I Won't Let You Fall, I Promise (Zeke Falcone)

I was going through my notes app and found this. I'm sorry, JulzLovDraco4Eva, for forgetting about this and for however long it took for me to make it.

You probably don't even want this anymore. (I wrote this part before you re-requested this) But I love this show and I wanted to write it anyway.

-------------------

I've been friends with Zeke and Luther since we were tiny little children. I say Zeke and Luther because they've always come in a package deal. But the truth is I love Luth so much, but like... As a brother, he's so fun to hang out with.

Zeke however... Well, let's just say I look up to and admire him for his bravery, among other things. I wish I was brave like him.

I've kinda always been shy, my entire life to be exact. I get nervous around new people or doing new stuff, I can't help it, it's just who I am.

However, I become a completely different person around Zeke. He makes me feel like I could do anything. Like I could be whoever I want to be. Maybe it's just because he's there with me, but I like to think he's so brave that his bravery leaks into the air, and I absorb some of it.

I sigh watching Zeke pull off an aerial kickflip. 'It's like he was moving in slow motion, like he was flying, like-' My thoughts get cut off.

"Oh, I see what you're doing Y/N." I hear teased into my ear.

I blush and turn around to see Luther smiling. "Wha-?" I ask, surprised.

"You've been watching Zeke all day, but yet you never watch me." He fake pouts, jumping over the back to the couch to sit next to me. "Do you have a crush on the Z man?"

I blush deeper, turning back to watch Zeke pull off another trick effortlessly. "Maybe." I mumble, embarrassed.

Luther laughs softly. I turn to glare at him causing him to hold his hands up. "Relax." He laughs again. "I think you two would be good together. Cute even." He fake gags.

I laugh feeling better. "You think so?"

"Yeah." He nods. "But I think you should probably tell him or you may regret not doing it."

"I... I don't know if I could do that. You know how I am." I say looking down.

"Yeah." He scoffs. "But you're always braver around Zeke. And he'd be the one you would be telling."

"I guess you're right." I sigh. "I'll try. Maybe tomorrow." I mumble receiving a nod from Luther before he jumps up and skates off. I sigh again. "Tomorrow." I say trying to convince myself.

I walk into Don's Donuts, looking for a quick breakfast. Instead, I find Zeke sitting down on one of the middle tables, munching on a doughnut while fidgeting with a wheel on his board.

I take a deep breath to try and gain some courage. "It's now or never!" I mumble walking towards him.

I clear my throat awkwardly cringing after. "Um, hey Zeke." I say nervously.

He looks up and smiles. "Hi Y/N. What's up?" He asks cheerfully.

"Um, I kinda need to tell you something." I say messing with the bottom hem of my shirt.

"Uh? Sure, what do you need to tell me?" He asks gently, gesturing for me to sit.

I nod and take a seat across from him. "Well, the thing is..."

"Yes?" He asks worried.

"I just sort of, kinda... Like you. Like romantically that is, and I just needed to get it off my chest and-"

"Y/N!" He chuckles. "Relax." He smiles. I watch him slightly scared. "I like you too. Romanticly and all that. It's so sweet and cute that you were nervous to tell me."

I gasp slightly. "R-really?"

"Uh-huh!" He thinks for a moment. "So that means you want to be my girlfriend?"

"Ah! Yeah." I say smiling.

He smiles brighter. "Good, then we should go."

I tilt my head. "Go? Go where?"

He chuckles again. "On our date, obviously." He winks standing up and holding his hand out.

I blush again and take his hand. He holds my hand as we walk out of the store and down the road. I follow his lead, and eventually, we arrive at Ramps.

"We're at Ramps? Why?" I ask confused.

He turns to me after placing his board on the ground. He smiles and places his helmet on my head. "No one's here yet. I want to teach you how to skate." He says softly, focusing on tightening the chin strap.

"I-I don't know Zeke." I stutter. "I'm pretty accident-prone." I say nervously.

