You and Your friend Kat had just ran away. Why? Kat kept insisting that your life wasnt "fun enough". Kat was a wrecking ball of confusion. One second shes happy next shes thinking next shes screaming chandelier.
Anyways...
When the bus stopped you put your book away and grabbed your bag, kat was snoozing a little. You woke her up and the two of you got off the bus.
"Okay first we should find food. Food is great right now..." you mumbled. Both you and the the tomboy laughed and set off to find a diner. You and the brunette trotted until you spotted a small diner. Your stomach made the dying whale noise. Kat giggled and the two of you walked to the front. You tripped on something, and kat laugjed, causing her to fall too.You looked down and saw a book with the number 2 on a gold hand. You stuffed it in your bag and went inside.
When you saw the diner's waitress (or owner) came for your order you ordered

And kat eyed the pie, she was contemplating.
She ended up ordering pie. And milk!
Once the food came you started discussing your new home.
"So uh...(y/n)...youre not gonna miss what we left, are you?" Kat dropped her fork and looked at you glaring out the window. Thats when they caught your eye. Twins. One boy was yellin at a happy go lucky girl,over sized sweater. They were looking at the spot where you found the journal. The two walked in and sat at the booth behind you.
Kat appeared next to you with her oversized black baggy hoodie. You two werent "eavsedropping" you were investigating totally different!
"Mabel i cant believe you dropped the journal! What if gideon got the journal?"
Kat hand motioned 'blah blah blah' with her mouth. You giggled. The girl known as mabel ordered a peice of pie and both you and your brunnette friend drooled.
And a whale died......too freaking loud...
Mabel and the brunnette boy looked at you. The twins intruiged you and you intruiged them.
"Can we help you?" You tried sounding casual.
"Uh no..." the brunnete boy started. Mabels eyes lit up and she gasped
"Are you two new here? Have you guys seen a huge nerd book any where?" She vasked. You kicked your bag under the table. Kat smirked, now knowing you took it.
"Well... whats your names perky?" You asked non chalant.
"Im mabel and thats dipper!" She said proud.
"SIDEBAR!!" Kat screamed and pulled you towards the other side of the resturaunt.
"You soo stole it (y/n)! Dude major respect!!" Kat whispered and put her hand up for a five.
"Shh! Kat!! Yes but i technically found it but you stole 2 journals so suck it!!" You huffed. "Yeah but (y/n) your perfect with your (hair length and color) and your perfect skin! I need a thrill youre in it for the long haul cuz your like my sister!" She tackled you and you pushed her off. The twins were staring at you two.
You walked over and grabbed your bags. "We gotta go find a place to stay, it was nice meeting you two. " you said as you started to walk.
TIMESKIP
So basically the twins invited you to stay, as for the journals you would tell them soon. Tommorrow was school and Kat and you hacked into the system and you two were registered.
"Hey guys!" Mabel cheered.
"Yo..." you mindlessly said. Kat was busy hacking she was lost in her own world.
Dipper walked in and saw the codes. Kat fist pumped the air
"DOONE!" She cheered and you two high fived.
Dipper and Mabel sat down on their beds.
"Hey (y/n), where are your parents?" Dipper asked.
"Well......we kinda ran away...like 7 states..." you mumbled. He laughed.
"Did you guys take the journal outside the diner?" He asked hopping down.
"Well u-" you started but mabel was trying to himelick manover her.
You walked over and punched Kat in the gut. She spit out a pit and it hit your eye
"ERMAGERDIMSORRY!!!" Kat screamed and dipper got you and walked downstairs.
"So (y/n) tell me about you..." he asked, pulling out an ice pack. It stung and you hissed in pain.
"Well im (your age), and my friend and i came here looking for an escape. I faceplanted on...something... and yeah..." you mumbled.
Kat and mabel ran downstairs.
"GAH DUDE I DID SOMETHIIINNG!!" Kat screamed. Dipper and you looked and them and you fell laughing.
"HOW??" You asked inbetween breaths.
Mabel and Kat had goat horns and tails
"THE BOOKS!" Kat and mabel cried
And the adventures begin...
