Problems
"I've never felt so awkward in my life about going over to Felix's house." Sean muttered to himself under his breath as he brushed his unruly faded green hair to try and somewhat tame it.
"Are you sure you're up for this? I mean you just got home." Signe spoke up as she entered the bathroom dressed in her same outfit that she had worn for New Years a couple years ago.
"Sleep is for the weak, I'll be fine." Sean promised her, giving her a kiss on the cheek as he left the room.
He straightened out his suit and brushed imaginary dirt off of of the shoulders of his blue suit as he waited for Signe by the door, his anxiousness rising with every passing minute.
"Everything will be fine." Signe consoled Sean, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek as she slid her hand in his and walked with him out the door.
It was late in the evening, the sun barely visible over the horizon as it hovered over the city.
"Why did you move from Ireland to here?" Sean asked to make conversation as they began their walk to Felix's house.
"I was lonely ever since you die-disappeared, so I moved here to be with friends." Signe explained, choosing her words carefully as if saying the wrong thing would set him off like a time bomb.
"Wait, you thought I had died?!" Sean exclaimed in surprise as he abruptly stopped walking, causing Signe to stop as well.
"What was I supposed to think Sean? You had been missing for years! Fucking years Sean!" Signe snapped.
"I'm sorry." Sean sighed as he bowed his head in shame, wishing with all of his heart that he could just tell Signe the truth and hope for the best.
Instead, they just walked the rest of the way to Felix's house in tense, uncomfortable silence that made Sean regret talking at all.
"They have a nice house." Sean mused, breaking the silence as they approached the front door.
"Hey guys, come on in!" Marzia greeted them before they could even knock, ushering them in while making sure to keep the pugs inside.
"Hey guys, good to see you again!" Felix grinned as he hugged Signe before pulling Sean in for a hug.
"Remind me after dinner that we need to talk in private." Felix whispered in his ear before pulling away and patting him on the shoulder.
"I bought pizza for dinner since I wasn't expecting company." Marzia shrugged sheepishly as she guided the couple into the kitchen.
Sean felt his stomach rumble when he smelled the familiar scent of pineapple pizza wafted around him upon entering, his mouth watering.
About time I had something else besides the gross rations I had to live on underground, Sean thought as he grabbed two slices of the pizza and plopped it down onto his plate and sat down at the table.
Felix noticed Sean's ecstatic expression and smiled back as he grabbed his own food before sitting beside him, Signe sitting on the other side of Sean while Marzia sat next to Felix.
"How did you know where Signe was when you got back?" Marzia spoke up as she took a bite of her pizza.
"Robin told me that she had moved here." Sean admitted, glad that he could tell the truth for once.
"Cool, hows he doing by the way?" Felix interjected curiously.
"He seems to be doing pretty good, we haven't really talked in awhile." Sean shrugged casually.
"You just said that he told you where Signe was." Marzia reminded him.
"I-uh-I meant-" Sean cursed his brain as he struggled to no avail to think of what to say.
"I just meant that we haven't talked in awhile about how each other had been doing." Sean finally finished, mentally face palming.
Felix looked like he'd rather punch him in the face instead.
"So," Sean awkwardly cleared his throat, trying to think of something to say that would make him look like less of an idiot.
"I'm just gonna-"
Sean broke off when his phone vibrated in his pocket, interrupting him.
"I'll be back in a sec." Sean excused himself as he got up and walked into the bathroom, shutting the door behind him before unlocking his phone.
It was a post from a fan that had found six Jacksepticeye doppelgängers at Brighton Pier.
Felix barged in moments later with a panicked expression, his phone showing the same picture.
"That's one more thing to worry about."
