If classes won't end i will turn into an ash and fly away. Haha just kidding. I'm Kayn August. I'm 16 and live at New York with my family who i love so much.

My dad is an architect, he modeled the house on his own and my mom is just a simple housewife. I love her cooking because it's like world class dish she makes. It was delicious.

"Hey Kayn you know staring is rude right?" my English teacher said. I don't know who is he and why he's here but let me tell you, i don't understand anything he says, because he always use his three beautiful daughters as an example then start chichatting about how cute they are.

"Sir i wasn't staring at anyone.." i said as i gave my attention.

"Exactly, you're staring at Air, which is stupid. Are you stupid?" he asked with amusement in his tone.

"No sir.." i replied.

"Oh, good to know. Now pay attention to me and i won't make you do an essay." he said then started teaching.

I looked at the clock, it's 2:35 he only has 15 minutes left until the end of school.

I spend the whole 15 minutes drawing a stickman killing a bear. A polar bear is good too.

Then the bell rang. I packed my things but a sentence held me in my seat.

"Kayn you stay, you're having a detention for not listening to me. Sit down." he said.

"What?! Sir i have to get home, my aunt is sick right now and i have to help her!" i demanded.

"I said sit down or I'll give your grades an F." he threatened me.

Damn the lie didn't work.

Then i sat down, so as him. He took out his phone and seem like he's watching a video in his phone.

I started playing in my phone since i don't have anything to do. I just played Everwing.

"Wow.." my teacher suddenly said.

It seems he's too focused and the hour has passed so i took my bag and quickly leave and seems like he didn't care.

I walked the long hallway then pushed the doors. There, sitting in the grass were my three best friends.

Krei, Deaton, and Adam.

We're friends since diapers as our mothers were also the three best friends as our dads.

"Hi Kayn, you're late." said Deaton.

"Sorry man. Got held up by that english teacher. Let's go?" i asked them.

"Yeah let's go." Adam answered.

Krei hasn't talk which is unusual because he always talks. I peeked a glance at him and saw him playing at his phone.

"Dude we're leaving, wanna come with us?" i asked which is a wrong move.

"Oh we're leaving? Yeah, come on let's go. But before that didn't you know.. " he started to talk now. Then my other friends looked at me with annoyance in their faces. I gave them an apologetic look.

We started walking towards my house, they said they wanted to hang out in my house and eat my mom's special dish. As we were walking we saw a game case just lying in the street.

"Hey guys look." we walked towards it.

"It's a game dude. Let's see it's features." we looked at the back of the case and it was called Divine Palace... It's a virtual game! But it needs the.. Ar.. Arcane Helmet. It needs the Arcane Helmet. It says here that the Arcane Helmet is a passageway to play the game. Sounds interesting i guess.

"Guys let's check this game at my house, i think it has a website. Let's check that later" i said then we continued walking towards my house.

Here we are now, my house. Since there's a car parked in front of the house i guess Dad is home today.

We entered the gate then opened the door. "Moooom! I'm home! I'm with the gang, can we go to my room before we eat?" i shouted.

Then my mother came into view, a blond haired woman. Her name Lianna August, a tall woman wearing a grey dress with sandals. "No Kayn, you and your group are gonna eat before you touch the door to your room, come and sit with us. Your father is home today." she said in a calm voice.

"Hi Aunt Lily!" greeted Krei and Deaton and Adam at the same time which surprised me because they were loud.

"Hey guys, when are your mothers free? I plan on shopping in Sunday." told mom.

"Guys let's go eat, I'm starving." i intervened.

"Yeah let's go, aunt Lily I'll ask mom later." said Deaton.

We walked towards the kitchen but Dad wasn't there and the food. "Mom where's dad? I thou--"

"We're eating in front of the lake sweetheart. Come on we're celebrating." she said with Macaroni cheese in her hands. Then we walked behind her towards the backyard where the lake is located.

I saw my dad in the right side of the lake with a smile on his face. Then we followed mom till we reach my dad Gil August. "Hi guys, i see you're with Kayn today." he said with a deep voice.

"Hi Uncle Gil!" screamed the three girls again.

"Guys stop screaming. You sound like 18 year old girls." i complained.

"Dude we were just greeting your dad." Adam defended.

"Let's just eat." then we ate. When we were finished we talked about the game, which dad heard.

"You know Divine Palace Online?" dad asked.

"Yeah, we picked up this game at a random street. Look." i brought the game from my bag and showed it to them.

"So you found it. I have plenty of this in my office." dad said.

"What? You have plenty of this in your office?" i asked, completely shocked at what my father said.

" I have two jobs, one architector and the other is the creator of that game alongside the CEO of a gaming company Arcane Technology." wow. Just wow.

"You guys can play it here." dad said and he tossed a key to me.

"What's this?" i asked.

"Dude it's a key, are you blind?" Deaton asked me.

"Deaton i know what it is and no I'm not blind. I just don't know what's this for."

"It's a key to the spot where the Arcane Helmets are. Happy Birthday son, this is my gift to you."

"Dad... Thanks dad, really. Thank you." i said as i hugged him and my mom.

"Now clear that game, i heard there's a reward when you clear he game." he said.

"Dad! Don't spoil it!" i said then laughed.

"We'll become the strongest dad, strongest adventurers, strongest guild in the entire Divine Palace Online." i said and smiled. Then we were off to get the helmets and play the game.

We headed to my dad's office and find the spot. Then i unlocked the spot then saw the CD's and 4 A Helmet. The logo in the back looks like the Avenger but i don't care. We went to my room, there was also a new CPU with many plugs. 

