*Sora's P.O.V*

Me and Shiro looked at each other as we audibly gulped.

We moved a little closer to their table seeing that we were already seen by her.

"Hai!!!"

She looked back at us while waving her arms.

The older woman flung cards towards her.

As soon as the entire deck of cards has been handed out to their users. Our target didn't even bother looking at her cards. As it was still faced downwards, unmoved from how they were given to her.

"Huh? Aren't you going to look at your hand?"

"Why? Will looking at the cards change the outcome of what I already have?"

She said with a seemingly honest smile.

"It also means that if I SOMEHOW get a Royal Flush. You cannot tell me that I've cheated since I haven't even touched the said cards"

It was getting weird this time. The older woman's face looked a little grim since me and Shiro have already noticed how she used slight of hand to cheat a couple cards in her deck and I'm pretty sure she saw the dirty move.

"It looks like if you're not caught cheating you cannot be penalized"

"Nii, she..."

I signaled Shiro to stop with a grin in my face that I've been holding back.

They both showed each other their own deck.

"Full House!!! Beat that!"

The woman sneered as she slammed her deck at the table

"Well...I haven't even touched my cards...so don't accuse me of cheating IF I get a Royal Flush!!"

She repeated before taking her first peek at her own cards.

"What are the chances of anyone getting such a hand?"

"0.0032% for you...and 100% for me..."

She whispered the last part but I was able to pick it up unlike the woman sitting across her.

She flipped her own deck and the woman's face quickly turned pale.

"R-Royal Flush!"

"Told ya!"

She merrily said as she winked, taking the bag of coins from the woman. She turned back towards me and Shiro who were still processing how she did it. Shiro was already bitting her thumb, thinking of how she pulled it off.

"Hey, Shiro-chan!"

She quickly grabbed her cheeks and glided her hands across Shiro's white hair.

"Hey! Sora!"

She quickly made a jump on me and grabbed me in a hug.

Shiro looked petrified as she looked at...I have to ask her name first.

"Hey, I've never gotten your name, by the way if you'll count it as a question from the 3 that you will have to answer then don't answer."

She sheepishly smiled as she scratched the back of her head. So, she WAS going to consider it as one of the 3 questions that she will have to answer.

We walked around the inn. There were a lot of games going on at this location.

"Hey, suspiciously dressed cuttie...why are there..."

"STOP!"

I guess my plan of calling her a strange nickname to have her tell her name to us worked.

"It's...It's Kaira"

She places a hand at her forehead. I guess she's easily annoyed by nicknames.

"What's with this place? Is playing games like this done on a daily basis or is it an event...and don't..."

"Huh? I've never come here before! I was transported to this world like you two. I was actually surprised to see you two here also!"

Me and Shiro stared blankly at her. She gave out a big sigh as her facial expressions seemed less fabricated.

"Sigh....I need to get better at lying..."

No, you don't!

"Since I've actually come to favor you two I'll answer it quickly. The spot for 'King' is open since he died. Even though he has some family left behind he left the throne empty and his final will was that the inheritor will be the best gambler in Imanity."

"....Imanity?"

Shiro asked Kaira in my steed.

"What this race is called."

She quickly pointed out before pointing a finger at a red haired girl battling against another girl wearing a veil over her head.

"That's the king's granddaughter. Since the throne wasn't given to her she wanted to win it...."

I looked at the red haired girl and a look from her face and you can already how the game was going for her. I looked around the crowd to see a strange set of eyes. I've heard that there were many races in this world and most of them were able to use magic. My eyes focused to the figure who was hiding behind the crowd.

It seemed like the figure noticed my staring and quickly backed off.

"She's cheating...."

I quickly walk over the red haired girl and quietly uttered the words before walking away. I looked back at her and saw how confused she was. Moments later the inevitable happened and she lost.

I looked around to see Kaira had already gone. I asked Shiro if she remembered Kaira walking away but she stood there quietly and asked.

"Behind you?"

"Boo."

"AHH!!!"

I couldn't stop myself from letting out a scream. A vein popped on my forehead as I turned away from her.

"First of all give us a complete self introduction. Everything about you that you honestly think will be of some use."

She noticed how serious I was and simply agreed, although the cute smile on her face has yet to vanish.

+Time Skip+

She got the three of us a big wide room which she paid for.
There were 2 separate beds, Shiro and I occupied the bed near the window while she took the bed against the wall.
Shiro took out our solar powered charger and started to plug in our phones and tablets while Kaira and I were at a stare down.

