<<Early update to celebrate 5K!!😝>>

Liam's P.O.V
Crystal went upstairs, probably to her room and she ditched us meaning we have to place the phone back in the office which is kind of mission impossible.
We are probably going to get caught but we might as well try. They will be super suspicious but hopefully, we can pull it off!
Frank, Johnny, Toby and I, are crawling slowly but steadily to the office. We were trying to make as less noise as possible. I look at Toby and swing my head towards the office, motioning him to go inside.
He sighs at me but agrees. He stands up and walks over to Mike and Gina. The boys and I, peer through the small glass windows.
We were really curious to know what was going on. Also, we didn't want to get caught.
Toby enters the room holding the phone to which both Mike and Gina glare at him.
"Sorry, I picked up the phone?" Toby answered slowly.
Gina stares at him with anger and suspicion.
"Tobyyy, y'know you're not supposed to touch that without our permission," Gina scolded.
I kind of felt bad for Toby as he was getting the blame but its better getting one person in trouble then four.
"It was uncle Andrew calling me," Toby said.
That's a strange but convincing lie, to be honest.
"Really? What did he say?" Mike asked astonished.
I looked at Toby and saw he was quite uncomfortable as he hated lying to people.
He looks around the room,
"He wants to come round to see me!" He stopped for a second before replying back, sternly, "Now!"
Now, Toby just ruined the lie. I knew I should have just put the phone back instead of him. However, I still put my thumbs up towards Toby as I had to encourage him.
"Is that okay?"
He made himself sound excited, innocent and vulnerable at the same time which really impressed me. I never knew Toby could act like that, to be honest.
Gina looks confused,
"B-but, its a bit sudden."
I could tell Gina was really suspicious whereas, Mike was believing the whole thing. I don't know how but he did believe it!
"I know, but he's having one of his good days," Gina looks towards the window where we were.
We immediately duck down and Toby continues rambling,
"They don't usually last that long,"
Mike cuts him off.
I mentally laugh at Toby for his good cover up.
"It's okay, we see. We'd only be too happy to meet him at last," Mike grins.
I don't know how this is going to work but we're going to have to try. With my brains and the teamwork of the others, we might just be able to pull it off and win a holiday.
"Don't be surprised if he acts a little strange, meeting new people kinda stresses him out," Toby glances towards me and glares.
I grin happily and make funny faces. I was finding this quite funny as Toby was struggling to make excuses.
"Don't worry, we'll give you guys all the space you need!" Mike says while Gina looks strangely at Toby.
I was glad when Mike said this because that means it will be easier for us to create a lie and win a free holiday.
"Thanks," Toby replies and I stick my thumbs up.
We crawl out of the office area safely and then stand on our feet, triumphantly.

I hear the ball hit the pool table and I stand up boldy,
"Okay, so everyone know the plan?"
I have to make sure everyone knows the plan as we can not afford to have mistakes, especially when our holiday is at stake.
"I can't believe we're actually going through with this," Johnny said as he was watching Toby take his turn to try pool a ball.
I stared at him confused. Of course we were going to go ahead with the plan! This will probably be our only chance to ever go outside this country; for free as well!
"Course we are," Frank spoke with pride.
I smirked at Frank, glad that he was supporting me with the plan.
I look at him, grinning and then move forwards whilst pumping my hands in the air,
"We're gonna be heroes!"
"More like forgers," I shook my head at him but he continues speaking, "This Terrie guy thinks we're a big family!"
I frowned at him, angry. We may not be blood related, but we still act like a family. Even though we have our arguments and disagreements but every family does that. It's actually healthy to have arguments as it shows you still care.
"We're so going to get done," Johnny muttered but it was loud enough for me to hear.
We were probably going to get done when they found out what we did but at the same time, they will be proud and happy.
We shake our heads at him, Johnny asks a question,
"So, what do we tell Mike and Gina?"
I look at Johnny whilst smiling mischievously. They will be happy so we can feed any lie we want as long as it's believable.
I grinned, happily as I already knew the answer to Johnny's question,
"Here's your free ticket to Florida," I leaned on the pool table while fiddling around with my pool stick.
"Look, if we get everybody the ticket, they can't refuse, even if we did tell a lie! We're doing the right thing!" Toby trailed off at the end, probably confused with whether or not this is the right thing.
