The hospital was place that the Pack was familiar with. From Alyssa having the twins to Mitch's recent suicide attempt, with Tori and the Alphmega giving birth and Kevin in a coma in the middle, they knew the hospital up and down. They have been on almost every floor so far.
Labor and delivery, cancer, critical...
This time, it's the suicide watch ward, the place that will decide if someone needs to a rehabilitation center or not. It is also will decide if one has a mental illness that must be treated right away, no whats, ifs, or buts about it.
"He lost about one pint of blood. After giving him the blood he needed, he was okay. Physically, that is. We will have to apply stitches on his skin. The babies are okay too."
Tori took a sigh of relief, so grateful that Mitch was okay. Avi nodded, holding his wife and Jordyn close. Kevin and Alyssa came home about five minutes after Mitch was escorted to the hospital, watching Ben, Jessi, Erik, and Ariel while Avi and Tori went to the hospital. Melody and Jordyn went with them, wanting to see Mitchy.
"I'm afraid I have some bad news though."
"What are they?" Avi asked softly, wanting to see Mitch already. The Alphmega has been gone for almost four hours and Avi missed him terribly. "How bad are they?"
"I ran some tests on Mitchell, two of those being depression and anxiety, including bipolar disorder," the doctor began, giving Avi a piece of paper. The Alpha read it over, widening his eyes at the results. "I'm so sorry, Sir. Mitch has depression and anxiety. I suggest you take him to a rehabilitation center. If you decide against it, I will prescribe him medicine that will keep the babies safe. Any questions?"
"How long will he have to stay at rehab if he ends up going?" Tori asked softly, holding Melody. The eleven month old had no idea what was going on and Tori was thankful for that. "Will it be very long?"
"I'm afraid so," the doctor answered, frowning sadly. "Depression and anxiety will often times take six months to a year, depending on the person. By the looks of it, it looks like Mitch will have to stay at the rehabilitation center for a year and a half to two years because of what happened in his childhood."
Mitch explained his childhood to the doctor, breaking his heart in the process. Tori began to cry, wanting Mitch to okay and happy. The Alphmega did nothing to deserve this and now he could be going to rehab for the longest time. He might not be there for Melody's birthday and that will break his heart. Heck, he might not be able to take care of the twins after he gives birth! This wasn't fair!
"What do you two choose?"
Avi sighed, looking at Tori with sad eyes. She nodded, knowing what he was choosing. The Alpha looked back at the doctor, his green eyes filling up with tears.
"Rehab."
The doctor nodded, writing something down quickly. The couple shared a look, wondering if they did the right thing. Mitch will hopefully become better when he goes to rehab, even though he will be gone for more than a year. It broke everyone's hearts, but it'll be best for him.
We're so sorry, Mitch.

Mitch woke up, his head hurting a bit. He hissed, looking down at his wrists. Bandages wrapped them tightly, causing him to raise an eyebrow. He looked around his surroundings, noticing the hospital from anywhere.
Am I sick?
"Aw, Mitchell. Good morning."
Mitch looked at the doctor, smiling shyly. He waved, looking at his lap. He could hear the doctor walking to him, wondering what he had to say.
"Mitch, do you remember how you talked about your childhood to me?"
"Yes," Mitch replied politely, nodding his head. He looked at his hospital gown, ashamed of this fact. "I know that a lot of people don't like me. It's okay though. I'm used to it."
"Mitchell, don't say that," the doctor scolded slightly, shaking his head. Mitch murmured sorry, looking at his lap again. "Moving on, I'm sure you remember yesterday quite clearly. Correct?"
"Yes, Sir."
"Well, I did some connections with your childhood and suicide attempt," the doctor began, not noticing how Mitch tensed at that. "When you were younger, you were just sad. You thought that no one loved you, which led to your depression later on.
"When you met Scott, your depression decreased. It never went away, but you weren't depressed anymore. After hearing I love you from him, your depression was barely there anymore. Sure, you still had it since depression never really goes away, but you were definitely happy. You didn't expect your husband leaving you.
"When he did leave, you went back to when you were a child. You thought that no one loved you anymore so you did what you thought was best. You tried to kill yourself."
"Oh," Mitch whispered, playing with his fingers. He was confused by what the doctor was saying, his head hurting from all the information. "What's depression?"
"Oh, Mitchell," the doctor whispered, shaking his head. The young Alphmega had a childish mentality, but the doctor thought he knew more about this stuff. "You never learned this stuff?"
Mitch shook his head, not one long any of these words. He didn't know what 'anxiety' or 'depression' are. He's heard of them and experienced them, but he's never known the definition of them. It confused him!
"Depression is when you have a persistent sadness and a lack of interest in the stuff you like," the doctor explained, looking at Mitch seriously. The Alphmega teared up, nodding slowly as he was understanding. "That is what you have."
"Why?" Mitch asked, his childish voice full of innocence. The doctor took a deep breath, trying not to cry.
"It's because you are very sad. You've been sad for a little while, but your depression decided to break down its walls and escape now. Depression comes out of nowhere."
"Why doesn't it just go back where it came from? Doesn't it know that it's hurting people?"
"I'm afraid it doesn't work like that," the doctor answered sadly, refusing to look at the sad Alphmega. He took a piece of paper, looking back to add teary eyes. "You will be going someplace for a little while. You might be gone for a long time. The place will make you healthy again."
Mitch nodded, a tear rolling down his cheek. He looked at the doctor, taking a drove breath before he spoke.
"Will I ever get better?"
The doctor hesitated, not knowing how to respond. He nodded, hoping that his answer was true. Mitch turned around, wanting to fall back asleep. The doctor left, the closed door triggering Mitch's tears. He cried loudly, wanting to be better so he could go home.
I love you, Scott. Please love me back.

Jake gasped, jumping when the bullet flew by Jeremy's arm. The Alpha widened his eyes, remembering that gun from anywhere.
That's Kirstin's gun.
"What in the world?" Jake asked, looking at the bullet. "Who shot th-"
"DUCK!"
More bullets flew the windows, causing the Alpha and Beta to protect each other. They looked at each other, their eyes full of fear.
"Kirstin is doing this. Stay covered so she won't see you."
"Why is Kirstin like this?"
Jeremy looked at Jake, his eyes full of seriousness. After two years of Kirstin torturing everyone she meets, Jeremy is finally coming clean. He is finally saying why Kirstin is the way she is.
"Kirstin is the way she is because she promised herself that if anybody falls in love with Scott, she will do anything to kill them."
Another bullet flew through the window, making Jake jump. He looked over at Jeremy, his eyes turning yellow as he wanted to know some more.
"Why?!"
Jeremy looked at Jake seriously, his eyes turning red as he became angry. He put his hand into a fist, ready to hurt anyone who got in his way.
"Because she loves Scott and if she can't have him, then no one can."
A/N: WOAH, WHO IS SURPRISED?! Kirstin is one evil Alpheta.;) I honestly love writing her as an evil person. It's fun.xD
Do you think Avi and Tori did the right thing to put Mitch into rehab?
I want to see what you have I say.:)
Anyways, I hope that you all enjoyed the chapter and remember that I love you all.:)
