Izuku POV

"Just leave me alone." Iida said before he collected the stacks of newspapers next to him.

"Ah c'mon Iida? Atleast tell me on how you've been." I said as I switched positions. "Since I haven't seen you since when was it? Oh yeah the USJ Incident." I said as I dropped down to the ground.

"Look,I'm telling you to please just stay away okay? I've learned my lessson so just leave me be." he said as he finished collecting his stacks.

Once he finished collecting the stacks I heard his engines begin to stack,but before I even knew it the engines had quieted down.

When that happened I looked on and saw that his engines were kinda,I don't know? Handicapped?

"God damnit,stupid piece of junk." I heard him say as he stomped his foot in the ground.

As he stomped his foot into the ground I started to walk towards him. Once I was near him I noticed that one of the newspapers were on the ground so I reached down and grabbed it.

"Hey Iida,I believe this belongs to you." I said as I handed him the newspaper.

When I said that he just looked at me for a few seconds then looked away and went back to his engine failure.

"Okay then,guess I'll just leave it here." I said as I put it near him so he could grab it. "Well,guess I should get out of your hair huh?" I said as I looked on at the thing he was.

Iida didn't respond,so I took that as a sign to leave him alone. So I shot a webline,but before I swung away I thought I heard him mumble somthing.

"Iida what was that? I couldn't hear you." I said as I looked back at him.

Once I turned around I noticed that he had turned to my direction and had his head down. In the slight glimpse I could see what appeared to be liquid coming from his eyes.

"Hey Iida,are you okay? Do you need anything like a tissue box?" I asked in a concerned voice.

He didn't answer,so I again took that as a sign and again shot a webline to a building.

Before I could swing off I sensed someone reaching for me,so I turned around and grabbed (surprise surprise) Iida's hand.

When I realized it was his I started to get a bit annoyed,so I let it go and decided to get it over with.

"What is it Iida? Do you need me to get you a god damn tissue box or somethi-

Before I could finish my sentence I one hundred percent notice that Iida had pulled a me and let loose the waterworks.

"Iida,seriously tell me. What the actual heck is wrong." I said as I put both of my hands on his shoulders.

Once I asked his that question,he was on his knees,had his head down,and after some time he brought his head back up and looked directly at me.

"I-I just wanted to say t-that I'm sorry okay..." he said as he let the water works out.

I couldn't believe both my god damn eyes and ears. Tenya Iida,the guy that despised me back in UA is apologizing to me...oh wait...he isn't apologizing to me. He's apologizing to Spider-Man...either way still unbelievable.

"Wait a minute. Why are you apologizing to me?" I asked as I tried to not sound Midoriya astonished.

"I-I'm apologizing because I spoke fake news about you..." he said as he looked down. 

"I spoke about how you were a villain at the USJ when you were just trying to help,then I ended up making Midoriya's reputation worse at school,then my fight with Midoriya at the Festival just added more full to the fire." He explained as he started to get more and more control of the water works.

"What I'm trying to say is that I'm deeply sorry for the trouble I've caused,and I see now that because of that I ended up getting kicked from UA." he said as he looked down at the ground.

After he was done explaining I crouched down in front of him and look at him with amazement.

"Do you really mean all of that?" I asked him as I try to not smile through my mask.

"Yes I mean it,if I didn't mean it then why would I even stop you from swinging away?" he explained as he kept his eyes on me.

I looked back at him,and while I was I was thinking in my head,should I forgive him? Should I not since he brought this upon himself?

"You seem to be having a difficult time deciding." Beb said to me.

'I am,what the crap should I even do? He's made my life kinda a living hell,but at the same time everyone deserves a second chance.' I thought in my head.

"Well,I'm going to be serious with you his past actions speak louder than his words here. So I'm thinking you shouldn't forgive him after all the shit he had you go through both as Izuku Midoriya and Spider-Man." Beb told me in a serious voice.

'You do speak the truth,but at the same time I believe he could change,if he just tries.' I told said to him with a understandable tone.

"Well just think about all the things he's done? The way he treated you,the false accusations,the brutal beatdown at the Festival. I believe he should live with that guilt." Beb stated as I felt his anger.

'I know,but he's just like me Beb. He dreamed of becoming a hero,and he ended up making the wrong choices,but I believe he could redeem himself from his past mistakes.' I said to him in my head with my assuring voice.

"Are you sure? How do we know that he's just pulling an act and that he doesn't mean any of it?" Beb brought up.

'I know when someone is telling lies Beb,I should know. My whole teenage life has been a lie!' I said to him with anger in my voice.

There was some silence from the both of us,before I heard Beb clear his I guess throat.

"I see,well you do you then. Just remember,the ones you trust always are the ones to betray you..." Beb said before I felt him go silent.

Once Beb and I were done with our discussion I shook my head and brought myself back to reality. Once I was back in reality I looked on at Iida and cleared my throat.

