists pumped into the air, and the crowd went wild

After they're performance the girls were invited to the party, but before they entered they changed they're performance outfits to they're dressed

The group walked in together, in roles of two, around people were dancing, drinking by the bar,, the girls went into separate groups of two, aya with Junko, Jane and ai, and finally shirayuki with Minene, they then join the dance, to avoid being seen as suspicious

" first Aya will hack into the security cams, then shirayuki and minene will sneak round to let us in, the rest of you, find out where toue's hiding"

While some guards were occupied, Minene and shirayuki snuck away, as did Aya and Junko to the computer room,

The two girls  were about to head towards the stairs but turned down the staircase going down, shirayuki did a little thing on minene's hand, explaining the where she will be, Minene nods and the two fist bump And shirayuki put on a shy, confused, party girl And walked out

" oh Um excuse me?" She says with a gently voice

" ma'am this is a private floor" the guard says walking towards her

" oh I'm sorry I'm just turned around. This place is huge." The little act she put on was good, but the two need him to get close so Minene could sneak behind him

"I was looking for the bathroom, it's just that I really need to pee. Am I in the wrong place? I thought maybe..." Minene got behind him pulling out her taser and zapping him in the neck, he cuts out but then was unconscious, the toe then threw his body inside what looked like a closet  " Sweet dreams." Minene closed the door

"We're in." Shirayuki stated through the comms

" good, now come open the door" michiko says

The two finally made it to the doors to Minene put in the code which opened the door

" good work"Mink comments

there were machines and generators were, and were making their way up.

Somehow or another, Mink was able to get by closed doors, typing in the codes and so on.

Finally, he stopped and he opened up a vent.  "Someone needs to go through there."

"What?" Michiko asked

"I can't gain access to this door, unless one of your girls can, someone will have to
open it for me on the outside" he states

" let me check first" michiko glared, then pushed a button on her comms " Junko, aya, can either of you open the door in front of us, you should be able to see us through the camera's"

There was static before Aya replied " no use, we cant hack into the console, it must be one of those ones you have to type in yourself from the other side, there should be a vent small enough for one of you to fit....sorry"

Michiko groaned as mink turned to the other two "Here, one of you take this." He held out an earpiece. 

" I'll do it" yuki says stepping forward, taking the ear piece "Once you get in, you'll open the door, then we'll proceed from there"

" fine..." She sighed, putting it in her right ear, then taking off her heels "Ready."

  "I'll talk you through it and tell you the code." She nodded and then she approached him. He knelt down, folding his hands on his knee.

She stepped into his hands and he lifted her up. She crawled into the vent and began to military crawl through it.  "Where am I going?" She asked.  "After about 50 feet or so, you should run into an intersection. I want you to go left."

"Okay." She continued to crawl and then she came to the intersection. She took a left, "Where to now?"

"Keep going straight and then make a right." She followed down the way he suggested, she started getting tired and sweating a little  "I wish I had kept training, I'm already loosing energy..." She whispered to herself. 

As Mink, michiko and minene waited, he heard someone coming. He flipped around, only to see Aoba.  "What are you doing here, kid?" 

" aoba?!" Minene exclaimed wide eyed

"The girls went missing from Glitter and I heard your bike take off. I assumed you'd be here." Aoba. Then turned to Minene " what's the hells going on? And why are you dressed like that?"

" uh..." she turned to Michiko

" ahh! Shit!" She slightly jolted as she heard a terrified curse come from the earpiece mink was wearing, She suddenly screamed.

Mink looked to the vent.  "What? What is it? What's going on" He asked. 

"The vent! It's coming apart. I think it's really weak. What do I do!?"

"Is that yuki?! Where is she!?" Aoba questioned.  "Is that Aoba!?" Shirayuki exclaimed in Panic

"Yeah, he's here."  Mink answered

She felt her heart jump with a bit of relief, but the vent was slowly bending and creaking.

She whimpered and shut her eyes tightly.  " please, I can't do this." She said.

"I want you to spread your body out. If you're in a crawling position, you need to flatten out, it'll even your weight some more. Place your hands on the walls of the vents." Mink instructed.

