Aladdin (Iggy x Reader) pt. 2

Just pretend that that's you and Iggy. Hope you enjoy! Here we go...

It had turned night time and you knew this was the part where you 'ran away', so you put on the outfit that would cover your royal robes and headed to the wall. You started tying to climb up when you felt a tug on your dress and looked down to see your tiger.

"Oh, sorry (t/n), but I can't stay here. I belong out there, where my life isn't lived for me. I'll miss you," you start to climb and are suddenly helped by your pet and when you reached the top, you looked down again and said, "Good bye," before jumping down to the other side.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Timeskip, brought to you by: Iggy's bombs~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

It was the next day and you were roaming the streets looking at all of the strange vendors and as you did, you heard many strange things such as:

"Pretty lady, buy a pot! No finer pot in brass or silver!",

"Sugar Dates! Sugar dates and figs! Sugar dates and pistachios!", you laughed a little at that one,

and, " Would you like a necklace? Pretty necklace for a pretty lady."

At this you shook your head and backed up, accidently running into a fire breather and making him swallow the fire and you lose your hood. He then belched the fire, and you backed up apologizing, while putting your hood back on. You then notice a young homeless child trying to reach an apple on a fruit stand not to far from you. You walk over and pick one up, examining it, before looking at the little boy. He looked up at you with big, hopeful eyes.

"Aah, you must be hungry. Here you go," you say, handing him the apple and watching him run off.

Suddenly, there was a rather large man in front of you that looked very scary.

"You better be able to pay for that," he said in a gruff voice.

You, still slightly mystified, said, "Pay?"

To which he replied, "No one steals from my cart!"

At this point, you realize that in your rush to get away from the palace, you had forgotten to pack money with you.

"Oh, I'm sorry sir. I don't have any money-"

"Thief!"

"Please! If you let me go to the palace, I can get some from the Sultan and-"

"Do you know what the penalty is for stealing?"

He takes your arm, pins it to the table on the cart, and raises his hand, which has a sword in it, as if intending to cut your arm off.

"No, No please!"

He lets his arm drop, but is stopped by someone putting their hand on his. You look, and there stands Iggy from the Flock, well how you imagined him as how he would look in real life anyways, in Aladdin's clothes, but with a slightly bulkier, long- sleeved shirt.

"Thank you, kind sir. I'm so glad you found her," he turns to you and says in a scolding manner, "I've been looking everywhere for you."

"What are you doing," you whispered.

"Just play along," he whispered back.

The shopkeeper seemed to not have heard your conversation, and stepped back, looking at you both.

"You know this girl?"

"Sadly, yes. She's my sister. She's a little crazy," he said as he maid the 'crazy' motion beside his head. However, you are shocked when the man grabbed Iggy by the vest.

"She said that she knows the Sultan!"

Iggy only took a few seconds to contemplate this before looking at his monkey friend.

"She thinks the monkey's the Sultan."

You took that as your cue to act and bowed before the monkey and praising it, saying, "Oh Sultan. How may I serve you?"

The monkey, who you noticed had black fur instead of brown and was oddly familiar, started speaking gibberish as it patted your head.

"Tragic isn't it," you heard Iggy say from behind you, "but, no harm done." He picks you up and you pretend to be incoherent, "Come on sis, time to see the doctor." (Doctor Who??? :p)

He had barely walked you 3 steps before you saw a camel and decided, why not? If he said you were crazy and you had to go along with it, then...

"Oh, Hello Doctor. How are you?"

He laughed and kept walking you, "No, no. Not that one," he then realized that the monkey wasn't near him and turned to call, "Come on Sultan."

Suddenly you hear gasps and you realized that the monkey had dropped all of the jewels it had stolen. It picks up what it can, and the three of you take off running, hearing angry shouts behind you all the way to an alleyway where there's a building with bricks in it that are sticking out. Iggy starts to climb then turns to you, motioning you to do the same. About halfway up, you realize that it is an extremely taller building than what you thought in the first place.

Thankfully, it doesn't take either of you long to reach the top and Iggy helps you onto the roof. However, you trip, and just as you're falling, Iggy catches you. He stands you back up, a light pink dusting his cheeks, and starts walking across the roof.

You decided to break the silence by saying, "I want to thank you for stopping that man."

