«WELCOME TO THE SPIDER'S DEN»

The screen stated, at that moment the group heard the noises of spiders, the sound of something approaching them.

The group wasn't scared, they recovered the lost health a moment ago especially Kayn who stood in front of the group with Deaton, Adam, Axel, Zeiki, and Leon. Then they got ready for the attack of the spider monsters.

"Archers shoot the spiders on the roof while the front liners face the bottom. Men, let's charge!" said Axel. He had a smile on his face that burned a fire to the hearts of the warriors beside him. Then they charged towards the danger with fierceness in their looks.

Kayn activated his Lethal Mode and charged to the front, "Hey Axel! Let's see who gets the most monsters!" challenged to Axel.

"Oh you brat, if you defeat me on this competition--" he slashed towards an incoming spider that mid size, "--i'll forget about how many losses you have on Tekken!" then he continued to massacre a swarm of monsters coming their way.

"Skill! Sounds of Blossoms!" he activated his skill, which is only unique to his Katana.

"I see you're still going on about being a samurai Axel! If I beat you you will admit my father is more handsome than yours!" bit back Kayn who was slashing monsters left and right with two of his long swords Moon Sword and Black Sword.

"Legends never die cousin! Samurais are heroes for me!" declared Axel as he continues to cut his foes. Their enemies keep growing and growing as they advance more to the Den.

At the back Krei and Denca are absolutely good shooters as their eradicate the spiders in the ceiling. And that's where Reily's Def Skills are useful as she casted an umbrella like barrier to keep the creature's body away from them. Reily is a girl who can't deal with bugs as they creep her out.

"You're really the best at defending Reily, I can't handle bugs either hehe." Said Aren who stick close to Cith and Reily like their the source of life.

"Thank you for the compliment, I only wish I could do this magic too in the real world." She said back to Aren while smiling.

And as they chat they don't know what's happening beside them..

Cith keeps picking up dead spiders and put them to a magic bag that that she bought before they got transported in this event. The currency in DPO are copper, silver, and Gold coins. In the real world copper costs $1, silver is $50, and gold costs $100. Cith bought the magic bag for 5 gold and 25 silver coins as the capacity of the magic bag is mid level, the capacity of high quality magic bags are high enough adventurers can fit body parts of monsters they slay.

"Hey Cith don't be silent there! Join us!" Aren said enthusiastically. Cith just looks at them blankly and continued gathering dead spiders, Aren got a glimpse of what her friend is doing and just sighed.

"Hmm Ms. Aren I've just thought of it just now but shouldn't you be in the front lines with the boys?" asked Krei. Aren smiled nervously, "She can't handle bugs that well." answered Cith.

Krei nodded at the answer he got and continued shooting arrows at the spiders in the ceiling.

Then for a while the whole team finished the remaining spiders and went towards a door. "This must be a boss room." said Axel.

"A boss room? Not the Last Boss room?" asked Deaton, Axel nodded at him.

"In MMORPG mangas there are stories that the protagonist stumbled upon the 'Boss room' but in other MMORPG mangas the protagonist raids a cave or a dungeon tunnel and faces with levelled bosses. For example, in this door lies a weaker than the actual boss and is named 'Spider Captain' then when we're finished with it we slay monsters once again and on to the second level where most like we face off a 'Spider Commander' then we move on until we face off the last boss which is the actual boss. Now if you're thinking why doesn't the actual boss lie there. Well my answer is you could be right and I could be wrong. Maybe the actual boss lie there in wait, what I just explained is only a suspicion so we can prepare. If we don't use health potions here we might die in the boss room, I'm just explaining for the warning which I was supposed to say earlier." said Axel. Everyone nodded and we all sat down, Kayn checked his inventory for health potions.

1x Monster Egg (Ready to hatch)

Kayn took 3 health potions as he estimates that his health is 93%. Kayn recovers only 97% of his health and he's about to get more from his inventory when a member of Axel opened the gates. Axel was shocked by what his subordinate did then he stood and went to his subordinate.

"Why did you open the door? We still have other people recovering hp." said Axel to his subordinate angrily. The subordinate and bowed his head.

"I'm sorry sir, I was curious of how the boss looked like." his subordinate said in a respectful manner. We all sighed at his action.

"Since you opened it scout it. Now." Axel said in an angered voice, that's one of the things that I'm afraid and respect about him. He is harsh when he's angry because that's the way he is, he doesn't hide his feelings and talk behind your back, he confronts you about it.

His subordinate who seems to be a Rouge got pale of what his leader said to him. "S-sir! It's a boss room, the boss might kill me!" Said the rouge with fear, everyone in the room was dead silent spectating what's happening.

"Axel, I think that's enough scaring the new recruit. He's gonna pee his pants you know." Said Leo walking towards an angry Axel and a scared Rouge who goes with the name Claw.

Leo pushes Axel gently away from Claw. Claw looks at Leo, "Sir Leo thank you fo--" he was cut off as Leo looks at him with rage and fury in his face. Leo is a handsome tall guy with muscular figure, he's the total candidate of a Warrior.

"Don't think we won't get your Guild for this so-called mistake you made, be thankful you didn't push the door to an extent it will activate the Boss Battle Sequence." Leo muttered to Claw with intimidation in his voice, Claw got more afraid of Leo as he is one of the High Ranking Players in Divine. If he had Leo as an enemy he will surely be obliterated.

