Title
Fix my broken heart, mend my broken heart, me and my broken heart, fixing my broken heart, you fixed my broken heart or my broken heart; all these titles are nice to be skipped. Endless books have this title and therefore I don't know why I would go and tap on this precise book with a title like X others. You should consider another title which is more attractive and unique than this one. Moreover, don't add an emoticon in that title. It's simply not necessary and it makes a totally amazing title look off guard.

Your cover is absolutely amazing. There's nothing I could add more to this. Amazing job is done by the graphic designer at this place. From the pictures till the quote, everything is incredible. 

Blurb 
Your blurb isn't that attractive in my opinion. You tell a common situation with many grammatical mistakes. The long sentence is very difficult to read due to the grammar. I don't understand what the connection is between him betraying her and her getting raped. I can't figure out at which time the story is going to proceed. You tell a situation and that situation could have been elaborated even more. 

Overall impression 
The book can easily escape the eye due to the common stuff to be seen in it. The cover is the only catchy thing at this place. You should work on all of it. Try making the title and blurb more catchy for the reader. That would at least make them take the first step to the inside of the book.
