"damn" Miguel wiped his face as he held dark red roses Abby wiped her tears right along as they stood over the new headstone grieving over their mother who had just passed from stage 4 cancer the same thing their grandmother passed from

'what if I get it?' Abby signed looking up at her older brother Miguel shook his head "don't mention right now just live your life to the fullest" he pointed at her chest making her nod

"genetics aren't something you can run from" Abby spoke cleaning her face with the tissue that is starting to dissolve in her hand because she used the same tissue throughout the whole meetup

"I miss her so much" Miguel choked on his words "man if she was to see how much you accomplished" Abby laughed as the tears slowly ran down her face "all thanks to her too" Abigail added making Miguel nod in agreement

"its been 3 months without her and everything already feel different" Miguel put the flowers down near the headstone kissing his index and middle finger placing it on the headstone "love you"

Abby held the headstone one last time walking away with Miguel holding each other close "did you call out of work today?" Miguel asked as they headed back to his car 

"no" she whispered shaking her head they stopped in their tracks when they saw who got out of the black truck that pulled up "is that-" Abby started holding on tighter to her older brother as the huge figure got closer

"your mother was a beautiful woman" he smirked "but I not the smartest" Miguel let go of his sister to take a swing but heard the sound of a gun being taken off it's safety making him come to a halt 

"not this shit again" Miguel complained "at this fucking point if you fucking shoot me make sure you aim for my damn head" he stood up properly 

"man your mother raised you to be a man" Ace smirked and went to pull Miguel cheeks but Miguel quickly pushed his hands away 

"it's because of you, she never really got to live her life in peace" Miguel argued and Abby nodded her head 

"your mother truly knew what she was getting herself into when she decided on fucking with me" Ace said fixing his long black jacket raising his hand to inform the men behind him that he is okay and they put their pistols back on safety 

Abby scoffed and shook her head "you're a dick" she stated with her lip curled up in disgust 

"is that anyway to speak to your father?" Ace teased pulling her red scarf making her quickly back up 

"don't touch me" Ace eyebrow when up in surprise 

"not so shy anymore huh lady bug" he smirked looking at Miguel who was clenching his jaw visibly annoyed with everything "you see-" Ace started walking pass them getting closer to their mother head stone 

"I loved her" he continued "I truly did, she was different" he chuckled "no she wasn't, I'm lying" he laughed looking back at the two used to be children 

"why the fuck are you here then" Miguel glared at Ace

"to let you know time is almost up" he pulled out a cuban cigar bitting the tip and spitting it out on the grave right next to their mothers 

"the hell are you talking about?" Abby asked 

"your mother was on the run to protect you she's not here anymore so she definitely cant protect you, so I'm tying up some loose ends." he walked passed them blowing smoke in their faces as he walked by Miguel shook with anger as the man walked passed them with a few streaks of visible grey hair 

"count your days bitch" Miguel confidently stated as Ace started laughing making Miguel look back but Ace didn't look back.

"I'm waiting on it" with that Ace flicked the half cigar at Miguels foot walking back to the car he just got out of 

2 years later 

Abby threw hits after hits making sure all of them were back to back as the sweat dripped down her chin since the last encounter with her father she's been hiding out but her brother decided hiding and running would't help anymore so he chose to get in contact with the same people Ace and Ant knew. 

someone walked into the dim gym making Abby stop her practicing she held the huge sand bag for 2 seconds grabbing a blade she had on the side of her bag and threw it turning around to see Miguel standing there holding his ear as his back was pressed against the wall

He removed his hand with a smile as he had blood on his hand she panicked and made her way over to her brother "are you okay!?" Miguel laughed "I told you NOT to sneak up on me like that mimi" she called the nickname that was used to tease him when they were younger causing him to roll his eyes 

"I'm fine" he moved away from the wall and saw the blade still there as Abby looked at his ear she gasped "thanks for the new piercing?" he teased touching his ear again "never mind" he sighed noticing a small chunk missing she grabbed the blade out of the wall and ran to get the first aid kit

Abby looked at Miguel as he teased her while she cleaned his wound "you don't have your hearing aid in?" he looked at his little sister in shock as she shook her head "how the fuck did you know someone was there-"

"vibration" was all she said but he was still confused as fuck 

"uh the hell is this" he laughed making her smile "I walked in as slow as possible"

"the door" she pushed him "it squeaks whenever its closing back damn" she wrapped a clean bandage around his ear 

"damn got a superhero as a sister" he teased smiling at her as she cleaned the blood off his hands she laughed at his joke 

"I'm not completely deaf just one ear doesn't work as good as the other-"

"and both of your ears don't work as good as mine so you're trying to fuck me over and take mine too we both cant be deaf now" Abby pushed him making him fall off the bench as they laughed 

The door opened again as Miguel got back on the wood bench "boss" a short guy ran in with a black tux on making Miguel smile drop instantly 

"why are you interrupting my personal time?" Miguel asked with a blank face standing to his full height as his curls were pushed back 

the short guy was out of breath he put his hands on his knees trying to breathe "one second sir" he held his finger up still trying disparately to catch his breath 

"I tried to tell him not to come in here and that I can handle it" the door opened again in walked a man who stood 6'4 with low dark eyes and a slicked back as well he slid his hands in his pockets walking up to the guy who wore the black tux still trying to catch his breath 

"what is it Doni?" Miguel asked annoyed making Doni chuckle looking at Abby who was trying to not be obvious while looking away and fixing her hair 

"Abby" Doni looked her in her eyes this time making her blush when Miguel stepped in front of Doni making Doni lose his smile 

"Hello Donatello" Abby said walking back to her practice bag picking it up while facing the wall she rolled her eyes trying not to smile 

"boss we-" the short guy tried to continue but Doni looked back at him with dead eyes making the guy shut up

"we found his location" was all Doni said and Miguel eyebrow went up and thats all he had to hear and Abby walked up to her brother side still admiring the greek man standing in front of her with his strong shoulders even with the huge jacket he had on you seen his strong jawline making-...let me shut up...anyway!!!