Claw whispered to his real guildmates. "Sir Rhak, I got discovered. Please separate our guild from Achilles." his Guildmaster, Rhakshasa replied with a 'Got it', and they disappeared from their posts. They once were one of the High Ranking Assassin Guild, Demon Katana Clan. They are a neutral Clan who executes players for money. Yes they are Evolved Assassin players. They were behind Achilles Guild for no particular reason, their leader was bored after all.

Back to Axel's group.

Axel kept drinking Hp Potions until he's full health. He stood up and looked at the entire group, most of them have their Hp filled up.

"Come on guys, let's face the boss." said Axel, the group nodded to him. He stands in front of the door, he pushed the doors and then..

«Boss Room: Diamond Spider»

The group rushed inside the boss room ready to kill the boss, for Axel he has experienced many boss raids but all boss raids he had gone to we're all not the same, some are triple boss room where they start in the weakest, some he faces a big boss.

The Sour Soul Party or Kayn's party this is their first boss raid, their first encounter was with the Big Bosses, with the Mermaid boss which they didn't kill, third is the Vampire Boss who is a big Boss. It almost killed Kayn, but he survived.

At first the boss room was silent, no sound of footsteps other than the group is heard, the assassin, Zeiki has activated his skill, Wind sense, he can sense what the wind or air stumbled upon, but his radius is only 25 feet radius. Then he got alarmed as his wind felt something small move.

"Sir, get ready, monster moved in our 2." Every person in the group readied their weapons, Adam fired up his spear. Since his Spear has Black Adamantite Ore in it, it improved it's status for 5x, he thought if he got more from the ore it can become indestructible and can lure in potential enemies that can skin him alive with the flick of their wrists. He didn't want to look to much op. So he still have a half amount of ore they got, they planned to use it for Gale's Armor.

Adam's flame lit up the room for a little, it helped the group see a little better. Then a tiny Spider walked out of the shadow, at first the group thought it was cute especially the girls, but then another spider popped out, then another. Until a hundred popped out of the shadow. The group is aware of them now, and then a big spider crawled out of the darkness with red in it's eyes. It really is a Diamond Spider. It screeched and then hundreds more appeared and they all merged with the big Spider and created a huge Spider with a shining body.

"Mages, Archers! Shoot it down!" at that command the Spider screeched and started to come for the group of Adventurers. Leo, Axel, Kayn, Deaton, Adam, Zeiki all faced the boss head on. Axel and Leo flanked the left side of the Boss, Deaton and Zeiki flanked the right side. Kayn and Adam stood in the middle with other warriors from Axel's guild to hold off the boss from getting to the mages and archers.

Adam attacked the boss with a Flame skill: Raging Inferno. He slashed the front legs and the did something like the Neigh of a horse and it's legs are shooting downwards to the ground like a missile. When it landed it created a shockwave that knocked off Adam.

Then the huge spider's body splited up into little spiders and Gale thought if it's a pattern, he then attacked the little spiders and all of them went back into being a huge monster.

The Mages does not shoot fire type magic as when they all tried it only bounced off the Boss Spider's body because of it's crystal body so what they used are the unnatural elements (the natural elements are Fire,Water, Earth, Air). They used Lightning, Sand Magic and Explosive Magic.

The mages were startled when they saw a little spider that got near them. They blew it off my explosive Magic of one of the mage. Not all of the magician can use the unnatural elements, there are exceptional mages in Axel's guild that can use the unnatural elements. There are a total of 8 people, three users of Lightning magic, three users of Sand Magic and two users of explosive Magic.

Denca spotted an opening in the top of the Spider's back, she took a mage of lightning and held her as Denca climbed a pillar. "Shoot that opening!" She indicated the small bare spot, "Threin's Thunder!" the mage shouted and a pillar of Lightning struck down the Spider's body making it screech and break off into mid sizes of little spiders stuck together.

Axel looked around to who did it and he looked at the pillar and 2 girls were waving at him, he gave them two thumbs up and went to attack the stuck spiders.

Kayn activated Lethal Mark, and Lightning Heed to destroy the mid sizes crumbs of the boss' body.

"LETHAL MARK FINAL STAGE!" (the final stage is only the second stage) Kayn slashed at the spiders with extreme speed. The other spiders that have not been eliminated yet started going towards each other to morph with each other but they didn't have the luck as they got blown into smithereens by a mage. Only one spider got away and started climbing in the pillar since most of it's comrades had been eliminated.

"Hey! There's a little herd trying to escape!" Said a subordinate of Axel. Kayn heard it and looked around and spotted a small herd climbing to escape, he pursued it in an amazing speed. He saw 2 pillars that's close together and used it to climb.

"Oh yeah! The parkour master!" Said Krei with excitement and everyone looked at him.

"Parkour master eh? He totally beat me to it!" said Axel in disbelief, it was one of his competition with Kayn when they saw a parkour video.

The same girl who damaged the boss used a different skill that is a lightning cage and used it to the small herd and the small herd dropped from the ceiling.

Gale who is also in the ceiling looked surprised but then he shouted "Explosion to me now!" A user used it to him and he dropped down at a rapid speed.

He accelerated some more like a meteor and crossed his swords in front of him. When he reached the spiders he slashed them to tiny pieces and he dropped down.

"Oh Master that was awesome!!!" Shouted Krei and his friends and they swarmed him and they babbled like crazy.

«Boss Defeated!»
