There was a story I read that is a bit similar but I made up of my own. It inspired me a bit about Marinette not able to confess her feelings to Adrien because of her stammering, stuttering, and clumsiness. But what if Adrien noticed she's been avoiding him and he plans to disguise himself as a girl to get close to Marinette?

Every day in Paris there's always an akumatized victim trying to claim the heroes' miraculous but fails. Shadow Moth has failed every day and he's losing patience. Especially trying to get his wife back so that he can be a family again and make his son proud. But of course, Adrien no longer knows his own father anymore due to neglect and isolation. Especially breaking promises too.

Adrien also has no idea why Marinette acts weird whenever he's around. She stutters a lot with each sentence when she talks to him and he didn't mind that but this time, it was like she was avoiding him. But why? It's been a week since she's been like this but she has no trouble talking to Luka. Could she be shy or that she doesn't like him that much?

After defeating another akumatized villain, Ladybug's magic ladybugs repaired the Effiel Tower again and she hopped from one roof to the other with her kitty.

"Like always, milady. I'm just the cunning, ultra-charming, Cat Noir" Cat Noir flirted with her as they stopped on the roof to talk.

"Like always, you have it easy, kitty. We ladies are more mature than you big boys being so handsome all the time" Ladybug being sassy to him.

"We big boys are also mature too, milady. You have no idea what my real life is like. My nine lives are hard work you know" He grinned.

"Sadly I got only one Kitty." Ladybug replied and petted his cat ears.

The charming feline purred by her touch and snuggled on her hand, "Technically, you have 2 lives. A superhero and your real life as a civilian, milady. Maybe next time when we defeat Shadow Moth, we reveal each other's secret identities and I bet you won't resist the real me. We boys have beauty too" Cat Noir chuckled and his lady scoffed in annoyance.

"Whatever, kitty cat. You just don't know what we girls are capable of. You'll never know." She said and heard her earrings beeping.

"The only thing I know is you're the lady of my dreams, bugaboo" Cat Noir winked and quickly pole-vaulted away before she scowls at him for calling her that nickname.

"Don't call me bugaboo!" She stomped her foot but her kitty was already gone.

"She can be so cute when she's angry" Cat noir just chuckled.

Later at noon, Marinette was at class and she couldn't stop staring at the blonde boy whose back was facing her. It's been 5 minutes and Marinette hasn't even blinked.

"Ahem, eyes on the studies, girl" Alya reminded her.

But Marinette didn't blink and her mouth was wide open. Her mind was in a different reality.

"Ummm" Alya closed her mouth for her.

"Huh? What?" Marinette came back to her senses.

"You're staring at him again?" Alya whispered.

"I...um......" Marinette blushed in embarrassment.

"Try talk to him later," Alya said.

"I'll try" Marinette replied.

The bell rings and the class head out of the classroom to leave. Adrien followed his best friend Nino downstairs to head to the locker room.

"What's on your mind, Adrien?" Nino asked him.

"Well I have nothing planned so far," Adrien said.

"Taking the day off from your dad this time?" Nino guessed.

"Yeah. No photo shootings today" Adrien said.

"Bro, it's like you've been stuck in a tower like a princess" Nino teased him.

"Yeah, right. I really wish father wasn't always busy. But I'm glad I have you and the others as friends" Adrien said.

"Indeed, my man. One of these days your dad will finally see that you're a grown man. But technically you're still stuck with him while waiting for a princess knight to come and rescue you from the tower" Nino said, gathering his book from his locker.

"I know. But which would it be?" Adrien looks over to see Marinette and Alya pass by.

"Maybe dudette," Nino said.

"Marinette? She's just a friend, Nino. Speaking of her, it seems she's been avoiding me all week. Do you think I did something wrong to upset her?" Adrien asked, feeling either overwhelmed or something else.

"Well doesn't she stutter a lot when she tries to talk to you?" Nino guessed.

"Now that you mention it, she usually stammers when she tries talking to me," Adrien said.

"And how long has this been going on for?" Nino asked.

"Well it's been a year," Adrien said.

"Dude, I may not know why but what if....you disguised yourself as a girl? I know you're gonna say it's stupid but if you want to understand why Marinette is clumsy towards you, take my advice. As Adrien, she stutters a lot whenever you're here but if you were someone else, perhaps she won't notice" Nino giving the blonde model an idea.

"No, no, no! That's crazy! Me as a girl?! I'm a model, not an actor!" Adrien said as he closed his locker and walks away but Nino came along and insist him to think about it.

