"I know a way into the base, follow me." Felix told the group as he walked towards the door with Sean's phone in hand.

"Wait, where's Robbie?" Jackaboy-Man interjected.

"Look, I'm sure he's fine. Right now, we have bigger issues to worry about." Felix huffed impatiently.

"But-"

"Schneep, as much as I hate to admit it, he's right for once. Once we find Sean, then we can find Robbie." Marvin promised.

Together the egos hesitantly walked out of the house with Felix in the lead to show them the way.

The sun was slightly higher in the air, allowing Felix to see better in front of him as he walked to his house.

He motioned for the egos to stay quiet as he crept to the back of the house and pulled back a patch of grass to reveal a hidden platform like elevator.

Once everyone stepped on, it lowered them into the lab with a soft creaking sound that made the egos tense.

The inside was as dimly lit as they remembered it being since the last time they were there, yet it didn't make them feel any less uncomfortable.

"As far as which room, I really don't know since a lot of them look the same." Felix admitted once they all stepped off of the lift.

"Is anyone else here?" Chase asked nervously.

"No, once Anti escaped I sent everyone home for their safety." Felix shook his head.

"Why do you even have that lift right by your house?" Jackaboy-Man wondered aloud.

"For emergencies like this." Felix stated simply with a shrug as he walked down the corridor before running into an intersection.

There was three paths, one straight ahead, one to the left, and one to the right.

They all looked equally creepy.

"Ve should split up." Schneep suggested with a twinge of fear and uncertainty in his tone.

"Good call. Marvin and I will take the left, you and Chase take the right, and Felix and Jameson will go straight ahead." Jackaboy-Man directed.

"Why am I stuck with the mute?" Felix complained sourly.

"Because you're a dick and I know that if I put you with someone that can talk that both of you would argue non-stop. Now go!" Chase barked impatiently, causing everyone to snap into action by jogging down their given path.

"This sucks." Felix muttered as he turned on Sean's phone to use his flashlight.

Jameson didn't acknowledge his remark as he walked beside him with a sour expression that showed his dislike of their situation as well.

"I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall." Felix sighed.

Jameson responded by flipping him off with both fingers, flashing him a grin while he silently laughed.

"You remind me a lot of Sean. I guess that makes sense since you're his creative side." Felix chuckled softly at his own stupidity.

Jameson rolled his eyes at Felix before snapping his finger to create a box of cookies to eat along the way, offering Felix one.

Felix nodded in appreciation as he took it and ate it quietly, his eyes constantly scanning his surroundings.

Meanwhile Marvin and Jackaboy-Man found something that only set them more on edge.

They found what they assumed was Anti's experimentation room where he was created and studied judging by the blood stains and bloody knife stuck in the wall.

"This is fucking creepy." Marvin shivered.

"That's not the worst part." Jackaboy-Man grimaced as he pointed at the back wall.

Written on it in semi-fresh blood was the words "Always there, always watching".

"He's not in here, let's go." Marvin spoke up.

"You're not going anywhere."

Neither of the egos had time to react before Anti charged into them and slammed their heads against the wall with enough force to knock them both out instantly.

"Vhy can't Anti be hiding in an amusement park or something? Zhis is too creepy!" Schneep huffed as he poked his head into another open room, almost relieved to find nothing nothing inside.

"I think the amusement park would be worse Doc with all the abandoned rides and stuff." Chase interjected as he absent mindlessly ran his hand along the wall while walking.

"I hate being back." Schneep growled bitterly.

"Me too, but we gotta find Sean." Chase reminded him.

"You're right...I can't let him die on me again." Schneep whispered sadly to himself. 

Suddenly he felt a flash of pain in his head, causing him to wince as he leaned against the wall.

"Doc, you okay?" Chase asked worriedly as he paused.

"It's nothing, probably just a headache or zomething." Schneep assured him as he continued walking.

He only made it a few more feet forward before he felt another flash of pain in his head, the pain worse than last time.

Schneep cried out in pain as he clutched his head in his hands and fell to the floor, curling his knees up to his chest.

"Doc!" Chase exclaimed as he ran over to him and knelt down by his side, his eyes filled with concern.

"Doc?" Chase repeated louder as Schneep's body fell deathly still, setting Chase on edge.

"Vhen zhe doctor is here, death is near!" Schneep laughed with a crazed grin, his eyes pitch black as he reached out to grab Chase.

Chase jumped away and rolled to the side, eyes wide in shock as he watched his former friend lunge towards him again.

"Schneep stop, it's me!" Chase cried desperately, not wanting to hurt him.

"I'm afraid he can't hear you." Anti stated as he walked out of the shadows to face him.

"Leave Schneeplestien out of this!" Chase roared in fury.

"Ah, ever the fierce one Chase. Don't worry, soon you'll see things the way I do too." Anti replied before using the end of his knife to hit him in the head.

Dazed, Chase stumbled back before falling to the floor, wishing the world would stop spinning.

"Goodnight." Anti laughed before stomping on his face.

Chase felt a burning pain and heard a snap of broken bones as his world abruptly turned black as he fell unconscious with Anti's eerie laugh and Schneep's crazed expression haunting his mind.

"This is pointless, we've checked every room and still we can't find him!" Felix snapped in irritation.

Jameson shrugged in reply as he popped another cookie in his mouth before throwing the empty box into the trash can in the corner of the room he was searching.

Just as Felix walked into another room, he heard Sean scream in pain in the distance, his voice echoing down the hall to reach Jameson.

The two exchanged glances before running towards the sound, Felix praying that they wouldn't be late.
