"Hey" Luther ran over to Inanna as she poured herself a cup of coffee from the coffee machine which sat at the end of the bar.

"Hey?" Inanna raised her brow, turning to Luther who was wearing the Sparrow academy outfit again. "Don't let Diego see you wearing the enemies merchandise" Inanna said pointing at the jacket he wore.

Luther looked down at his clothes and his brows furrowed as he looked at the slightly oversized white shirt Inanna was wearing with the black trousers from the day before. "Is that Five's shirt?" Luther asked.

Inanna nodded as she picked up her cup of coffee. "I needed clean clothes but I refuse to step foot back into that store" Inanna pointed across the hotel to behind the reception where the store was located. "Anna's girlfriend has probably been spying on us since we got here".

"You think she was spying?" Luther asked. Inanna nodded.

"And anyways, Luther, there's a difference between me wearing my husband's shirt and you wearing that" Inanna pointed at his jacket again.

Luther nodded hesitantly. "They aren't the enemy, Inanna" Luther said.

Inanna hummed. "So, the deal went smoothly? It's done and dusted?" Inanna asked, noticing how Luther averted his gaze from hers when she mentioned the deal.

"Well, I" Luther chuckled. Inanna glared at Luther, pushing for answers when he looked at her. "Not exactly" Luther muttered as Inanna sipped the hot drink. "They want Harlan" Luther repeated the part of the deal that Inanna had missed the night before when she had chosen to stay at the hotel to wait for Five instead of going with Luther and Viktor to give Sloane back to the Sparrows.

"Oh" Inanna tilted her head with a slight nod. "I guess that makes sense. He did kill their siblings".

"So you think we should hand him over?" Luther asked Inanna.

"Why does it matter what I think?" Inanna asked. "You're number one, aren't you supposed to lead the family?" Inanna asked.

"You'd think so" Luther sighed. "But- but if it wasn't for you, Sloane would be fish food right now".

"Or-" Inanna pointed at Luther "She'd be dumped in one of the bins out back, wrapped up in some fancy rug" Inanna raised her brows, already thinking of other ways Sloane would have been disposed of by Allison and Diego.

Luther shook his head. "Getting away from the point here" Luther sighed. "Your opinion matters because somehow it's the only one that seems to be right most of the time".

Inanna scoffed. "That's a lie but i'll take it as a compliment" A small smile pulled on her lips. "But if you really want my opinion-" Inanna started "If Anna is anything like me, she'll want revenge. I was the same after Elliott died, but I knew I couldn't take on two of the Swedes by my self-" Inanna choose not to mention how she had gone to Allison with the intention of asking Allison to rumour her. "-Anna, however, could probably burn this entire hotel down if she wanted to".

"So, we should give them Harlan?" Luther asked, wanting a straight up 'yes' or 'no' from Inanna.

Inanna shrugged as she turned on her heel to walk back to her hotel room. "Talk to the others. It's gotta be a family decision".

"But, you're family" Luther followed after Inanna, like a child following his mother in a store to beg for a new toy.

"I don't want to be on the receiving end of one of Viktor's energy tentacles, Luther" Inanna said.

"Why would you be on the receiving end of one of my energy tentacles?" Viktor asked coming down the hotel steps in front of the elevator.

"I was just telling Inanna about the Sparrow deal" Luther said stopping in front of Viktor with Inanna, both of them noticing the large cut across his cheek and the bruising that surrounded it.

Viktor nodded, his eyes flicking between Luther and Inanna. He wanted to know if Inanna agreed with Luther about giving Harlan up, but he had other things to do and Allison to find. "Have either of you seen Allison?" Viktor asked.

"Not since last night" Inanna said recalling that she hadn't seen Allison since she walked away from the pool tables with Diego following after her.

"What the hell happened?" Luther asked, wanting to know how his brother had ended up injured.

"It's, uh... It's not as bad as it looks" Viktor said.

"It looks as if you're lucky to be upright" Luther argued. "Did Harlan do that?" Luther asked.

"We just got in a disagreement" Viktor said.