"Bro, I'm just saying that if another year comes, you'll be going crazy at how many times Marinette has been avoiding you," Nino said.

"Maybe. But then I'll need some girl clothes, a wig and well lipsticks" Adrien blushed.

"And don't let your dad know. If he finds out, tell him it's just for a play and that you are the perfect model" Nino said as they walked out of the school.

"This plan is crazy and you know it can create serious consequences," Adrien said, blushing at the idea of being a girl in disguise. But he has to know why Marinette acts like that around him.

"But you do wanna get to know more about dudette?" Nino said.

"Yeah but I could just ask in privacy," I said.

"It won't work. I'd suggest you'll dress up as a girl while outside school" Nino said.

"There's no way of escaping this crazy plan, is there?" Adrien sighed in defeat and saw his bodyguard pulling over.

"Nope. See you later, my dude" Nino said.

Adrien sighs and got into the backseat and thought about his plan.

Even at home, Adrien was still thinking about how Marinette would not see through his disguise as a girl.

"I think it's a great idea to be a girl for once. You do have your mother's looks" Plagg said as he goes to his cupboard to grab a piece of cheese to eat.

"Yeah I do but my voice" Adrien pointed out.

"That's easy. Girls have a bit of high pitch. And you once did scream like a girl from Fang the crocodile licking you" Plagg bringing up that memory.

"I get it but I need to sound more feminine when I speak," Adrien said.

"Try it then," Plagg said.

"This is so humiliating," Adrien said and clears his throat to test his feminine voice, "I'm Adrianna and I am so gorgeous" His voice was between masculine to feminine but a little high pitched.

"Well, almost" Plagg shrugs.

Marinette felt so frustrated in her room while her kwamis tried everything they can to cheer her up but apparently, she's been staring at the pictures of Adrien on her wall for 30 minutes.

"I am so lame! I'll never be able to stay calm to him!" She screamed in her pillow.

"Calm down Marinette" Tikki begged.

"All I do is stammer whenever I try to talk to him," Marinette said, burying her face in her pillow again.

"Sheesh. There has to be some way" Tikki said.

"What's the point? I'll never be able to talk to him. Kagami is gonna kill me" Marinette said.

"But didn't Adrien and Kagami break up a while ago?" Trixx asked.

"Yes, they did" Marinette replied.

"Maybe you'll have your chance one day," Wayzz said.

"But I need the advice of someone who knows how to talk to a guy without stammering" Marinette said.

"You tried it with Cat Noir before" Tikki reminded me.

"Good point but I don't know why it only happens when I'm with Adrien," Marinette said.

Tikki thought that maybe it's ironic that Adrien is Cat Noir and that his miraculous is bad luck which at this point is giving Marinette bad luck jinx. But she decides not to tell Marinette the reason. She and Plagg knew that their owners are so oblivious.

"Well, maybe you'll get the luck one day Marinette," Tikki said.

"But I'm scared if Cat Noir becomes Cat Blanc again. I don't know how he got akumatized but there's a connection between him and Adrien that caused an apocalypse. That can never happen again" Marinette said but then her stress made her see her worst nightmare, "Agh! Get out of my head you ghost!" She saw the white feline in her head sitting right beside him.

"Your stress is making me come to life, Marinette" Cat Blanc chuckled coldly, even if he's not real but he's real in her memory.

"GET OUT!!!" She threw her pillow at him and he vanished while she calms down, "Get a hold of yourself, Marinette" She told herself.

"Maybe a patrol will do," Tikki said.

"That's not a bad idea. Tikki Spots on!" She turns into Ladybug.

She ran on the rooftops and was very certain Cat Noir would show up. Little she suspected he was busy on his own. Or trying to play a prank on her like last time that almost made her throw him off the roof.

"Hmmm that's strange" She looks around.

"Bugaboo!" Someone startled her and in a quick reflex she tried to grab the person's wrist but someone grabbed hers instead, "Not today! Remember last time? I improved on my reflexes all day"

"Oh it's you Kitty" Ladybug saw who it was.

"You should have seen the look on your face" He snickered at her reaction.

"Very funny but I seriously could've hurt you. I hope one of these days you land on your feet" Ladybug said and gestured his grip on her wrist.

"Oh right," He let go of her wrist.

"Good kitty" Ladybug scratched his chin.

"Meow, milady likes her favorite kitty" He purred.

"Well you sacrificed a lot to me," Ladybug said.

"That's because I'm always crazy for you, milady. Anyways, time for patrol. I love being nocturnal again" Cat Noir said as he kissed the back palm of her hand.

"You got it Cat Noir" She ran with him.
