"You have a thing for Sky? Don't you? It calms you."

He asked breaking my trance. Of course, he could hear my racing heart and feel my tensed body.

I let out a forced chuckle.

"Yeah, it's just peaceful and calming."

He nodded.

"You showed me a sunset. Let me be equal and show you a beautiful sunrise here."

Rolling away from me, hurriedly, he jumped off the bed looking sexy as hell half-naked. My eyes dropped to his carved abs. My mouth watered looking at him. So yum. I gulped ogling at the sexy delight in my eyes.

Like right now?" I questioned.

Was he serious?

"Yeah, you'll love it and we don't have forever, so get up."

I couldn't help but bite my lower lip as he ran his hand through his hair.

I cleared my throat to shake off my filthy thoughts and asked,

"Are you serious?"

"Very! Now get up, will you?"

Sighing, I sat up in bed as he vanished inside the closet. He came out with some clothes in his hand. Before I could understand he threw it on the bed.

"What's going on?" I look down at the thick brown hoody and matching track pants.

"It'll be cold and breezy there. Wear it fast!"

He ordered. He was still half naked. He again disappeared into the closet.

I fall back in bed feeling extremely lazy. Suddenly, he screamed from there.

"Get up, Diya! Your shoes are under the bed, wear them as well."

Ughhhh!

I didn't think if there was any choice plus I was dying inside these four-room walls. I needed some fresh air in my lungs. So I slipped into the clothes he gave me and wore the shoes. I was tying the shoe laces when he got out with a bag and handed it over to me.

"What's in this?" It was a black plain bag-pack.

I asked while he was looking at the clock on the wall. I was trying not to gawk at his still-naked chest in awe. He was indeed blessed. And I was definitely doomed.

"Clothes. The sun will rise in 15 mins we will make it easily."

It was more like a school bag so I wore it on my back.

Why do we need more clothes? Are we staying there?

"Why are you still naked, am I going alone?"

In a blink, he was standing just inches away and my eyes go wide in surprise. I almost lost my balance due to the sudden proximity but his hand snaked around my waist holding me back. Damn! My poor heart started pounding loudly as his gaze fixed on mine. Suddenly the atmosphere changed and it got all hot.

"Not at all," he spoke in a sexy voice staring at me.

"Someday I will die out of a heart attack if you don't stop this speed walking,"

I said looking away from him and trying to change the mood. He didn't have to know his strong gaze was giving me butterflies.

He just grinned and kissed my forehead lovingly.

"Don't be scared, okay? It's just my wolf. His name is Zedd. "

He pecked my lips in hurry making my brain stop functioning. Before I could deepen it he backed away. That was bloody illegal. I wanted to kiss him more!

What was he saying? Zedd? Wolf?

I narrowed my eyes as I was confused and annoyed as hell with what he said and did. He looked slightly nervous. It wasn't like him. He suddenly stepped back holding that nervous gaze.

What's happening?

"Don't freak out, am going to shift now. You have nothing to be scared of. Just ride on me and hold tight."

He said in hurry.

"Wait, what-"

Before I could process anything, his body started to shift. His arms grew hair.

Holy fuck!

I froze on the ground.

My eyes went wide in horror as his palm grew into claws and normal nails into sharp knives. His pants ripped off his body as he grew huge. Brown shiny fur covered his whole body. Bending low he stood on now four legs.

In a few moments, the handsome built man turned into a huge dangerous wolf in front of my eyes. I couldn't believe what just happened in front of me. I was shocked was an understatement. My heart almost came into my mouth. His eyes shone golden as he stood in front of me. He had fully shifted into a giant wolf.

I was terrified.

Without thinking twice, I ran and jumped on the bed and stood as far as possible from him. I wanted to scream loud but my voice was gone. Suddenly, I was out of breath and my heart felt like would blast. It was hammering so loudly in fear.

He was staring at me and I had no idea what the fuck to do?

He just turned into a wolf. The last time he shifted he kidnapped me and trapped me in that house.

He is going to kill me! He is bloody going to kill me! Shit! Shit! Shit! What do I do??? Think, Diya!

I was panicking. I couldn't think of anything.

I looked at the brown furry wolf staring at me. I didn't have any idea how to tackle a wolf double my size. It was huge and so furry.

The moment it stepped towards me I grabbed the headboard extremely tight and screamed my lungs out in fear!

"Don't kill me! Please!" I begged and he stepped back.

He made a noise in its throat. Like a puppy begging to be petted.

Was I scared of nothing?

He purred stepping back again. It felt like he was trying to talk to me. He was staring at me like a harmless puppy. When I looked at it, its eyes blinked and he purred as if asking to me trust him.

What he said earlier played in my ears.

Don't be scared, Okay? It's just me.

I took in a deep breath and gathered all my courage. Maybe he's harmless and I'm overreacting.

Just ride on me and hold tight.

His words echoed in my ears.

I bite the inside of my cheeks out of nervousness and slowly got down from the bed and walked closer to the wolf.

I stood at one hand distance from the Wolf. My palms fisted in fear as he walked slowly towards me.

Bholenath!

[Oh lord!]

He nuzzled his furry head in my legs. I froze for a second. But it felt harmless. I was looking at him when he looked up at me. I noticed he had the same brown eyes.

It's just my wolf. His name is Zedd.