"About what?" Luther asked.

Viktor shook his head. "It doesn't matter".

"So I just checked the perimeter" Diego flipped his knife in his hand as he walked towards them. "We're good" Diego said stopping next to Inanna. "Now, we're gonna have to take turns".

Luther gasped and grabbed Diego's shoulder, turning him around so he could see his neck. "Oh my God! What happened to you?" Luther asked looking at the large gash on the back of Diego's neck. "Was it Harlan?" Luther asked.

"What?" Diego asked.

"The Sparrows are right. He shouldn't be here. He's dangerous" Luther said looking from Diego to Viktor.

"He's only dangerous because I made him that way. This is my problem, and I appreciate your concern, but i'm gonna figure it out. I'm gonna fix it" Viktor spoke as Allison joined them with a cut lip and a bruised cheek.

"What's going on?" Allison asked.

"Oh my God. He got you too?" Luther pointed at Allison.

Allison turned to Viktor and gestured to the cut on his cheek. "You okay?" Allison asked.

"Great. You?" Viktor asked.

"Never better".

Diego turned his head, raising his brows with a smile as Luther looked at him, proudly showing off his injuries on the back of his neck.

Five and Lila fell into the hotel, almost landing on Diego and Inanna as they dropped through a blue portal with large broken pieces of wooden furniture that looked like a closet.

Inanna staggered back from the portal, being careful not to spill her coffee as she bumped into Luther who had jumped back at the same time with his siblings to avoid being hit.

Lila fell onto Five and when he went to shove her off, Lila shoved him back harder, knocking him onto his back.

"Where have you been?" Viktor asked as Five stood up like a drunk man walking out of a bar at 4 am, wearing a new black suit.

"Facing my mortality, Viktor. I don't recommend it" Five said.

"We've been looking for this!" Allison pointed at the briefcase "Where's the other one?" Allison asked picking up the fried briefcase that had fell through the portal with Five and Lila.

"Well, look no further. That's the last one on Earth" Five said tucking his hands into his pockets. "Or was the last one" Five said as it began smoking.

"What happened to the other?" Inanna asked Five as Allison threw the briefcase onto the floor and walked over to the steps.

"Probably in the bin out back, fried from Lila's idiot plan" Five said, looking up at Inanna as he crouched down to check if the briefcase was worth saving. It wasn't.

"Don't blame me for you not wanting to bring your wife in on the plan" Lila argued as Diego stepped around Five to help Lila to her feet.

"Red's been helping me" Diego said, extending his hands to Lila. "She's been more help in the last 24 hours than any of you lot have been our entire lives".

"I wouldn't exactly call Inanna dying, 'help'" Luther said.

Five stood up, looking from Luther to Inanna as Diego looked at Luther over his shoulder. "We agreed we wouldn't tell him about that" Diego said, glaring at Luther.

Five averted his gaze from Inanna to Diego, squinting his eyes as his brother looked at him. "Oh my God" Inanna sighed. "I didn't die" Inanna said looking from Diego to Five.

"Well, we all thought you had" Viktor said quietly.

"And that is your fault because you don't know how to find someone's pulse" Allison said from where she sat on the steps with her elbows propped up on her knees.

"If it's anyones fault we should blame Harlan, Inanna was fine until he attacked" Luther argued, further confusing Five by mentioning Harlan.

"Fine?" Diego repeated "If you didn't realise while you were busy making love eyes at the enemy, Inanna was having her brain fried by a 3D square, like the rest of us".

"And she was about to be barbecued by Anna who all of a sudden is more like us than Inanna" Allison said tilting her head.

Five blocked out his siblings voices as they argued amongst each other and walked over to Inanna.

Inanna turned to Five as he stopped next to her and Five's eyes scanned over her face. Five noticed how tired she looked — the cup of coffee in her hand alone told him that she was exhausted, even if she would never admit it — and he was also rather glad that he didn't find any new cuts or bruises littered across her freckled skin.

Five pushed Inanna's hair behind her ear and moved his hand to her cheek, brushing his thumb over the still healing cut.