"Iida I accept your apology,and I just want to tell you that sometimes we make mistakes and that's human. We can always change it just takes time." I said to him in my reassuring voice.

Once I finished he looked at me with noticeable tear streaks on his face. After some time he shook his head and seemed to have been brought back to reality.

"T-thank you Spider-Man. I'll try to become a better person and not let my past shape me in who I'll become." he said to me as he put on a smile.

I looked on at him and even though it wasn't noticeable I was smiling on the inside.

"Very well then,I should be off." I said as I took my hands off his shoulders and stood up.

Once I stood up I turned around,but before I left I quickly turned my head to tell him one last thing.

"Oh yeah,Iida." 

"Yes Spider-Man?"

"You should probably try and apologize to that Midoriya kid while your at it. It will help you get one step closer to becoming a better you." I told him as I hoped he would accept the advice.

After I told him that he went quiet,but shortly smiled and looked at me.

"You're right Spider-Man,I'll get on that. Actually isn't he a helper to you?" he asked as he got out a pen and some paper.

"Um,yes he is. Why do you ask?" I said as I try to not sound happy that he took the advice.

"Well could you give him this? It's my contact,if you give him this then I could tell him to meet me somewhere so I could make amends with him." he explained as he held up a piece of paper for me to grab.

I looked on at the sight I was presented,but I couldn't dwell on that I quickly brought myself back to reality and took the paper out of his hands.

"Sure,I'll give this to him when we meet." I said as I put held the paper in my hand.

"Thank you,now I should get back to selling these papers." he said as he smiled sheepishly at me.

I chuckled and said my goodbyes to him,then for maybe the third time I shot a webline and launched myself off the ground and swung away.

'Well that went pretty alright...wait what time is it?' I asked in my head.

I quickly made my way back to the alleyway where I kept my backpack and clothes. Once there I got my phone out and saw I only had 10 minutes before the bell rang.

'Guess I should start getting back into uniform huh Beb?' I asked him in my head.

Without any response I felt my suit come off and disappear,I quickly took this as a sign and got myself back into my school clothes.

Once I was in them I made my way to the exit of the alleyway,but before I left I spotted a mirror so I looked at it then I got my hand and brushed some of my hair to go above my eye.

"Geez,I look god damn emo." I said as I chuckled at myself.

After that I left the alleyway back to school to continue my day...

Hours later...

After some hours I was ontop of a building with my normal clothes (and when I mean normal I mean a black shirt and shorts with my iconic red shoes) on. As I was waiting I decided to give old Tenya Iida a message...

Izuku:Hey,this Tenya Iida?

I waited for about a few minuted before I felt a buzz,I pulled out my phone and saw that he messaged back.

Iida:Yes this is him. Is this Izuku Midoriya that I'm speaking to?

Izuku:Yeah its me. Spidey told me that you gave him your number so you could message me.

Iida:Oh,well that is correct. Actually the reason why I gave you this number was because I was wondering if you could meet me someone.

Izuku:Meet you somewhere? This isn't sketchy right?

Iida: No not at all so,what do you say?

I thought about it for a moment and finally came to the conclusion.

Izuku:Sure,where do you want to meet?

So Iida said to meet him at this diner that usually is open 24/7. So I make my way there and once I reach it I open the door and low and behold I see him standing at the counter.

Once I see him I make my way to him and once I'm behind him I tap his should to get his attention. Seemed to have worked cause he turned around to see me.

"Oh hello there Midoriya. How have you been?" Iida asks me as he put on a  nervous smile.

"I've been pretty good,how have you been. I heard what happend to you." I said as I tried to pretend.

"Oh,I've been adequate. I may have been kicked,but I'll survive." he answered as he seemed to have calmed down a bit.

"As long as you're not on the streets dying of health problems then that's good." I said as I chucked at that sense of humor.

"Ha...yeah." he answered.

After that he gestured for me to sit next to him,so I agreed and sat in the seat next to him.

Once I sat there I was passed a water from an employee that worked the counter.

"So I've got to ask,why did you want to meet?" I asked him as I sipped on the water.

"Well,I wanted to meet because I ended up having a meeting with your friend the wall crawler earlier today." he said as he picked up his drink.

"Really? You actually had a conversation with Spidey?" I said in my most acted tone ever.

"Yes,and I gave him my number to give to you because,I wanted to apologize to you. From all the crap I did to you,and I know you will probably not accept it,but I just wanted to say that I'm sorry." he explained as he looked at me.

As he looked at me,I could still see the same Iida from the morning. Not the Iida that didn't like me from UA,but the newspaper Iida that's kicked from UA. I quickly snapped back to reality and put up a small smile on my face.

"I forgive you Iida,so how about we start over?" I recommend to him.

"Good idea,here let me go first,hello there mister. My name is Tenya Iida nice to meet you." he said as he held out his hand.

"Nice to meet you Mr.Tenya Iida,my name is Izuku Midoriya." I said as I reached out and shook his hand with a welcoming smile on my face.
