The entire manor is enchanted and is a literal extension of Nathaniel's magic. It responds to the emotions of anyone with his blood.

The manor does not have a set amount of bedrooms. It can expand or shrink at will to accommodate the number of people expected to live there.

Permanent residents happen to have personalized rooms that fit their every needs. Rose's room has space and utilities for all her animals, Ezra has his own beauty parlor, Amelie has a pond for Duck, etc.

The manor responds the strongest to Adrien's emotions and may even prevent people he doesn't like from entering at all.

Will-o-Wisps are present in every part of the Manor to guide people to their destination. If one were to wander the halls without one, they would likely become lost immediately.

Every Moonstruck has their insignia carved into the door of their room. Select residents, like the Katsus, Siltafiir and Ares, have their family crests engraved into their doors.

If the Moonstrucks don't want to be disturbed, you will not be able to find their rooms. The Manor literally hides it away. This applies to other people too, but the Moonstrucks will be able to find their room.

Since the weather is tightly controlled by Nathaniel, usually it is sunny. However, when he (or occasionally his children) are upset, it will very likely storm. When Rose or Nero are upset, it hails.

Most of the Manor is decorated in black and gold, since it's Nathaniel's signature colors, but certain areas have begun to mimic his children's colors instead. The library, for example, is going from gold to silver (Rose's colors), and the kitchen has begun to have blue accents (Destiny's proxy color).

The Manor has it's own personality, which is extremely mischievous. This is why you need Will-o-Wisp guides; otherwise, you'd end up in the gym instead of the snack room.