"Are you okay?" Five asked quietly as the argument continued around them.

"I'm okay" Inanna nodded.

Five leaned his forehead against Inanna's and brushed the tip of his nose against hers while Diego asked Lila why she was hugging him.

Inanna leaned back from Five as noticing the dust on his shoulder. "Do you want my coffee?" Inanna whispered, brushing his suit clean with her hand. "I really shouldn't drink it" Inanna mumbled.

Five closed the small gap between them and kissed Inanna's temple. "Only because you shouldn't waste coffee" Five whispered, pulling a small smile from Inanna as a smirk grew on his lips.

Luther pulled Diego away from Lila as Inanna handed her cup of coffee over to Five.

Inanna still had a million and one things she and Five needed to talk about but after spending over 24 hours away from him, stuck with his siblings and facing an almost death again, Inanna had missed him.

"Did you and Allison get into some kinda fight last night?" Luther asked Diego as Diego shoved Luther's arm off him.

"Hell yes!" Diego nodded, looking at Allison as she rubbed her knuckles. "We kicked some serious ass last night".

"What the hell's gotten into this family?" Luther asked.

"I don't know, but it's awesome. Swear to God, i've never seen her do things like she did yesterday. She was brutal" Luther looked at Diego with his mouth open and eyes wide with shock. "It's fine. You know, just needed to blow some steam off. I helped. She's good".

"Oh, yeah. Real good" Luther muttered.

"Hey, Chatty Cathys, quit the chitchat, all right?" Five said to Diego and Luther. "I'm calling a family meeting here".

Diego caught Lila's hand as she went to walk off to leave them to their meeting. "That means you too" Diego said.

"Where's Klaus?" Five asked.

"He was somewhere in the hotel with Diego's kid". Inanna looked to Diego and Diego nodded, agreeing with her — neither of them had seen Klaus since they had sent him off with Stanley.

Diego's brows furrowed and he let go of Lila's hand. "Ill be right back" Diego said.

"Don't leave me with your-" Lila watched Diego as he ran over to the elevator.

"Dieg- Lost another. Great" Five said.

"Spit it out, Five" Allison spat her words, glaring impatiently.

"Oh, well, since you asked so nicely, sister mine, our little paradox brought forth a freaking Kugelblitz" Five said.

"Are you being serious?" Inanna asked as Viktor asked "What the hell is a Kugelblitz?".

Five led his family — minus Klaus, Diego and Stanley — over to the bar, switching out the coffee for alcohol while he explained what a Kugelblitz was.

"So this Kugelblitz, it's...?" Viktor shrugged.

"The end of everything. Every rock, every star, every atom sucked into a radiant black hole" Five said.

"Randomly collapsing matter every moment in time across all existence till nothing's left" Lila said.

Five picked up a bottle of whiskey. "Hate to say I told you so, but..." Five tilted his head.

"You love to say I told you so" Viktor argued as Five drank from the bottle.

"You know, it's impressive. Whoever knocked off your mums hated you all enough to end the entire universe" Lila said.

"We don't know that" Viktor shook his head.

"Well, I mean, it wasn't Reginald" Inanna said pulling herself up to sit on the counter next to Luther "Klaus asked him".

"And you believe him?" Five asked turning his head towards Inanna.

"You tell me" Inanna tilted her head. "Do I believe that your Dad killed them?".

"Is he alive?" Five asked, Inanna nodded. "Okay" Five sat the bottle of whiskey. "So, it wasn't our Dad" Five said.

"You believe it wasn't our Dad?" Viktor asked Inanna. Inanna nodded again. "Why?".

"I don't know" Inanna shrugged.

"It doesn't matter who killed our moms. It doesn't matter who created the thing, either. We just have to kick its ass" Allison said.

"Oh really? How?" Luther asked. "Are you and Diego gonna punch it in the Kugel?" Allison glared at Luther.

"The best plan is to go back in time and eliminate the paradox and destroy whatever it was that took out our mothers and stop the Kugelblitz before it starts, but we can't do that. Briefcase is kaput".