"Uh... forget it," he grabs a pole lying on the ground at his feet so that he can jump to the roof of the next building, "so... is this your first time in the market place?"

He uses a pole nearby and pole vaults to the next building, since it was quite a ways away.

"Is it that obvious?"

"Well, you do kind of stand out," he said, looking into your eyes as you looked into his and stayed there for a while before he seemed to snap out of it, "I mean, uh, you just don't seem to realize how dangerous of a place Agrabah can be."

He said this as he leaned over to grab a board to lay down so you could walk across. You, however, decided to teach him a thing or two, so while his back was turned you grabbed a pole and pole vaulted just like he had. He stood and looked at you, obviously suprised, and you toss the pole to him.

"I'm a very fast learner," you said, watching as his and the monkey's eyes grew wide.

"Right," Iggy said, leading you away," C'mon, this way."

As soon as you entered his 'house', you were amazed. Yes, it seemed to be in shambles and falling apart, but it was almost... beautiful.

"Woah, watch your head there," he said when you almost bumped your head against a fallen beam. "Be careful."

"You live here," you asked still amazed, yet sad that he lived in such conditions.

"Yep. Just me and Ava," he said, gesturing to the monkey."Come and go as we please."

You nearly laughed. Ava, your best friend, was the monkey?! Ha! That was hilarious. Anyways...

"Fabulous."

"Well, it's not much," he said, going over to what you assume was the window and pulling back the curtain and showing you something that you didn't want to see. "but it's got a great view. Palace looks pretty amazing, huh?"

You scowled, and plopping down by the window, said, "Oh it's wonderful." (The sarcasm is strong in this one)

"I wonder what it would be like to live there," he mused, still looking out the window, "to have servants and vallets..."

"Oh sure," you said, still grumpy, "People who tell you where to go and how to dress."

"It's better than here: always scraping for just enough food and ducking the guards."

"You're not even free to make your own choices."

At this point both of you had gone into your own thoughts and didn't even realize that you were overlapping each other.

"Sometimes you just feel so---" (Him)

"You're just so---" (You)

"Trapped," you both said, then looked at each other in surprise.

He breaks the look that you too were once again sharing. Sighing slightly, he took an apple that Ava was holding and the arm trick that Aladdin did in the movie. You caught the fruit in your hands and looked at it, knowing that she wouldn't be happy with the fact that someone just stole her food.

"So," he said, trying to break the ice, "where're you from?"

You, once again, huffed and said, "What's it matter? I ran away and am not going back."

"Really," he asked, eating some of his apple then handing it to Ava, who was now probably very mad.

She made a grunt that sounded like she was saying "Why you!"

Iggy came and sat by you. You decided that you might as well tell him why you ran away, since he didn't seem to know who you were.

"My father's forcing me to get married."

"That's- that's just awful."

You suddenly see Ava out of the corner of your eye, and she was trying to steal the apple you were holding.

"Ava," Iggy said.

The poor monkey version of your friend skittered away and chittered angry in what would've been curse words were she actually human.

You looked at Iggy innocently, as if you hadn't seen what just happened, and asked sweetly, "What?"

"Uh-- Ava says that-- uh-- that's not fair."

Ava made a surprised sound as if saying "What?"

You smirked, knowing that that wasn't the truth, but still said "Oh did she now?"

He looked slightly flustered before finally saying "Yeah, of course."

Your smirk continued to hold as you said, "And does 'Ava' have anything else to say?"

The boy in front of you swallowed before answering with "Well, uh, she wishes that there was something she could do to help."

You two seemed to scoot a little bit closer. If you looked behind you, you would've seen her face-palming and muttering "Oh boy."

"Well, tell her that that's very sweet."

You two were so close that you could have kissed! In fact, you saw Iggy start to lean in, but lo and behold, you two were interrupted by guards coming in and the lead one shouting "Here you are."

You, thinking that it was you that they were looking for, were scared.

You said, at the same time as Iggy, "They've found me," you both then looked at each other and said, "They're after you?!"

You assumed right away what was going on and said, "My father must have sent them."

Iggy cut you off by saying, "Do you trust me?"

When you looked at him, he was standing on the window-sill with one hand stretched out to you and the other holding Ava.

"What?"

"Do you trust me?"

In a split second, you said "Yes" and grabbed his hand.

He then told you to do something, which for you confirmed that he was crazy.