She gulped and she slowly did what he instructed, The vent jolted as she saw the the metal creaked

She let out a shriek of fear. Gasping, she wasted no more time, quickly crawling to a more stable part of the vent.

The vent jolted and started coming apart from behind her, quickly catching up to her.

The vent broke apart and kyouka gripped onto the ledge of the more stable part of the vent.

The metal of the vent groaned and creaked. The little bit that was barely holding the fallen part was breaking apart.

After a moment or so, the piece of the vent detached, however, she was hanging off. 

"Oh, my God! Oh, my God....i regret this...!" Shirayuki gripped was tight as she could

"Shirayuki!" She heard Aoba call.

" yuki! Use the tool I gave you!" Michiko yelled

Yuki gasped and she lost one hand's grip. She looked down and she saw nothing, but darkness, but grabbed the tool Michiko gave her

she yelped When the metal she held came lose

" yuki!" She heard yells, but she didn't feel herself falling, in fact, the room she was given was a pen, but a hook on metal wire shot out, And the hook attached itself to some metal sticking out

" yuki?! Yuki talk to me!?" She heard aoba called out, She managed to collect her breath and respond " I'm...okay....barley..." they all sighed in relief, she crawled through the small space she had pulled herself too and managed to climb back up and she hurried down the vent, panting and collecting herself form the shock

She arrived at the opening of the vent she pushed the screen out the way, then threw herself out of the vent, hitting the floor.

She panted heavily and shaking.

She looked to the door and barely had the strength to stand to get to the keypad.

She gasped and she leaned against the wall.

She swallowed hard, trying to regain herself.  "M-mink...?" She choked out. 

"Yuki? Are you okay!?" It sounded like michiko had snatched the comm from mink

"I'm....okay....I'm opening the door......" She panted, she shakily gets up, holding the wall as she goes to the console, putting in the code Aya sent, then it lit up green saying, 'Access Granted'. The doors opened and Aoba, Mink and the other two rushed in.

Aoba hurried to her side and wrapping his arms around her, hugging her tightly.

" a-aoba?!"

"Thank God You're okay! Don't ever do that to me again! You scared the hell out of me! Especially when I saw you leave!"

She was still trembling, the only thing keeping her up was Aoba holding unto her, She gripped onto his coat

" let me look at you" he pulled away, and was confused to what she was wearing " you also.... wearing?..." she looked away ashamed

" ain't it obvious?" Mink says making aoba looked at him

" dont you dare" Michiko glared

"Are you okay?" Minene asked, She looked to shirayuki and slowly nodded, although her her body and still shaking a little

"We'll take a moment to let you regain yourself. You. Come here." Aoba set her down and he turned to Mink.

The two walked a few feet away from the three to tent to shirayuki, who was taking a quick break

Michiko was worried what he'd do, so she followed while Minene looked after shirayuki, she saw them interacting

Mink held up a jumpstick to Aoba. "Go ahead and put this in your Allmate." He said. Aoba took it, looking at it. "What's it supposed to be?"

"That's a worm. Not the kind a vet can fix either. We get to the control room, you plug your Allmate into the network, and bye-bye big guns." Mink said

"What's it going to do to Ren, when I put this inside him?" Aoba asked

"Don't know." Mink replied

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?! If this thing kills Allmates, why would I put it in Ren? Nice try, Ace. Now, take it back!" He handed it back to Mink. Mink backhanded his hand.

"He's a machine, idiot. A freakin' toy. He breaks, you go to the shop and get a new one."

"He's not a toy, you stupid muscle head! We take care of each other, got it?"

"Fine. So, you don't want to break it, it's still a machine. They don't eat, mess the house, and they're damn easy to replace."

"Hey! Maybe you treat that bird of yours like a toy. But, I would never do that to Ren."

"I might understand if he was a real dog. Remember, you still owe me. You better make the right decision." Aoba turned his head away. "No way," Mink grabbed him by the collar of his jacket, then punched him.

Michiko gasped and quickly rushed, "Hey! What's your prob--?" Aoba stopped as he was struck again.

"Right now, you're my problem, got it?" He punched Aoba again, this time releasing him and Aoba backed up into the wall.

" Knock it off!" She demanded.

