Izuku's Mind:Man what a day it's been. I mean I did face like a lot of things today. First was the race,then it was the Lizard at the station,then it was the tag team event,then the 1v1 then Scorpion happened,followed by that weird dream,and finally it was my fight with Todoroki. I think I'm ready to finish my day right about now,but the show must go on.

Midoriya was still in the locker room,he's been there since he finished his battle with Todoroki,but while he was resting he looked up and the room tv playing the Sports Festival. What he saw was a recap of the earlier battles like his against Shinso,then it followed Todoroki literally making a mountain of ice against his opponent,followed by Uraraka and Bakugo's battle.

Izuku's Mind:Man Uraraka really tried her best against Kacchan,sucks she lost really wished I was able to have about 10 minutes with her...

"WAIT HOLD UP!"

"Cut!"

Izuku's Mind:Really wished I was able to go against her. Really interested about how strong she's become,but at the very least she gave it her all,but even though she lost she tried her best.

As Midoriya was watching the TV that showed some battles after his like Tokoyami vs Momo,Iida vs a girl that seemed to have a grass type quirk,and finally a fight between Bakugo and Kirishima.

Izuku's Mind:Man Kacchan went all in on Kirishima,but for some reason he looked a bit embarrassed? Wonder what that's about?

While Midoriya was viewing the TV he heard the click of the door open. He didn't who it was until he saw who was entering.

Izuku's Mind:Uh oh,it's the popo. Really hope they don't arrest me. It would literally put a bad look for UA. Okay I need to act calm,really calm.

???:Mr.Midor-

Izuku:PLEASE DON'T TAKE ME IN! I BEG YOU PLEASE. MY DREAM AT BEING AT UA HAS COME TRUE,I'M SORRY FOR WHAT I DID JUST PLEASE DON'T ARREST ME.

???: Don't young man I'm not gonna arrest you. So you can cool your jets.

Izuku:Oh,well thank you officer or ma'am.

???:Please don't refer to me as officer or ma'am. Please call me Yuri,Yuri Watanabe.

Izuku:Oh,well Hi Ms.Watanabe. What could I help you with?

Yuri:Well I was wondering if you could tell me how you did this,and where you did this.

Yuri then went into her bag where she pulled out a tablet,when she turned on the tablet and moved it towards Izuku he saw that what he was seeing was the web bomb he had used in his fight against Todoroki.

Izuku's Mind:Barnacles and Tartersause!

Yuri:I've heard the news you know. About how you're a supposedly a helper to the web slinger,and with this footage I'm willing to say that the news is correct.

Izuku:Yeah,they are. I am a helper for Spider-Man,but if you think I'm gonna lead you to him well you're out of luck I don't know where he resides I just meet him every now and then,give him some news and we part ways.

Yuri:Don't worry I'm not trying to arrest him,instead since you said you just meet him every now and then. Would you mind giving this to him the next time you meet?

Yuri then pulled out a letter from her pocket and slid it towards Midoriya. He picked it up and saw on the stamp it wasn't the common police stamp.

Yuri:If you could. Please deliver that to him. Now I should be on my way back to my station. It was good talking to you Mr.Midoriya have a good day.

Yuri then got up and headed towards the door,but before she told him a heads up.

Yuri:Good luck with your next battle,because your opponent likes to be quick on their feet.

With that Yuri left the room leaving Midoriya there still seeing the letter,but that doesn't mean he didn't hear what she had said.

Izuku's Mind:Quick on their feet huh? Guess that's an obvious answer to who I'm fighting this round.

As Midoriya was about to open the letter he was suddenly stopped when the intercom had rang up and announced for Midoriya to come to the field.

Izuku's Minsd:Guess I should go. Don't want to leave my adoring public waiting.

With that Izuku got up,exited the room,and made his way to the field where he knew who he was facing.

Bakugo's Mind:Well I'm in the top four. It's just Me Deku,Iida,and Tokoyami. I 100% know I'm gonna face Tokoyami,but it's the fight between Deku and Iida I'm worried about. Those two don't have the most healthy reputation with each other. I won't be surprised if Iida or Deku become more aggressive with each other.

As Bakugo was making his way towards the stand to see the climatic battle,he stopped him tracks when he thought he heard something. So he turned around with hands popping only to see nobody there. This made him uneasy since he was the only one in the hallway,so he decided to just jet out of the hall and to the field he went.

Bakugo's Mind:Okay if I know anything,if you're alone in a hallway and noises start happening,it should be obvious to get out of there.

As Bakugo finally got out of the hallway and to the student stands he saw Uraraka there so he made his way to Uraraka. Once he was there he decided to sit down beside her,but it would seem she wasn't aware he was present at all.

Bakugo:Hey Earth to Uraraka? You still in the atmosphere or did your ghost use its quirk by accident and floated out of your body?

After about good 3 minutes she finally came to her senses and became conscious and looked to her side and saw Bakugo there.

Uraraka:Oh hi there Bakugo. How long have you been there?

Bakugo:I've been here for the past few minutes. What's up with you though? You looked as if you left Earth or something.