"And why the hell can't you just jump us out of here?" Allison asked Five.

"Not that I was there or anything" Inanna spoke before Five could. "But didn't you all get scrambled across the 60s the last time Five saved your asses?" Inanna asked. "Do you want that to happen again or...?" Inanna raised her brow as Allison turned to her.

Inanna didn't trust Five's blinks, not over a long distance anyways. If she did, she wouldn't have been so desperate for a briefcase to get home to her family.

"What's plan B?" Viktor asked. Five didn't have a plan B.

Allison left the bar, taking her drink with her as Diego returned with Klaus and Stanley and she pressed her back against one of the hotel pillars, the reality of the world ending hitting her more than the others in that moment.

Klaus staggered over to the bar and Inanna noticed a large red circle of blood on his shirt over his chest. "Give me that" Klaus snatched the bottle of whiskey from Five.

"What happened to you?" Five asked.

"Oh, just a speargun to the chest. No big deal" Klaus said waving his hand around. Inanna raised her brow, looking at Diego who shook his head and mouthed 'Ill tell you later'.

"What did we miss?" Diego asked as Klaus drank from the bottle, ignoring the glass that Lila had slid across the counter to him.

"The universe is ending, and we're all going to die" Lila smiled.

"What?" Stanley asked.

"And you just spent possibly your last hours doing chores" Inanna pointed at Stanley.

"It would have been done sooner if you had helped" Stanley argued.

"It wasn't my mess, kid. You set the hotel on fire, not me" Inanna shrugged.

"How do you know? That lady with the red hair had fire coming out of her hand. Maybe she did it" Stanley said.

"Because I watched you with my own eyes" Inanna pointed at her eyes as Five looked between them with his brows furrowed. "I saw you drop the Molotov cocktail".

"You made it" Stanley argued pointing at Inanna.

"No, he made it" Inanna pointed at Diego. "I just-".

"I'm sorry" Five straightened up. "Did you just say 'The lady with red hair had fire coming out of her hand'?" Five repeated what Stanley had said.

"Yeah" Stanley nodded. "It was awesome".

"Not awesome" Inanna said.

"Inanna might actually be your sister" Luther said to Five before he turned to look at Inanna who was already staring daggers at him "I mean because none of us know, when is your birthday?" Luther groaned in pain as Inanna elbowed him in his side.

"Not that it matters because I know that I am not related to any of you" Inanna glared at Luther as he took a step back from her "August 1st 1989" Inanna and Five spoke at the same time.

"What's this about Anna anyways? She has powers?" Five asked Inanna.

Inanna nodded. "I was talking with Sloane last night-".

"You were talking with the enemy?" Diego asked.

Inanna averted her gaze from Five to Diego "Just shut up a second before Luther goes full King Kong on you and let me speak to my husband".

Lila put her hand on Diego's which rested on the bar. She too wanted to hear about Anna's powers.

"Sloane said that Anna got her powers after an explosion in a bank. A bomb went off and they would have all died but-".

"She absorbed it" Five muttered, realising that the story sounded much too similar to Inanna's briefcase incident that had almost killed her. Inanna nodded "Like how you absorbed the energy from the briefcase when it exploded" Inanna nodded once again. "But you don't have powers" Five squinted his eyes trying to piece together the dots in his mind.

"I guess it could have been a glitch the first time, but now it's-".

"Like that woman who accidentally somehow erased herself from time? Natalia Ivanov?" Lila asked, Inanna nodded. "That bedtime story scared the bloody shit out of me when I was little" Lila mumbled.

"That was just a fabricated story" Five said looking between Lila and Inanna. "Made to scare".

"If the first time was a possible glitch in time" Inanna said "Is it just a coincidence that another version of myself experiences almost the exact same thing?" Inanna asked.

"Maybe you're an alien" Klaus walked over to Inanna and leaned against the counter as he pressed his head against her shoulder and closed his eyes.

"Now that's far fetched" Inanna patted Klaus's arm, tilting her head as she tried to look at the blood on his shirt.