His words came into my head.

My hand unknowingly went into his head and caressed his head. He leaned into my touch and snuggled in more. I smiled as the fear vanished suddenly and crouched down.

"Hey Zedd, "I brought myself to say.

He suddenly got all excited and started licking my hands and face. I couldn't balance and fell back. He kept licking and jumping around me.

"Oh, my God! Stop! Stop! Stop!"

He stopped immediately like a well-trained puppy only difference was he was very huge and he was a wolf.

I chuckled and wiped my face as I got up. Zedd's doe eyes kept staring at me. I held his face and smiled widely at him.

"You want me to get on you?" I asked softly.

He nodded his head.

I took a deep breath. Grabbing his hair, I finally jumped on his back and prayed I don't hurt him. As he started walking I felt like I'd slip down, so I bent in his neck and held on to his body. I tried not to chock him.

I screamed as he jumped off the window. I held on to him tightly without caring about anything else. My grip was tight as if my life depended on it, which really was. He was running at a lightning speed. Everything passing by looked like a movie playing in fast-forward mode. Before it made me dizzy I decided to close my eyes.

I heard his heart beating loudly & all the other sounds faded. It was beating rapidly just like mine. I nuzzled my nose in its furr breathing him in. It didn't feel as scary as I thought it would. It was rather calming. I held him tightly.

He slowed down and I opened my eyes slowly.

Wow was the only word that came to my mind. The sight was beyond beautiful. The hills were fully covered in snowy clouds. I felt as if we were standing on clouds. The sight was so captivating that it made me speechless. I had no words to describe the beauty of the place.

Slowly and carefully, I got off his back and saw the ground was covered with wild pink and purple flower plants. I had never seen such type of flowers in my whole life. They were enhancing the beauty of the whole place. Crouching down, I realised it had tiny thorns all over the plant. The leaves corners were pointy and sharp, to the point if you try and touch them, it will make you bleed. I carefully grazed my finger over the flower petal. It was soft as velvet. I smiled just at the feel of it.

So beautiful.

I felt Zedd's eyes on me. He was staring at me in awe. I walked near him and ruffled his head.

Suddenly he took my hand in his mouth and walked me near the edge. I turned my gaze to the sky and sat down to not miss the moment.

The sun was slowly coming out. As if somebody splashed colours on the dried cracked ground, the clouds were scattered the same way in the sky with their borders shining pink and orange. My eyes were glued to the breathtaking sight. It was so stunning.

A pack of birds flew over our heads. They were flying in sync. I smiled looking at their synchronization.

After a while, Zedd sat down resting its head on my thighs like a king of somewhere.

I chuckled and ran a hand through its fur. It was shining beautifully under the sun's rays. Suddenly, his head turned towards me and he melted in my lap.

His head was so big that my palm looked tiny on it. Unknowingly, my fingers caress his head while watching the heavenly sight in front of me. He snuggled in my lap more.

Instead of watching the beautiful sunrise, my sight was fixed on the soul snuggling in my lap. His fur was soft and smooth like silk. He was one big wolf. I don't know for how long I was staring at him and caressing his head. When I looked up the sun was higher in the sky.

After a while, I realised he had fallen asleep in my lap. His head was getting heavier and my limbs were getting numb but I didn't dare to move. He looked so peaceful sleeping like a baby. His fur was so shiny and smooth I couldn't move my hand out and kept caressing his head and back.

I realised now, the colour of his fur was perfectly matching my hoody and track. Of course, he got me a matching colour on purpose.

I chuckled at his childishness and ran a hand on his head with a sweet smile. He was so cute.

I pecked on his head softly.

Zedd slowly moved and opened his eyes. He looked at my hand and licked it. I chuckled as it ticked me. I kissed his head and got up to go back home.

He stretched his limbs and got up. He stood near me, silently asking me to get on him. I hopped on his back and he started running. Once again, I held on to his body tightly.

This time it was less scary. I looked around as we were heading back. I saw we were running past tall trees which were almost touching the sky. The area was filled with giant trees all around the place. It was a forest of tall trees.

All of a sudden, a strong force crashed us. My eyes shut tightly as I was flown off his back and my back painfully collided with a tree trunk. A piercing cry escaped me as I felt excruciating pain in my back. I tried to get up but my arm and leg were bruised badly. It hurt so bad. I couldn't move.

I looked around to find another giant black colour wolf growling dangerously while glaring at Zedd. His eyes were shining grey. Suddenly, its head turned and its scary eyes landed on me.

My heart started pounding in terror. He started at me as if he was going to eat me raw. I was going to die!

"ADRIAN!" I screamed out of my lungs as that wolf took a step towards me.

Okay guys, lately, I am disappointed with you all readers.

You guys don't care to show any response at all. That's highly disheartening. You just come and read but don't vote or try to leave good feedback. Why do you do that? You guys are well aware of the fact that's the only thing I get to boost my energy to come back and write. Every time I sit to write I feel guilty for ignoring my other work. I feel why am I wasting my time and putting my energy into this when nobody cares.

Honestly, I'm on the edge to leave it thinking nobody cares.

If you want the next update fast, vote faster. It's very sad to see you guys not voting. If I speak frankly, it makes me feel you guys don't like the book much. Not even half of the people vote out of all who read. So if you don't like it I am not gonna waste my time writing more updates.