"First of all as you two have already noticed I'm from this world. In here my name is Kaira but in yours I'm simply known as the 'glitch'."

"Let me guess. Its because of your unique username."

"Yup! Anyways I haven't been here for a long time since..."

"Huh? What?"

"I got addicted to online games."

She quietly whispered.

"Want to play?"

Shiro went over to Kaira's bed and handed her a phone.

Before I knew it Shiro was watching how Kaira was playing.

I went over to her bed to see for myself how she actually plays.

"Ehh!?"

I caught a glimpse of the game she was playing.

Snakes

Somehow...she really sucks at playing it.

She noticed how I was staring at her as she quickly threw away the phone.

"Ahh!"

Shiro chased after the phone which thankfully landed on the other bed.

"Are you a God or something? I've heard that there are gods in this world."

She giggled a bit before falling unto her back, crashing down on her bed. She covered her eyes with her arms and said.

"Close enough...but I honestly THINK that knowledge isn't something significant."

I clicked my tongue after remembering the question I asked her.

"I'm hungry! I'm going to go and eat. You two want to come?"

"Food? For free?"

Shiro innocently said as she raised her head.

"Yup! Why don't you come too, Sora-chan? Don't worry, since we're friends I won't count that as one of the three!"

Her overly cheerful tone was back again...but honestly I don't hate it.

I quickly grab my phone and started to play some game while we walk to...I don't know where since I was just following Kaira and she seems to be reliable in there kind if things.

*Kaira's P.O.V*

I roamed around the courtyard finding a place to eat but instead I found the red haired girl from earlier who lost.

"Um...are you OK?"

I pointed at what she was wearing. She wore a...I have no idea what she was wearing but the dress she wore earlier was nowhere to be seen.

She turned her head and blushed in shame since she wasn't wearing anything underneath.

"You!!!"

From being a shy girl she turned into whirling rage as soon as she noticed Sora was behind me.

"You!!!"

She charged towards Sora and she shouted.

"If you have told me how she cheated I could have won!!!"

"And since you didn't notice it means that you are no better of a candidate for the throne than her."

Sora coldly stated as he his glare pierced through the red head's soul.

Now that you think of it...I want Sora and/or Shiro to become the king of Imanity.

"But how do I do that..."

My thoughts slipped out of my head as I got a strange look from everyone else.

"...Kaira...when are we going to eat?"

Shiro raised her head from her phone before taking a picture with it.

*Flash*

"Hey! Delete that!"

She quickly showed me a picture of my face which at that time was making a weird 'shocked' gesture.

"When are we going to eat?"

I sighed as I grabbed the bag of money that I've won a while ago and tossed it towards Sora.

"I have somewhere to go. Go buy some stuff from the inn."

I said as I turned around and walked away.

I already have a plan in my mind about how I can quickly give the throne to Sora and Shiro but...

"Umm...why are you following me..."

"Stephanie Dola"

"Steph..."

"I wasn't following you or anything!"

She's too easy to read.

"sigh...I guess you can come with me"

She grinned happily as she came with me. I was searching for the black veiled girl. She seems to have an elf accompanying her.

After a few more minutes I finally found them. She had a confident aura around her. I guess having Elven magic with you can give you a big advantage.

"Hey!!! Wanna play a game!?"

I put on a small act like how I did with the woman from before.

"........"

She ignored me...I guess I have to catch her attention huh?

I turned to the cloaked person behind her. This was the same elf from before. She quickly backed away after I went near her.

Before I could did something scandalous I quickly remember the red haired girl standing before me.

I laughed a little before tapping the shoulders of the elf.

"What beautiful eyes..."

She flinched back and hid behind the black haired girl. She whispered something in the black haired girl's ear.

"So....what do you want?"

She was obviously nervous. Her tone alone was enough proof of this not to mention her excessive sweating.

"Haven't I told you before? I want you two to participate in a small game."

I gave out a sneaky grin as I daringly announced.

"Tomorrow, at the gardens at mid day. I'll have you two battle someone I know who will ABSOLUTELY beat you"

I gave out a sweet smile and clamped my hands together before saying...

"So please come...or I'll beat you myself"

(A/N)

Well I was a bit uncomfortable in this chapter since I'm having a hard time thinking what would happen next since I REALLY want my fanfiction to be a little different from the actual anime itself. Trust me that things are going to flow a lot better after Sora and Shiro become the kings.