A wave of energy, the same one that had ran through the field while Inanna and Five waited for Klaus to talk to his birth mother, ran through the hotel, shaking the lights that hung from the ceiling as it disintegrated the hotel guests in the lobby, leaving behind their echoing screams of pain.

"What the hell was that?" Luther asked as Klaus pointed at an empty table which was previously occupied by a man wearing an old military uniform.

"That was a Kugel wave" Five muttered. "Oh, it's getting worse".

Luther looked around at his siblings before his eyes settled on Five. "How long do we have?" Luther asked.

"At this rate of escalation, if you factor in-".

"How long, Five?" Luther shouted, impatiently needing an answer.

"Four, maybe five days before the rest of existence is blitzed" Five answered.

Allison inhaled deeply as walked across the lobby, needing to get away from the others.

"We should've given them Harlan" Luther said.

"I don't think it's exactly the time right now, Luther" Inanna said as Klaus walked over to the other side of the bar.

"Not the time?" Luther said looking up from the shot glass which appeared even smaller in his hand. "We have a count down, Inanna" Inanna nodded, she knew there was a count down until they all died but she thought Luther could at least wait ten minutes. "Maybe you don't care but-".

"Watch it" Five's harsh stare never left Luther as he slid another shot of whiskey over to Lila, almost threatening him to continue with his words.

Diego shook his head "What about Harlan?" Diego asked, deciding that it would be better to interrupt before Luther ended up with a bottle over his head.

"The Sparrows said if we turned him over, we could end the fighting, and then work together to save the world" Luther explained the deal to the others. "But if we didn't-".

"But we tried to make peace" Viktor argued "Okay, and then the step-siblings from hell attacked, kidnapped you, and they tried to kill us and they've had Anna's girlfriend spying on us-" Viktor pointed at Inanna.

"Anna is already shaping up to be a better version of you" Lila said to Inanna as she leaned her elbow on the counter.

"Funny" Inanna muttered.

"-We can't trust them" Viktor added. "Working together would be like trying to defuse a bomb by pouring gas on it. It's only gonna make things burn down faster".

"But don't we need the big bad glow-y thing in their basement?" Klaus asked.

Five turned towards Klaus slowly. "Klaus, do you know where the Kugelblitz is?" Five asked.

"Oh, yeah. I saw it" Klaus dramatic gasped. "When I went to visit Dad. It's in the old storage room where Mom used to keep all her luggage".

"Why didn't you tell anyone?" Diego asked.

"I did. I told you! And you!" Klaus pointed from Diego to Inanna. Inanna's brows furrowed, trying to recall when Klaus had told her about the Kugelblitz.

"You say stupid shit all the time" Diego argued.

"Oh, wait, not you" Klaus pointed at Inanna again. "Devil spawn over there-" Klaus nodded his head at Stanley. "-dragged you away before I could".

"Of course it appeared in the same place we did" Five muttered.

"Important stupid shit" Diego said.

Viktor got up from the bar and Luther followed after him, leaving the conversation about the Kugelblitz behind. Inanna tuned out the conversation and began rolling the long white sleeves up so she could push them passed her elbows.

Five's curiosity got the better of him when he saw Viktor and Luther talking by the stairs and blinked over to them without a word to the others.

"I still hate that he can do that" Diego muttered, turning to walk over to Luther and Viktor, knowing that Five would have joined in their conversation.

Inanna lifted her legs up and spun around on the counter, being careful not to knock off a bottle of alcohol with her feet. Inanna jumped off the bar and followed after the others, all of them just as curious as Five.

"Covering what?" Five asked, only hearing part of the conversation. Five tucked his hands into his pockets, waiting for either Luther or Viktor to answer his question.

"What's going on?" Five asked as the others joined them.

"He didn't mean to hurt anyone" Viktor said to Luther.

"Really? You mean, when he did this?" Luther pointed at the deep cut on Viktor's cheek.

"Ow!" Stanley winced looking at the cut as he jumped up onto one of the counters in the lobby.

"Wait, Harlan did that?" Five asked.

