A year passed in Auradon since the barrier was brought down: Jay and Y/n had broken off their engagement and their relationship as friends instead because they no longer felt the same towards another but held a strong friendship instead. Mainly because Y/n could tell that Jay had developed feelings for her best A.K. friend; Lonnie.

Enchanted Rose Castle

Tonight was Ben's and Y/n's eighteenth birthday and everyone from the original Beast castle staff, Enchanted Rose staff and Ben's own castle had gotten together with Adam, Belle, Mal, and Evie to plan the twins birthday party which Belle and Evie decided to make it a masquerade ball for Y/n to find someone new.

Y/n was in her secret rose garden near the enchanted lake stressing about being queen along with multiple suitors she had to meet tonight at her and Ben's birthday ball when all she wanted was an opportunity for adventure, someone whom made her real worthy of them. Even with her beast long gone she still had issues about boys only seeing her for the beauty she grew into not the true self within her soul. The young queen was protective, headstrong, stubborn, kind, sweet, intelligent, intense, a tomboy at heart, and let's not forget had her father's Beastly temperament when she got angry. Y/n looked around her garden to see no one had found her yet so she sang out clearly not knowing that someone was walking by exploring the forest after a dip in the enchanted lake as he heard her singing.

Y/n sat down on the stone bench looking at the wild red roses til a branch snapping caught her attention which made her quickly look aside to see Harry Hook shirtless wearing hook decorated swim trunks.

Harry: "So that was you singin' Brave lass? I heard you could sing but I didn't expect you to have a siren song like voice." He flirted at Y/n as she she rolled her eyes at him.

Y/n: "Harry, still a flirtatious TDH Rogue of a pirate's son I see." She said honestly before standing up to walk away until she felt Harry grab hold of her hand.

Harry: "So you think I'm a tall, dark and handsome rogue of a man, Huh Queenie? I learned what one of your nicknames for me meant by your brother." He said honestly smirking mischievously at her as a light blush showed on her cheeks before ripping her hand away from him.

Y/n: "Yeah so what if I think that about you, Hookie?" She said seriously before flicking him lightly on the forehead. "Maybe I'll see you at my brother's and my own birthday party tonight but I probably won't since it's a masquerade ball so we'll see, Au revoir beau." She said her goodbye in french before walking back to her castle.

Harry: "Y/n thinks I'm handsome even in french. I don't think she knew that I can speak french and spanish as well understand it. Tonight should be fun." He said laughing before he headed to his own place to change for tonight's party.

People filled the ballroom decked out in their best dresses, suits or mixed clothes as Mal was dancing with Ben, Evie dancing with Doug, Carlos dancing with Jane even Jay dancing with Lonnie until Lumiere announced Y/n Bella has arrived at last. Y/n breathed slowly to calm down her nerves as she slowly walked down the grand staircase with her mask on her face as everyone clapped and bowed to her while a certain man was looking at her from a pillar dressed in a red suit and mask.

As the Night went on

Y/n danced with many suitors even her best friends til a unknown man successfully had taken her away before she was dancing with someone else she didn't want to be with. Mrs. Potts smiled happily as she sang this time as Y/n and the unknown man danced together beautifully until the pair went outside to the balcony under the moonlight and candlelight. Y/n looked at the masked man in front of her mainly at his pale blue eyes before clearing her throat lightly.

Y/n: "Would you mind if I took off your mask to see your face completely and you can take off my own mask if you want since you already know my name." She asked the man whom smirked at her mischievously yet also seductively making her blush lightly as she reached up to remove his mask closing her eyes while he removed her own mask.

Y/n slowly opened up her eyes to see Harry Hook standing in front of her holding a lone red rose in his black leather gloved hand to her.

Harry: "Bonsoir, Reine Y/n.  Cette rose pâlit de beauté par rapport à ton cœur innocent.~" he said to her in french which made her blush bright red as Harry placed the rose behind her ear.

Y/n: "You speak french, Harry? Okay then."  She said honestly before clearing her throat lightly as he gently kissed her knuckles. "Vous êtes un flirt, un voyou, un homme espiègle, mais je peux dire en regardant dans vos yeux pendant que nous dansions que vous voulez vraiment me montrer une autre facette de vous ainsi que de nombreuses aventures à espérer si nous sommes ensemble." She said in french successfully making Harry blush slightly before laughing.

Harry: "Seulement si tu seras ma petite amie et peut-être à l'avenir ma reine, ma chérie.~" He said seriously to her as she giggled softly before leaning up and kissed him on the cheek as her answer then walked back into the castle humming sweetly while he shouted out in excitement. "Yes!"

A Year Later in Auradon

Y/n and Harry had been dating for a year now since the masquerade ball as well exploring all of Auradon land and sea together. Over that time Harry felt that it was time to seal their relationship completely together so when Y/n was spending time with her mother he asked Beast for his blessing to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage even had a ring that he had crafted himself over the last five months when he was home with Evie's help since the now famous designer wanted to help with her bff's special surprise tonight when Y/n and Harry would be having dinner at the Enchanted Rose castle tonight. Harry was never nervous about his affections for Y/n but tonight he was nervous what if she said no to him til he remembered that Y/n wasn't one to mess with people and those she cared and loved, always blunt and honest with people even if they didn't like it but she was a Beast after all.

After dinner Harry escorted Y/n out to the balcony where they had unmasked another a year ago to ask her something important.

Harry: "Queenie, We have known each other for a few years now, ha I still remember when I first flirted with you at the isle along with you tossing me into Ursula's Chip shoppe's wall, then sword fighting you with your brother, seeing you again on the isle and when you tackled Gil and I off of Jay's and Carlos's bikes and you gave Gil, Uma and myself a chance to be good especially when you were snatched away from us all. That day I was angrier than I ever was because you were gone, you and the others brought the barrier down forever to give everyone a second chance so...." He said as Y/n sat on the low balcony railing while he got onto one knee and held one of her hands close to his heart. "Veux-tu m'épouser, ma ravissante reine?" He asked as tears filled her eyes.

Y/n: "Harry, oui, oui d'ici à l'île, je serai heureux d'être ta reine avec toi comme mon roi!" She said happily in french before kissing him passionately on the lips then as they separated Harry took the ring out from his coat pocket and placed it onto her ring finger to kissing her once again.

Y/n: Vous êtes un flirt, un voyou, un homme espiègle, mais je peux dire en regardant dans vos yeux pendant que nous dansions que vous voulez vraiment me montrer une autre facette de vous ainsi que de nombreuses aventures à espérer si nous sommes ensemble. - You are a flirt, a rogue, a mischievous man but I can tell by looking into your eyes as we danced that you truly want to show me a different side of you as well many adventures to look forward to if we are together.

Harry:  Seulement si tu seras ma petite amie et peut-être à l'avenir ma reine, ma chérie.~ - Only if you'll be my girlfriend and maybe in the future my queen, darling.~

A year later