In my opinion, we are doing the right thing as we are finally getting what we deserve. Normal kids get holidays but since we're care kids; the government decides we're bottom feeders. But guess what? We're not!
"S'pose so," Johnny mumbled, still not amused with the whole idea.
"A'right! So everyone know the plan yeh?" I asked enthusiastically.
They all mumbled a 'yes'.
We better have no mistakes as we need this holiday. Especially for Crystal, she has had a bad past as it is and her future is probably not that good either.
"Okay guys, he's here," Frank said with a neutral expression.
I could tell Frank was trying to act mature about the whole situation but he is excited on the inside. I know my best friend well enough to know what he is actually feeling.
I look at the two other boys and dart outside the living room and outside to meet 'Terrie'. Johnny runs to the kitchen, I assume Frank rushes upstairs and Toby follows me.
I rush outside to see a luxurious car,
"Woohoo! Nice Motor," I smirked, pointing at the car.
The car door opens to reveal a lady, probably in her mid 30's, wearing a business suit and some rainbow coloured heals.
Toby looks at me uncomfortably and I awkwardly looked at the floor as we were expecting a man not a woman.
Mike comes to join us and places his hand on Toby's shoulder,
"Auntie Sandra! Oh oh, she must have come instead," Toby smiled and ran towards the woman to hug her.
I cringed at how embarrassing this must be for Toby and I'm more than glad that I didn't have to do this.
"OH," Terrie croaked a bit taken back from the surprise hug.
She didn't look like the type of person who enjoys kids and she was trying to get Toby of her.
"Welcome to Elm tree house," Toby greeted.
He was trying his ultimate best to impress the woman and make her go along with the plan we have, of course without mentioning it as she would know we lied.
Terrie looks at Mike and points saying,
"Is that your Dad?"
My eyes widen with shock, scared if Mike heard what she said.
Toby looks at me for help and I helplessly shrug,
"Yeh?"
"Hi," Terrie grins and waves at Mike whilst Mike does the same.
I quickly whip out my phone as Mike is greeting Terrie and whisper,
"Go, go, go, go!"
Music immediately blasts out of my room, as planned and Mike says embarrassed,
"Welcome to Elm tree house. Sorry about this, s'cuse me.. Sapphire!" Mike walks back into the house, thankfully.
Toby clinges onto Terrie's hand and drags her in whilst I smile and point towards the inside of the house.
"Come on in, hurry up," I fake laugh.
We go inside and Gina walks past us and questions Mike,
"I thought you said Sapphire was out?"
Gina didn't even realise Terrie was here until she actually talked to her.
"Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Terrie Fender," She smiles and shakes Gina's hand.
I take out my phone and dial the house number to distract Gina. Hopefully my drama skills are as good as my drama teacher says they are.
"Oh, is that the house phone?" Toby asks pretending to be confused.
Gina nods her head and walks off whilst muttering a few words.
"We'll talk in the kitchen, it's much quieter!" Toby grins and drags her along.
She abruptly stops and points at me but I was to busy on my phone to realise what she was saying.
I hear Gina on the other side of my phone call,
"Hello?"
I slowly walk outside so that the music can not be heard as Gina would suspect something.
I clear my throat before answering,
"Hello, has there been any new care kid arrivals?"
"Uhm no, may I ask whom I am speaking to?" Gina quizzed suspicious.
I couldn't make up a name as it would be quite weird so I avoided the question completely.
I racked my brain for a different statement,
"You see, they said my brother was going to Elm tree house?"
Gina was really suspicious so she questioned me.
"Are you sure?" She asked.
I nodded my head but then realised she couldn't see me.
"Positive, can you check again?" I asked using my best pleading voice.
I heard her groan and then ruffing of some papers.
"He's really small, maybe he's hiding behind one of the other kids?" I asked politely.
I mentally laughed at it and then listened to Gina's reply.
"I don't think--- Liam?" Gina snapped.
"Is that you?" She spoke strictly yet coldly.
I immediately end the call and run away but I could hear Gina screaming at me from outside.
Hopefully she doesn't kill me as she will realise all this trouble is for a good cause; also known as our holiday!
I rushed to the back entrance where Johnny is holding the door so that the second part of our plan can start...