Doni looked at Abby as she stood in front of him 5'9 but still looking up at him making Miguel roll his eyes "if you two are done eye fucking each other we have shit to talk about" Miguel pointed to the short guy in the tux for him to leave the gym and he ran out 

"fuck happened to your ear" Doni teased as they walked out of the gym as well 

"this one right here-" he pointed at his sister making her cringe and look away 

"I said sorry" she frowned looking back at them

"you see-" Doni walked around Miguel and put his arm around Abby "if it was me I would have aimed for his eye" making Abby laugh Miguel pushed Doni middle finger all the way back making Doni groan and pull his arm from around Abby

"you'd miss any way and what did I tell you about touching my sister" Doni laughed and yanked his hand away as they stood in the hall about to walk out 

"I never miss" Doni confidently stated rubbing his finger "and besides how could I not attempt to speak to such a beauty" Miguel groaned 

"tell me where did you find him" Miguel changed the subject making their demeanor change all over again 

"he's in Delaware right now" Doni said opening the doors to the outside

"I guess thats where we are headed" Abby said following behind them 

"have to plan first" Miguel corrected her 

18 hours later 

Miguel walked past the puddles of blood as his short penguin looking men kept shooting ahead of him clearing the way as he walked down to Ace office 

Abby stabbed the guy that was running from behind trying to stab Miguel she dropped him as he coughed up blood holding his guts trying to remain awake she stepped over him catching up to her brother

they reached his office door Doni looked back and saw some of their men dead and some are still killing but someone walked out in front of the office door Abby knew this face immediately 

"you've been asking for this ass whopping since you were 8" Ace oldest son mocked Miguel as he had a huge scar going down from his scalp to his chin

Miguel took off his glove and smirked "come at me then" and with that they started throwing blows for blows

Doni took the chance to head into the office and Abby looked back at her brother but followed as they stepped in Ace had his gun pointing to the door 

"drop it" she said walking further in

"hell no" Ace sat back at his desk Doni took a blade and threw it at his wrist making Ace drop the gun holding his now bleeding wrist and the blade went straight through Abby looked at Doni and he looked down at her for a second smiling 

"told you I don't miss" Ace groaned lowly standing from his desk 

"I'm glad y'all are here" he tried to get the gun again but Abby quickly grabbed it picking it up and tossing it across the room 

"be a man" she said looking at her father "the same hands you hit my mother with come at me" she was getting ready to fight him but the office door opened up again 

"none of that" Miguel wiped the blood from his now bleeding nose Doni looked at Miguel who was now holding his side and had a cut lip with a long bloody scar going from his forehead past his eye onto his cheek he was in bad condition but only Doni could tell 

"sit down" Miguel ordered as Ace laughed and held his wrist but Abby wasn't letting up she was still in defense mode ready to fuck her father up 

"Abby" Miguel took a seat on the white sofa getting blood on the beautiful seats Doni took a seat right next to Miguel Abby looked at her dad then her brother backing away to stand in the corner 

"I'm here to talk" Miguel smirked not admitting the pain he was in still pretending to be okay 

"about what exactly?" Ace looked at him pulling the blade out of his wrist holding it tightly so he wouldn't bleed out 

"you're going to hand over any and every 'business' that is in your name, all of your connections all the people you know and you're going to give them to me" Miguel smiled showing his pearly whites that now had blood on them 

"why would I do that?" Ace took a seat in front of them 

"because you're going to be dead in-" Miguel checked his black watch "15 minutes" Miguel held his hand out as Doni gave him a folder of papers 

"more like you 3 are going to be dead in 10" Ace laughed 

"here's a pen sign them" Abby threw a pen at her fathers head making him snap his head towards her as Miguel threw the papers on the glass table 

"I'm not signing shit" Ace shrugged causing Abby to run towards him and put him in a tight headlock Ace eyes almost popped out of his head 

"sign them or don't I really don't care I just need the paper for the courts just incase" Miguel laughed spitting out blood 

Ace didn't look at the papers instead he tossed Abby over his shoulder causing her to break the glass table 

A piece of glass went straight through Abby's side making her cry out in pain and for the first time throughout the whole night Doni broke character getting up to help her but Ace kicked him in the face breaking his nose

Miguel got up slowly knowing that if he fought Ace in this state he'd die but he still didn't back down Ace started sending blows after blows to Miguel but it was one hit that made Miguel fall back 

Ace punched Miguel on the side that he was holding breaking another rib making Miguel cry out this caused Abby to get up slowly as Doni went to attack Ace but after a few hits Doni ended up being held by the neck 

"you guys are weak and young." Doni gasped trying to break out of Ace strong ass hold "it took me years to get to where I am today! you thought you could take me down!?"

"DO YOU KNOW WHO THE FUCK I A-" a single shot went off and Ace let Doni's neck go he looked over at the young woman who looked exactly like his lover years ago 

Ace took a few steps towards Abby breathing heavy now she sent another shot to his chest making him fall to his knees as he looked up at her 

"lady bug" he coughed out blood as she held the gun to his skull 

"I'm not your lady bug bitch" and the last shot was right through his skull