"That's it, I'm gonna end him" Diego muttered.

"Look, I know how it looks, but Harlan didn't ask for this. If we hadn't gone back to 1963, if I hadn't have saved him-".

"He killed Jayme and Alphonso, not you" Luther interrupted Viktor "He's the reason we're in this mess, and he's our only way out of it".

"Luther's right" Five said. "If we're gonna have an iota of a chance of getting out of this alive, we need access to the Kugelblitz".

"There's only five of them left. We can just overpower them" Viktor said.

"There may be more of us, Viktor, but that doesn't mean we will overpower them" Inanna argued.

"But-".

"We risk losing some of us in the process, Viktor" Five shook his head at Viktor's idea, agreeing with his wife. "Harlan is insignificant".

"You told me once that no one is insignificant" Viktor said. Five averted his gaze from his brother. "They'll kill him" Viktor said to Luther.

"Uh, so?" Lila asked "We are talking about one person versus saving billions of lives here. I mean, is this really a debate for you people?" Lila asked.

"Everything is a debate with this family" Inanna muttered.

"Hey, Little Britain? You don't get a vote" Viktor said to Lila.

"Lila lives in this universe too" Klaus defended Lila with his arms loosely crossed over his chest. "Besides, she's family now. Kinda, sorta".

"Mm. Thanks, kitten" Lila mumbled.

"I don't give a shit about the Sparrows, but I'm not gonna let scary-ass Grandpa finish you off" Diego said to Viktor.

"Five days ago, he was just a little kid. And what? Now i'm supposed to just decide whether he lives or dies?" Viktor asked.

"Viktor, we're down to ethical triage here, all right? We can't save everyone" Five said. "The kindest cut wins".

Luther took a step forwards to Viktor "You always wanted to be on the team. This is what it is. Saving the world means making the hard calls".

Viktor dropped his gaze from Luther. "I hate this".

"Yeah, I know" Luther mumbled. "I'll go get him" Luther said.

Viktor stopped Luther before he had even made it to the stairs behind them. "Let me do it. He trusts me. I can convince him to come quietly".

Luther nodded, deciding it would be easier and safer for all of them if Viktor got Harlan instead of him and step aside to let Viktor go up the stairs.

"Auntie Red" Stanley jumped off the counter as he drew out his words.

Inanna sighed, turning to look at Stanley. "I told you to stop calling me that".

"Well, your name is stupid" Stanley shrugged.

"Inanna is a family name" Inanna pointed at Stanley. "There is a long line of Inanna's rolling in their graves right now" There was only three but Stanley didn't need to know that.

"Still stupid" Stanley muttered as Inanna walked over to Five, hoping that he would take the incredibly subtle hint and blink her out of the lobby.

"Auntie R-".

Inanna shook her head, interrupting Stanley. "No" Five took Inanna's hand as Stanley said "But, you don't even know-".

Five blinked himself and Inanna in front of the elevators, and caught her by her waist as he pressed the button for the elevator.

"I just wanted to know if she'd help me set up a prank for uncle Five" Stanley mumbled as his shoulders dropped. "It would have been so awesome".

Diego sat his hand on Stanley's shoulder. "No time for fun, you've got chores to do" Diego said, though he wished he could have seen the prank Stanley was planning for Five.

Inanna looked Five up and down as the elevator doors closed on them, trapping the couple in the small space, only then having a moment to appreciate the black suit he had tailor made for himself — she wouldn't tell him but Inanna thought it was one of the best she had seen him wear and it was far better than his Umbrella academy uniform.

"I noticed you're wearing my shirt" Inanna hummed, tearing her eyes away from Five as he tucked his hands into his pockets.

"I noticed you've got a new suit" Inanna responded.

"Do you like it?" Five asked, knowing that Inanna wouldn't give him a straight up answer as he glanced at Inanna from the corner of his eye, paying attention to how her body phased a little faster with his question.

Inanna shook her head, balling her hands up by her sides, lightly pressing her nails into her palms. "Could be better" Inanna mumbled.