What he said? "Then, JUMP!"

You both jumped from the window, fall, and land in a pile of salt with pots of all sizes and kinds around you. You both get up and are about to run away, but a guard blocks your path.

"We just keep running into each other, don't we, street rat," the guard said, as if trying to taunt Iggy.

Next thing you knew, Ava was on the guard's head and she pulled his turban down over his face. Before you can even think of running, however, more guards block your path. The first guard pulled Ava off of his face and threw her into a nearby pot, which closed. Suddenly, three more guards grabbed Iggy to make sure that he wouldn't get away.

"It's the dungeon for you boy," the guard said, sneering.

"Hey, get off of me," Iggy grunted, trying to shake them off.

"Let him go," you said running to Iggy and trying to help.

The guard, not realizing that you were the princess, said, "Look what we have here, men-- a street mouse." He then threw you down onto the ground.

You prepared yourself for what was about to happen and stood up.

As you did so, you pulled off your hood, showing the royal headband you wore, and said, "Unhand him, by order of the princess."

The guards suddenly stop what they were doing and bowed, thus forcing Iggy to bow as well.

"Princess (Y/N)," they said, sounding surprised.

Iggy's eyebrows came together as he said, obviously highly confused, "The princess?"

At this time, Ava also decided to make her presence known, popped her head out of the pot and squeaked out "The princess?"

"What are you doing out here," one guard asked, "And with this street rat?"

"That is none of your concern," you stated, starting to get very mad at this man, "Do as I command. Release him!"

"Well, I would Princess, but my orders come from the Djin. You'll have to take it up with him," the guard said as they dragged Iggy away.

A dark, pissed- off look came over your face as you said, "Oh believe me, I will."

You stormed back to the palace as quick as you could and went to the most likely place to find Jafar, or should I say Nadakhan. Luckily, you got there just as he closed his secret door upon seeing you.

"Nadakhan," you said, mad.

"Oh, uh, princess," he said as if just noticing you.

You barely heard the squawk of "Awk! Nadakhan, I'm stuck," from behind him, and it sounded suspiciously like Clancy.

"How may I be of service to you," he said, spreading out his cape so that you wouldn't see the talking bird.

"The guards just took a boy from the market, on your orders."

"Your father's charged me with keeping the peace in Agrabah. That boy was a criminal."

"What was his crime," you asked.

You then tried to pretend as if you didn't hear the talking bird when it chocked out, "Can't breathe Nadakhan."

"Why, kidnapping the princess, of course," he said to you.

You also pretended not to here the bird say "If you could just--" and the secret door slamming shut.

You huffed at him and said, "He didn't kidnap me! I ran away!" 'Even if I knew what it might cost me,' you thought.

Nadakhan had gotten closer to you, and now he backed up, as if shocked at what you said, and said, "Oh, dear! Oh, why frightfully upsetting! Had I but known."

You looked at him skeptically and said, "What do you mean?"

He responded with, "Sadly, the boy's sentence has already been carried out."

Though you knew it was coming, you still wanted his answer and thus said, "What sentence?"

He then seemed to take on a sinister tone and said, "Death." Here you gasped, but he continued with, "By beheading."

"No," you said, as you collapsed one the floor near a couch.

He came over and said, "I'm exceedingly sorry, princess."

You looked at him, angry and sad, and said, "How could you," before getting up and running to the gardens, crying.

You arrived by the fountain and collapsed, crying, even though you noticed how dark it was. Suddenly, you felt a nudge and looked over to see (t/n) trying to comfort you.

You pet him (or her) and said, "It's all my fault, (t/n). I didn't even know his name."

Heeyy guys! So, that's the end of Part 2! Can I quit now? Hehe, nevermind. Anyways, before you guys start clogging the comments section with questions, let me clear some stuff up.

1)Yes, Iggy can see... he kinda has to.

2)No, you don't know his name, you just assume that it's Iggy since he looks like Iggy

and 3)Just... deal with it, Okay? I thought Nadakhan was a better fit than most what with the wanting to be all-powerful thing. But if you haven't seen season 6 of Ninjago, then you wouldn't understand.

Btw, thanks for the +300 views ya'll!!

Anyways, thank you all for reading, I'll update the next part as soon as I can, and I love you all!

Don't forget to comment your thoughts, just no flames, and stay cool my little companions.

Peace out