He and Aoba looked to her as she slowly walked toward them, "i thought yuki told you to leave him out of this. She doesn't want anyone else to suffer! "What?! Ren! you might catch a virus I can't get rid of. I don't want that." Aoba said. Ren stared at him.

"You'll fix me if it happens, right Aoba?" Ren looked up to Aoba. "But, Ren..." Aoba said, "Of course, you will."

Aoba gave in "All right. Let's find out where I can put this." Aoba reached for the USB in his mouth, Aoba took it, He clicked open Ren and put the USB in him. "Upload confirmed." Ren said. "Are you good?" Aoba asked. "Certainly. Thanks for asking." He closed Ren up and then put him into his bag

Minene walked around the corner, with shirayuki's arm around her shoulder

The three were back on the move, until
They finally arrived in a large room, which had large screens, showing multiple areas of Platinum Jail, and computers all throughout the room. "What is this?" Aoba asked.

"Over Tower's system control room. The light drugs, Dye music...Toue's goons run it all from here." "How...do you know about all that?"

"And I know what he's planning for his anniversary shindig." "What?" Aoba looked to Mink.

" not the time aoba" Michiko interrupted

"Go ahead and hook your dog up." Aoba went to a computer and opened him up, placing a cord into him.

"I'm plugging you in, Ren." Aoba informed. "Understood." Ren answered. Aoba put the other side of the cord into the monitor tower of a computer. With that, the computer began to upload the data from Ren.

Shirayuki looked to Ren, seeing strange specks of light hovering around his eye.

After a minute or so, the data was uploaded and the light specks around Ren's eyes faded. "It's in." Aoba unplugged the cord ad removed it from Ren.

Aoba picked Ren up, "Sorry about that." Aoba tried to press his forehead to Ren's, a way that Aoba and Ren showed affection to one another, but Ren put his paws up to Aoba's chin, stopping him,

"What's up?" Ren stared up at him and for a brief moment, the specks of light shadowed over his eye. "Let's go," Mink said.

Aoba and kyouka looked to him, who was on some stairs, "Toue should be up on the top floor." "R-Right." Aoba stood up and he rushed after Mink, the group following

As they came to an elevator

Suddenly shirayuki froze as she felt her head pound and what seemed like her entire body pulsing, She grunted and then collapsed onto the floor.

The group and Aoba stopped as they heard her fall.

"Yuki!" Aoba exclaimed, He rushed to her side and looked her over, making sure she was okay

She was grabbing her head in pain shaking, just like mizuki was, she held in her painful screams, but was struggling, she starts hearing a voice ' you are mine... you cant escape me....' tears were starting to form due to the pain

Aoba turned her over, his arm tucked under her, supporting her "yuki Talk to me! Are you okay!?"

She couldn't answer, but gasped when he saw the face she was pulling, she looked in pain, just like mizuki

" what's happening?!" He questioned while mink looked angry, really angry

" it's toue....!" Michiko grit her teeth, As soon as she said that, aoba narrowed his eyes "get her to the elevator, then I can help" she said

Aoba tucked his other arm under shirayuki's legs and lifted her up, carrying her bridal style, walking into the elevator.

She let out another groan, but it turned into a whimper as her head pounded violently

"Make it...stop..." She whimpered, She grabbed some of her hair, crying softly.

"Give her to me." Michiko said, Aoba looked to her, but before he could move, she took her out of his arms. "What--? Hey! What are you doing?" Aoba questioned.

She placed her against the wall near her side, she held out some flask, she pulled off the lid then brought the flask to her noseA moment or so later, she was unconscious, "What the hell?! What did you do to her?!"

"I didn't do anything to hurt her. She was in pain so I used an incense to put her to sleep for a little bit." Michiko replied

"An incense?"

" in the village I came from, we used this to help calm the children whenever they were in pain, if even use this for Jane whenever she'd need it"

The elevator reached floor 64, when suddenly it stopped. "We didn't stop at the top?" Aoba asked, Michiko gave shirayuki to aoba and mink got his gun, Minene pulling out a gun as well

They heard that familiar, sadistic, maniacal laughter "Did you think we were going to just let you walk in here? Did you?!" It was Akushima, with him were men carrying guns and those robots that drove around platinum jail, this time with guns

Aoba and Mink were on opposite sides of the elevator door, out of sight.

