Title
Your title is unique and amazing. I don't have any idea what it refers to but to know that I would peek inside to read it. I would love to know why the word "Whimsical" is present there and how all this is connected with Mussoorie. I don't know what is awaiting further for me but this title would definitely be something that would catch my eye. Hopefully, I will be positively surprised by the blurb.

Cover
Your cover is really good. The vector humans with the bicycle look amazing and the greenery in the background is also connected with the place. But at this point, I would stand with your graphic designer. The blue background seemed even better. That has a deeper connection with "Mussoorie" since it's a hill station where it's more likely to be associated with snow than greenery. Blue is closer to snow than green. Probably you can think to use the other graphic but this one looks amazing as well.

Blurb
Your blurb is just amazing. The opposite things connect so well and this makes it more interesting to read. While telling their situation you also share what they are going through. Just I have some small visual things to mention which can be changed in my opinion. In the second sentence, you mentioned: "Betrayed by the people they loved the most". Maybe you could put that at the bottom by writing it as "Their biggest similarity: Both were betrayed by people they loved the most". Or you could put it on the top as well. Next is something which is not necessary to be done but could make it look visually appealing. You started with "he, she", then you went to "she, he", next it was "he, she" and "he, she" and so on. There you could find a structure by letting them have turns. Other than that it is amazing.

Overall expression
I am in love with this outlook. You have been showing important things without revealing too much about the story. You have kept a decent secret of the past and the future which was simply amazing. I could not skip this book by seeing this outlook.

Blurb {not needed but your own blurb has been changed up a bit for the sample of what has been written above}

Both had similarities between them and differences too.

He was broken.
She was too.

She was strong.
He was too.

He was trying to move on but failing.
She was too.

She cried monthly.
He cried every night.

He couldn't leave that place.
She didn't hesitate to do it.

She didn't have any hopes to date.
Neither does he.

And Their biggest similarity was that they were betrayed by the people whom they loved the most.

Their past conquered their present.
They were trying to battle with it individually.

He had a trip to Mussoorie.
She had migrated there.

Both were Bengalis.
Both tried to give a chance to dating.

And they both met each other.
No love, no flings, no friendship - they were not sure.
It was whimsical.

Prerna Sharma
Anurag Basu

It wasn't a journey of love. It was a journey of life.

Will they manage to heal each other and move on together?