Uraraka:Oh that,well I'm just worried about Deku's battle with Iida,you know they didn't start off well.

Bakugo:Yeah,well you're not alone with the worrying with these two. I'm also worried,especially for Deku.

Uraraka:Why's that Bakugo?

Bakugo:Well even thought Deku pulled a little trick up his sleeve,and has a bunch of strength,I'm worried he might loose it and let it all out. Iida on the other hand does have speed on his side,plus he seems to have a few more things up his sleeve.

Uraraka:You are right with what you said. To be honest with you I'm worried for both of them. I mean just like you said they have some tricks,but they're still human.

Uraraka's Mind:Even if Deku has those powers. He still needs to remind himself that he's human.

Bakugo:Guess you're right. Oh would you look at that,it's about to start. We should see if what I said does come to reality.

Uraraka:Yeah,we should.

Uraraka's Mind:Really hope Deku doesn't unleash all of this power like he did with that Rhino guy.

With that said,the battle was about to begin with the Announcer about to name out the two opponents.

Announcer:Hello everyone,and welcome to the Semifinals for the Sports Festival. Remember who ever wins this battle advances to the Finals. Now without a further ado let's get this started. Welcome our two opponents Midoriya Izuku!

Once his name was announced Midoriya went out and presented himself. Once he was visible he was greeted with mixed cheers. Some of the cheers were positive,but some were boo's,but that didn't bother Midoriya he knew that once he used his gadget he was gonna get this kind of response from the audience.

Announcer:Now to the otherside I welcome Tenya Iida!

Once his name was called,Iida made himself visible,and once he was out he got cheers of positivity. Which made him extra confident,but still that didn't bother him knowing what he had to do.

Announcer:Now let the match between Izuku Midoriya and Tenya Iida

BEGIN!

Izuku's Mind:Okay well here it is. The fight I'm pretty sure will be my roughest and toughest...

*remembers his fight with Rhino*

Okay maybe not my roughest and toughest,but it's my most awaited fight that I've been pumped for.

Iida:What's wrong Midoriya? You're not moving is it because you're intimidated by my speed?

Izuku:Oh no I'm just waiting your turn,since I know you're eager to beat me up. Especially since you have sp-

*tingle tingle tingle*

Izuku's Mind:Oh boy yeah.

Once Izuku knew what was happening he side jumped over the incoming danger which was Iida and once he was on the other side,Iida had looked behind him and witnessed the awaiting green head.

Izuku:C'mon Speedracer I know you're faster than that!

Iida's Mind:Guess I need to go a step further in my speed.

As Iida was thinking that he didn't know that Midoriya had launched himself to him,but before Midoriya could land a punch Iida had caught on and evaded it and caught Midoriya's leg.

Iida' Mind:Gotcha kid!

Izuku's Mind:CLAPCRAPCRAP!

As Iida had stopped to regain his balance he full sprinted towards the edge where he was going to toss Midoriya out of the field,but once he got there,he felt as if he was stopped by something that he felt was familiar. It was at that moment he knew why it was familiar.

Iida's Mind:Oh no,I knew I should've got him by his arm because...

Izuku:So how's your engines Speed Racer? They seemed to be in a sticky situation. ~If you know what I'm talking about.~

Izuku then loosened Iida'z grip on his leg and freed himself and got behind Iida,but before he could push him out of the way he didn't realize that Iida had been storing a bunch of power and released it into his engine,because of the sudden burst Izuku was blown back.

Izuku's Mind:Wow okay well I shouldn't have been sl-

*tingle tingle tingle*

-Wha-

Right before Izuku could even question he felt his jaw get punched,but before he could recover he felt his jaw get punched again,then he felt his jaw getting kicked. Just in that one moment Izuku felt as it a full on train had hit him.

Izuku:Oh! What th-

Iida:Hey Midoriya? What's wrong? You waited my turn,where's the counter?

Midoriya then felt his senses tingle and turned around,but right as he turned around he felt his back get kicked,he recoiled because of this,but then from the corner of his eye he saw Iida coming his way,luckily he dodged the incoming attack by him.

Izuku's Mind:Man Iida can run! He done a bunch of damage to me,enough maybe to even take me out with a few more of his fast moves. Thankfully I'm able to catch my bre-

*TINGLE TINGLE TINGLE*

Midoriya looked and right away dodged Iida's incoming kick,then after that he dodged Iida's incoming kick a second time,and then a third time. This cycle kept going on for a few more turns,but then Midoriya lost his footing which cost him his evading. This time Iida got a kick on him,but thankfully Izuku was able to attach a web bomb to Iida's leg,without him knowing.

Iida's Mind:Hey Midoriya what was that you said? My confidence will lead me to my downfall? Well who do you think is winning now?

Izuku: Well *deep breath* with the battle I would say you,but *exhale* with reputation,I would say me.

Iida:Smartass,well get ready for my ulti-

Before Iida could finish his sentence the web bomb detonated and webbed up Iida which left him vulnerable. This was Izuku's que to advance. Once he was face to face with him he started dishing out what Iida had did to him,and maybe also a not so powerful finisher. Once Izuku was done dishing out his attacks he full on attached another web bomb to Iida,and moved back.