"Please?" He asks tilting his head like a puppy. "I'll hold onto you the entire time. I won't let you fall, I promise." He rubs a thumb over my cheek making me blush.

I nod slowly. "Okay, but be careful." I mumble.

He takes a step back, grabs my hand, and guides me over to the board. "Here take my hands and then slowly step onto the board. I'll hold it still." He says using his foot to steady the board.

I nod taking his other hand and doing as he says. Getting on was pretty easy and I smile. "That was oka- Ah!" I yelp, wrapping my arms around his shoulders when he moves his foot, causing the board to wobble.

He chuckles. "You can't skate if you're clinging to me like that."

"The board moved!" I grumble as he gently pulls me off of him, standing me up straight on the board keeping his hands on my waist.

He smiles as I relax. "I'm going to move you now. You don't have to do anything except bend your knees slightly, okay? Just relax." I nod, unsure, and he starts to walk, making me roll alongside him. "See? Easy."

After a while, I became relaxed enough to enjoy it. I smile watching his face as he focuses on making sure I don't go too fast or fall. I giggle as he kicks a rock away, sticking his tongue out.

"What?" He asks looking up at me.

I shake my head. "Nothing." I smile.

"Oh?" He smirks. "So we can go faster?" He asks before pulling me along.

"Wha?" I gasp as I feel the board slip from under my feet. But I don't feel the ground. Instead, I feel strong arms around my waist, holding me in the air.

"I told you I wouldn't drop you." He laughs and places a soft peck on my cheek.

I blush and hide my face in his neck. "Don't do that. You scared me!" I mumble against the skin of his neck.

He chuckles again. "I'm sorry." He says putting me down. "Come on, we should go. Ramps is going to be packed soon. Plus I'm supposed to meet Luther at Don's." He says grabbing my hand.

I nod feeling my stomach grumble. "Yeah, I actually went to Don's to have breakfast before telling you but I bumped into you first." I admit.

"Then we should get you some food. Come on, hop back on the board, I'll wheel you over." He smiles as he takes my hand.

I carefully get back on, and he grabs my waist again, focused face back as he walks down the street, wheeling me around holes and cracks in the sidewalk. He stops as we reach Don's, holding the board still again so I can properly step off this time.

I smile taking the helmet off. "Thanks."

"No problem." He says, picking up the board and taking his helmet before wrapping his free arm around my shoulders and leading me inside.

I see Luther smiling as he looks up at us from a booth. "Hey guys." He says knowingly as we walk over to him. "I'm guessing you two went on a date. How was it?" He asks putting his chin in his hand.

I blush taking a seat across from him with Zeke sitting next to him.

Zeke smiles. "You had something to do with this, didn't you, Luth?"

"Of course, Z. Who do you think got little miss nerves over there to confess to you?" He says shrugging.

I throw a napkin at Luther and roll my eyes. "Yeah, yeah. The date was beautiful." I smile.

Zeke chuckles. "You know what else is beautiful? You." He says making me giggle. He grabs my hand from across the table and leans over to kiss me on the lips.

Luther fake gags before laughing. "I'm so glad you two, my buddies are finally together."

"Me too." I reply.

I'm super happy having Zeke as both my childhood best friend and now my boyfriend. 'I can't believe it! We're dating! Boyfriend and girlfriend! I don't think I'll ever get used to this.'

-----------

I decided to post both of your requests at the same time to make up for forgetting about one of them for probably half a year. I hope you love both of them. And I'm so thankful for you requesting and being a part of some of my favourite fandoms. ❤️💓

I was such a DisneyXD kid growing up, despite DisneyXD not being a thing in my country until I was 14. So technically, I watched Zeke and Luther on the Disney Channel, which feels so gross.

But man this show was my favourite (until Kickin' It came out). I remember being teased because I was a "girl" who preferred the "boy's" shows but I couldn't help that they were better. (I watched the "girl's" shows too.) And now I'm an adult who gets teased for liking "kid's" shows, so some things never change.

I hope you enjoyed this

Bye

Drew X