"Akushima." Aoba said. "You really think I was done with you after your grandma's house?! You got another thing comin', you damn punk!" Akushima laughed again.

"I wonder if they brainwashed him." Aoba surmised. "Drop your weapons now and hand over the red head girl"

Aoba's eyes Widened, before they turned to rage

"I'll think about letting you live. You better be standing tall in front of me by the count of 10! And a onesie! And a twosie. And a threesie!" Mink looked to Aoba, his machine gun ready. "Don't fall behind, got it?" He said.

Mink opened the door, and threw a smoke screen. With everyone trying to get out,

The group made their escape.

Akushima and the other police, and the machines began to fire their guns " assholes!"

Aoba raced down a hall along with Minene and michiko behind him, holding onto shirayuki, and Mink in the back.

He stopped at the end of each hall, as the others continued to run, firing his machine gun to try slowing their pursuers down

He threw another grenade smoke screen, before going after the others, the little machines emerged from the smoke before they short circuited and hit the floor

The men in the smoke coughed, but as the smoke cleared it revealed a very angry akushima " get back to work you freakin loafers!" He yelled at them "Make a fool of me will ya?...." he grit his teeth

The guards run through the halls "All guard robots are off line! Get to the emergency exits! Don't let them leave the floor!"

In order to get out of sight, The others hid in a small closet-like room.

Aoba set shirayuki on the floor, Mink reached into his coat and pulled out a pistol and handed it to Aoba.

"Take it." He instructed. "Huh?" Aoba looked up to Mink, then back down to the gun, then looked away, "Mm-mm."

"I'm not going to die here while you play with you conscience." Aoba pushed the gun away.

Mink stared at him. "You might want to think about how we're going to get out of this," He stood up, then grabbed ahold of Aoba's collar of his jacket, lifting him up.

"What are you--?" "You better use your power, if you know what's good for you," Aoba stared at him and Mink grabbed ahold of Aoba's hair, yanking on it. Aoba groaned with pain, "You better stop screwing around, boy. Use your voice, or I'll rip your tongue out."

" hey! What are you doing!" Minene protested but was pushed away, Michiko catching her " mink!"

"That...hurts...! Stop it!"

" get off him!" Michiko exclaimed

"Then, you use your voice, damn it."

One of the guards stoped and noticed them in the window

"I said, let go!" Aoba yelled, His head pounded. He opened his eyes and let out a groan as he lost consciousness

Shirayuki regained consciousness and her eyes rolled over to aoba being unconscious " w-what? D-did you?!"

Mink set him down and sighed with exasperation, the door opened. "Well, well, well, look where we found you," Akushima said as he stepped into view, which yuki gasped in shock

"Let's not kill the kid or the girl." Shirayuki staggered to her feet and Mink put one arm out to protect her and the others, supporting Aoba with his other, "Get you ass out here!" Many of the guns cocked, preparing to shoot mink, Minene and michiko down.

Shirayuki moved to Michiko scared, gripping her arm.

Suddenly, aoba stood up and walked into the doorway, She gasped, softly.

Aoba looked up, his entire persona different.

Shirayuki gripped onto mhciko's arm tighter. "...aoba?..." She whispered.

Akushima gasped. "What's he...doing?" He asked. "Leave now." Aoba demanded. His voice was full of emotion and very convincing, the group looked in shock

The police slightly lowered their guns, shocked by his command.

A few moments later, they all lowered their guns and began to walk away, including Akushima.

Elsewhere a certain monocle wearing turd was watching along with Sei, who was sitting on the small sofa

" you saw what he just did, did you?" Toue asked

Back with the others

"Seragaki." Mink called. "Hm?" Aoba asked, looking to Mink and kyouka.

Who narrowed her eyes, "What, now?"

"Mink, that's not the Aoba you and I know." Michiko says

"What...?" She moved in front of Mink and she stared Aoba down.

"Didn't you want me to come out here and fix things? You like threatening people? How about I return the favor for you, big guy?"