Izuku:Well Iida *deep breath*  *exhale* any last words before the webs burst?

Iida:Yeah,you want to know what those are?

Izuku:Sure what are th-

Suddenly Izuku was punched in the face,then kicked,then jabbed in the stomach,and finally kicked in his side where he thought he felt a bone break. Izuku was now holding onto his side,he wanted to get up,but with the pain he had indured he couldn't. As Izuku was feeling the pain Iida had casually walked in front of him and punched Midoriya again in the jaw. This time Midoriya thought he was starting to bleed from his mouth.

Iida:Well Midoriya. You still want to know what my last words *were*?

Izuku:U-um s-sur-

Izuku couldn't even finish his sentence since Iida had punched him square in the face,this time not as much force,but enough to knock Midoriya to fall to the side.

Izuku's Mind:Screw this guy. Literally screw him.

While Midoriya had started to cough up blood the whole stadium were bringing to riot over what was happening in front of them,not only them but also from the Class side too since even if Midoriya was a helper for the vigilante he was also a classmate.

Iida:Do you see all of these people Midoriya? They're rioting for what I'm doing to you,but what they don't know is why I'm doing it.

When Iida was done saying that he proceeded to pick Midoriya up by holding onto his neck at bringing him up to his height.

Iida:Want to know why I'm doing all of this,even when I could've just thrown you out?

Izuku:S-su-

Izuku's Mind:I-I can't e-even spe-eak I-I'm too...w-weak...

Iida:I'm gonna take that as a yes,well here's the real truth to why I'm doing this. When people see heroes they think they're safer,but it isn't really them that they're seeing.

Iida then proceeded to pick up Midoriya head and slap him so he could stay conscious for his story.

Iida:Probably for the best. Knowing everything hinges on people from different backgrounds sounds as scary as it feels.

Iida then tossed Midoriya to the other side of the field. Where Midoriya yelped in pain once he hit the ground,but as he was trying to get up he was pushed back down by Iida who had came towards him. Once Iida had confronted Midoriya he grabbed Midoriya's jaw and moved it so Midoriya was looking at him.

Iida:Well guess what. When I become a hero people will see me as they see the other pro heroes,but when they see you well hahahaha.

Iida again tossed Midoriya to the corner of field where he was really close to getting out of bounds,but was still in. While again this was going on all of the people were begging for Iida to stop torturing the other teen,even some were throwing trash at him,even from the Class ,the things he could hear from the class and from the audience were

"Please stop you proved you're stronger than him!" Or

"Stop it,he's just a kid!" Or

"You're no better than the villains who attacked your class!"

But this didn't bother him,he soon was infront of Midoriya then crouched down and came face to face with him.

Iida:Now any last words before I toss you out of bounds?

Izuku:W-well I h-have a f-few.

Iida:Well I'm all ears. I've already won anyways. Speak away.

Izuku:W-well even if you *deep Breath* *exhale* become the number one hero,e-everyone will *deep breath* *exhale* still r-remember what you did here. Also don't go saying that y-you *deep breath* *exhale* won and saying you'll become the number one becau-

Before Izuku could finish Iida had grabbed him neck and hoisted him up and full on said.

Iida:What makes you think that I won't become the next number one? Who will be it huh? You? You're what I hear from your friends a DEKU! A person who's a helper for a villian. More or less you can't stop the future which is me because you're just a Villain!

Izuku:T-that's what y-you think,but there i-is something you need to k-know.

Iida:What is that you worthless deku?!

Izuku:When was the last time you checked your engines?

Iida: My engin-

At that moment multiple web bombs were detonated inside Iida's engines clogging them,but some of the webs got onto legs since he was crouching. This in turn left his vulnerable. Izuku without even thinking used what ever energy he had left got himself out of Iida's grasp and got behind him then catched his balance.

Izuku:Hey Iida. I h-have a -question.

Iida:What is that?!

Izuku:Do you have hava?

Iida:The hell is hava?

Izuku:It means...

As Izuku was about to say the answer his veins started to light up and until Izuku was covered in red electricity.

Izuku:HAVA

*POWER TRANSFERING TOWARDS THE LEGS*

Izuku:NICE...

*LEGS FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH POWER*

Izuku:DAY!!!!!

With that Izuku launched his strengthpiled leg at Iida's head and kicked him swiftly out of bounds,meaning only one thing.

There was silence,a long silence. Izuku was recovering his breath. Both the audience and the Class were silent,especially the Announcer. Finally the crowds were roaring with praises,and happy cheers especially from the class section,even from the Announcer himself,but he soon finished his cheers and said the words that everyone were dying to hear.

Announcer:TENYA IIDA IS OUT OF BOUNDS MEANING IZUKU MIDORIYA IS THE WINNER ALSO MEANING THAT MIDORIYA ADVANCES TO THE FINALS OF THE FESTIVAL!!!!

Let's just say Midoriya couldn't wait for the day to be over.