Crap, i think Arcane Technology gave my dad lots of gifts.

After we plugged everything which took like 45 minutes we plugged the connectors in the Helmets and lie down in the ground with a bed. We were excited to play this game, because in this lifetime, i get to experience to play the game inside the game. We looked at the instruction and followed it and said the only way to start the game is to shout the word "World Start".

"Guys before we enter the game i want to say that this is the first virtual game we ever experience so let's thank my father later. You bunch ready to rock this world?" i asked.

 "We're with you always Kayn. Lead us to greatest." Deaton said.

"Then let's go be the strongest."

"Yeah, let' go."

Huh? My stay? This isn't like the anime i watched SAO right? Oh no!

A hand patted my shoulder and by shocking reflex of mine i quickly punched the guy on his stomach which earned me a groan.

"Dude you're a real jerkass." it was Krei and my gang.

"Oh shit dude I'm sorry. You just scared me."

"Man I'll kill you when i have the chance." Krei said with a look of anger.

Suddenly a notification appeared in my  view. A fairy appeared in front of me.

HELLO PLAYERS! WELCOME TO THE DIVINE PALACE! FIRST WE'LL SHOW YOU HOW THIS WORLD LOOKS LIKE!

A picture appeared and there was two spirals attached to a thick line with the name of Human Territory. The two spiral were named Monster Territory. I got the full view and it looked like a sword. The tip of the hand of the sword were named as Human Kingdom.

Now in the Human Kingdom is where the City Cedoloron is built. The Castle is where the King Rendon lives with the Royal Family.

I clicked the x button then look at my menu then option and saw the log out button is still there. Whoo, that scared me, i thought i was trapped in this game. I looked at my status.

So this is my status... Wait. Why don't i have any mana? Is this a bug?

"Guys what's your status?" i asked my friends.

They looked at their status and looked more. The first one to raise his hand was Adam.

"Guys here my name is Damian. Level 1, my class is a Spear Wielder, my race is a faerie, and my mana is 70." he said. A faerie huh?

"Dude why a faerie?"asked Krei.

"Bro they can fly, and i want to fly. So you can't stop me." wow wise decision.

"I'm next, I'll be called Dean, level 1, class Knight, race Human. This is weird because i have no mana." Deaton said.

"Bro you too?" i asked.

"You're in the same situation?" he asked.

"Yeah." i replied.

"I'm next! I'll be called Kreid, level 1, class Archer, race elf, my mana is 60." Krei said.

"My turn. My name will be Konnor, level 1, class swordsman, race human, my mana is 0." i said.

"We really do have the same situation." Deaton says.

"Guys show me your whole status." i demanded because it looks totally weird that we still have our faces from the real life.

"How?" asked Adam.

"Just bring your status out and swipe it towards me. There should be something like that in this game." i said them showed them and as i thought there really was!

They did the same and i checked their status.

"Guys let's form a party in the guild. There must be somewhere." i trailed off.

"Let's ask someone... Hey Mister!" Krei quickly rushed to the guy he called. They chatted.

Then Krei left the guy alone and went back at us. I thought he forgot about us.

"Guys we just need to go to the west wing of the kingdom and we'll see a white feather logo. Let's go?" he asked.

"No, first we have to level up. I have a feeling forming a party in the guild will have requirements so we have to level up first. We'll go to the forest where there are boars." i said.

Then we set off to the forest. Where beasts rests.

I see a boar eating, while it's distracted i readied  our health potions. I told them to be silent since we have the element of surprise.

Since we're all close range attacker except for Krei he'll stay behind. And we created arrows for him, though it has no blade, it's sharpness should be feared. And he has 12 so that should work on two boars.

I rushed towards the boar with all the speed i have and it was alerted. So instead of thrusting I'll just cut it in half. The boar rushed because it was excited for my blood in its horns.

I stepped aside then cutted it starting from the a$$ then to the head.

I killed it.. I did it!

Now we will kill the next boar.

After we killed the next boar all of us received  24 exp, the limit of the exp to level up was 50. I want to level up. So i talked to the guys and they agreed that they wanted to hunt more.

We saw a herd of boars then we attacked it, it was a bloody fight but it was worth it. We won and we leveled up 7 levels so we're level 7. We didn't know why then i saw a notification, i clicked it.

PLAYER [KONNOR] HAS FORMED A PARTY AND FINISHED THE HERD OF THE BOARS. PLEASE REPORT AT THE GUILD [GOLDEN CROSS]. THANK YOU.

Wow, we formed a party without signing up! This is a good news! 

"Guys! We're a party now for free! Let's go to Golden Cross." i said excitedly.

We walked out of the forest then walked towards the west wing of the Kingdom, we keep looking and looking.

"Guys look! Isn't that a white feather logo? It's not only a feather but there's a gold cross too! This is the guild! Let's go!" Adam exclaimed.

We walked to the door, then the door opened and saw a lot of adventurers in here, i can tell all their classes by their equipments. Some beginners by the leather armor and some with a silver armor and chest plate. There's some elves here, this is human territory i don't know why they're here. Are they adventurers? Shouldn't they respawn at their territory? 

Oh yeah Krei is an elf here. Never mind that, we walked towards a short girl with curly red hair.

"Hi miss, we're the Konnor Party, we're here to report about the herd of the boars." i said politely.

"Oh perfect, the guild master will meet you later, let's go gentlemen." she said.

So we'll meet the guild master? He sounds interesting.