Mink stared at him, "What is it you want to do with me, anyway? You better tell me," Mink was still silent "I'm actually glad you're not saying anything. Playtime. Now, I get to see what's in that brain of yours." Mink gritted his teeth, tensing up.

Michiko glared at him "You want in? You go through me, first."

Aoba looked to her. "You can't stop me. Heck your hiding something too, why don't we investigate that too?"

" aoba please don't!-" before she could, she was still holding Michiko's arm, she failed to reach Mink as Scrap was activated, With that, Aoba entered into Mink's mind.

In mink's mind

When aoba opened his eyes, all he saw was fire and screams of torture. "Wait up, why am I.....in here?" He asked myself.

People were running away screaming while being shot at and killed " get them out of here! Put a bullet in anyone who fights!"

Aoba took a better look at the place, This it looked like some kind of village. "Is this...the place where Mink came from?" He asked.

He then looked around and his eyes landed on two people, He was helping one of the injured people around the area " Mink! And michiko?!"

The place was swarming with fire and smoke.

he looked to his right. Standing there was Toue and a couple of guards " Toue!"

There were children and adults being held captive, Then Toue spoke up. "I've heard that your people practice a secret art that uses smell to influence the minds of others." he said

"That's interesting. I would really love to study that art." The person who he was talking to stayed silent. "Your not giving me much choice. You really ought to reconsider your choice. That's too bad then." he said with his eyes closed.

Then after that,it was morning and everything was burnt away.

Mink was the only one who was last standing, He then picked up a crystal of some sort

Michiko was there too, but she was kneeled down, sobbing

'I understand now. All of Mink and michiko's familes....and people were killed for Toue's spite. And he wants revenge. I guess I would too. But why do him and michiko hate each Other?'

He then found himself in a room " you do realise how stupid that sounds" he replied to someone

" it's not stupid! Besides I've been trying my girls and they've shown Great progress!" Aoba heard a female voice

" Michiko?..."

" Women spies? what happens when they end up caught and die? You do realise that's going to be on you" he states in a harsh tone

" you never have faith in me anymore! The only thing I've ever tried to do is be there for you and help you! But then whenever I try you snap at me!"

" I never asked you too!" He snapped

" well you won't have to! If you don't want me around! Why didn't you just say so! It's not like you care about me anyways!" After that, the call had ended

"So that's why..." aoba frowned ' toue ruined everything for them...and they're marriage fell apart as result...wait...women spies....' he thought to himself, then yuki and minene came to mind ' yuki and minene?....are they...Michiko's...'

He then found himself alone,  in a dark room, with black water hitting his feet.

Chains hung from all around, He proceeded to look around  "Hey Mink?" His called out, his voice echoed,

"Mink!" As he moved, the water got deeper " damn it! Mink!" The water was now at his chest waist " come on man! Say something already!"

" stay away..." he heard a faint but familiar voice

He started moving in the direction of the voice Until he finally came upon a closed door

"Stay away...."

The door was getting pounded on, the handle moving.  "Mink, are you in there?!" Aoba called. He finally busted the door open.

He looked see that Mink had chained up, "oh man...You actually chained yourself up in here?" He asked as  Mink looked. 

"What for?!" Aoba asked, "Mink!" Aoba grabbed the chains, but they burned his hands, "Why won't you let me help you?!"

"Come on! Why are you doing this?" Mink opened his eyes and looked directly to Aoba.

Then, the world of Mink's mind faded into black, When aoba opened his eyes, back in the real world again, and saw Mink standing with Michiko, Minene, and shirayuki looking at him worried.  "Hey, Mink...Michiko...Minene...yuki?" He said.

" hey you okay?" She asked him concerned "Y-yeah" he groaned a little

A few moments of silence fell between them.  "You going to lie there all night, Seragaki?" Mink questioned.

Shirayuki helped Aoba sit up.  "So, are you planning to die?" Aoba asked.

While Michiko looked at him in shock, the only expression she'd ever shown him, where anger after they're divorce

Mink stared at him.  "I knew it from the first time I saw you. You and me, both have the same scent. It's the...scent of death."

Mink turned around and walked away.

Shirayuki helped Aoba stand up.  "Hey, Mink. Don't die. Just live. You're alive. Cherish it" Mink kept walking on.

Aoba sighed.
