'It's times to show the pro heroes out here what I can do.'

As the trio exited the hallway they were now standing in the open on the field for the stadium.

Uraraka:Wow this stadium is huge?!

Bakugo:You've got that right Uraraka. What do you think Deku?

Izuku:I think its amazing.

As Izuku was admiring the stadium his thoughts were interrupted when a microphone pop was made.

Announcer:Could I please have everyone's attention? I would like to say welcome to this years UA Sports Festival,and I would also like to ask if the first year's spokesperson to please come forward.

As the announcer finished his speech Iida then proceeded towards where the announcer just was.

Izuku's Mind:How is he the spokesperson?! I thought Kacchan got more villian points in the entrance exam.

Announcer:Now could you please represent this years freshman with a good and wise speech.

Iida:I just want to say that my class is very skilled,very aggressive,and to be honest very strong.

Izuku's Mind:Man who knew Iida had an actual heart.

-So to all of my fellow classmates I wish you good luck.

-Maybe I won't humliate his ass in this tournament.

-But I do have something else to say.

-Questionmark what?

-and that is...

                  "I'm gonna win."

Suddenly all of the students that were inside the stadium started rioting with Class 1-A's reputation decreasing in likeness.

Bakugo's Mind:Why did I have a feeling he was gonna say that?

Uraraka's Mind:Hope all of the other students don't think we're like Iida,because that will be bad news bears.

Izuku's Mind:Change of plans I'm gonna destroy his ass and humiliate him today.

Iida then left the stage back towards his class where as he was going past the classmates they all gave him shocked faces.

Izuku's Mind:Geez,really did he have to mess up the class reputation with his stupid speech?!

Announce:Alrighty well thank you Mr.Iida now I wish you all good luck for this years Festival now let the event...

                         BEGIN!!!

As the announcer announced the start of the festival a big wheel was brought up where it selected an event for the competitors to participate.

Izuku's Mind:I know what this wheel is for its to decided what event we will do usually we do a race at the start,bet 5 bucks we'll do that first.

Announcer:Now the activity you all will do is...

Race!!

-Called it.

As the students made their way towards the gate and as they got ready Izuku was thinking to himself.

Izuku's Mind:From what I know from seeing last year's Sports Festival I know that there should be some obstacles in our way as we're racing.

Uraraka:Hey Deku. What are you thinking about?

Izuku:Hi Uraraka I'm just thinking about what'll be ahead of us that's all.

Uraraka:Well don't you worry Deku.

-They possibly couldn't put anything dangerous infront of us.

-Right?

Izuku:Don't know Uraraka guess we just have to wait and see for ourselves.

Once Izuku finished that sentence a gun shot was fired and that signaled for the contenders to start which they did.

Izuku's Mind:Okay so since this whole event is used for all of us to catch the attention of Pro heroes that also means this whole event is being broadcasted on television,kinda of a no brainer but that also means if I just even stick to a surface I can be utterly screwed. I'm gonna have to think of a dif-

*tingle*

-Spider Sense...

Izuku then looked behind him to see a bunch of students being stuck in ice with this info Midoriya then jumped onto the wall and sticked to it and to be extra safe he acted as if he was holding onto something so he wasn't easily spotted. Once the ice stopped he hopped off and continued on until he was at the end of the hall.

Izuku's Mind:Ice clear indication that the guy with the two colored hair is responsible,I know this since when we did our 1v1 earlier on in the year I saw a recording so I could do notes and I saw the guy using an ice quirk,but I think ice isn't his only quirk.

*tingle tingle tingle*

-Danger...

Midoriya then jumped out of the way of a hand of a robot that was falling down thankfully as he got up and looked forwards he saw that Ice had devoured the other robots.

Izuku's Mind:Ice guy is at it again. Well he did clear up the area might as well use it while I have time before the ice melts.

As Midoriya was making his way around the robots he found a piece of metal from the robot just on the ground,he felt like he could use it so he took it just in case,you never know what a piece of metal can do.

Izuku's Mind:Something tells me that this might come in handy.

Later on in the race...

Izuku's Mind:Okay first thing's first...why did I just see a guy fly in the air,second are those god dang mines?!

What Izuku was looking at was a minefield thankfully they aren't real mines,but just had enough force to put you in the air.

-and here I thought the valley obstacle was hard this is nearly impos-

"Deku move!"

-what?

Midoriya then turned around only to be blown and land on the ground seeing that Bakugo had just used his explosions to avoid the touching the mines.

Izuku's Mind:Well atleast I know Kacchan is playing it safe,but what am I going to do?

And as if it was like magic his senses started to tingle as he was looking everywhere he looked at the ground only to find that thanks to Bakugo he was able to find a few mines.

Izuku's Mind:Well thanks a bunch Kacchan,but wait if my calculations are correct these mines have enough force to push a muscular man so in theory maybe just maybe if I collect more of these then I could use them to help me get over the field with ease.

In little time Midoriya got about 20 more mines which he found by using his sense and digging them up now he was able to put his hypothesis to the test.

Izuku:Tally ho...

Boooooooooooooooooooommmmm

Izuku:AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Good news Midoriya's plan had worked he was in the air...bad news he didn't think the plan would work so he didn't think that far ahead.

Izuku's Mind:Okay thankfully I still have this piece of metal still with me now comes the hard part.

-What do I do?!

As Midoriya was inching closer and closer he came up with a plan once he saw Bakugo and the Ice quirk user both near each other.

Izuku's Mind:Good luck next time death because I've found a way to cheat you once again. Those two are over the field but I still know that mines are under them so if I time it just right I could be able to enable them.

Midoriya kept free falling as he got closer to the two teens he positioned himself where his feet were on their shoulders and once he was in position and on target he slammed the piece of metal he had kept onto the ground and thanfully there were mines that launched him forwards.

Izuku's Mind:Oh my holy All Might that actually worked?!?!?!?!?!

As Midoriya was inching closer to the ground he positioned himself too not sustain a harder landing,once he landed he sprinted full speed forwards.

Izuku's Mind:Okay so if my fanboy knowledge is correct and it always is then this means that I'm close to the end.

As if it was a dream Midoriya was now again inside a hallway he was extactic that he was near the end,but that was short lived as he heard both explosions and ice sounds being made.

Izuku's Mind:CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP!!!!

Announcer:Here we are at the finish line and infront of it the end of the hallway,oh I think I hear some shoes hitting the ground explosions and ice let's see who reaches the tape first.

-and the winner for the first round is...

                          A TIE!!!!
