Recap:
   "Well,  you see," I start speaking. "I think I have a situation on my hands..."

  "Hey, are you guys coming or what?" I hear Sting grumble ahead of me.

  I raise my eyes, surprised to find that Sting is propping open the door of the library. Yukino is out of my line of vision; she has probably already entered the grand library. 

  Sting's gaze is oddly steely. His expression is stoic. I feel my mouth slanting downward into a slight frown.

   What's his problem?

   I glance at Rogue, raising an eyebrow, and in response, he lifts one shoulder up imperceptibly.

"Yeah..." I respond, pretending not to notice Sting's off behavior. Rogue and I walk in silence to Sting.

"Ladies first," Rogue says, smiling and gesturing for me to walk in. Sting glares at Rogue and I see his fist clench.

Okay then...hmmm, is Sting getting jealous for no reason? Yep. TOTALLY.

I return the smile weakly, and walk through the door onto the tippy top of probably the longest, plainest staircase I have ever seen, feeling Sting's eyes watching my every move.

I hesitantly walk down the first step, then pause. Me and long staircases have an interesting relationship...they always seem to have the intent to humiliate me.

Holding onto the cobweb covered railing, I descend with mixed success.

I am about halfway down when I lose my footing and tumble down the seemingly endless staircase. I barely have time to register what's happening as pain shatters through various points of my body. I hear a metallic Clang! as my left arm hits the railing, and I let out a yelp. After a another few seconds of falling, I stop feeling pain.

  I hear two pairs of feet race down the stairs.

   "(Y/N)!" I hear a certain blonde call.

  Rogue appears in my vision, standing over me with concern. He holds out a hand to help me up. I gladly stretch out my arm, but wince as pain spikes down my arm.

"Are you okay?" Rogue asks as he gently helps me up.

"F-fine..." I respond with a one-word answer, still a little shocked that I didn't just break my neck and die.

Sting looks at me worriedly. His gaze drifts down to the connection of my hand with Rogue's.

I hurriedly detangle my hand from Rogue's.

"What's going on here?" Sting snarls, staring daggers at the Shadow Dragon.

"What does it look like?" Rogue counters, his tone as cold as ice.

Wha...what's going on?!

"It looks like...you're making a move!" Sting growls, taking a step towards Rogue.

M-making a move...? Why is everything so fast-paced?! SO CONFUSED!

"So what if I am?" Rogue asks smugly.

I watch helplessly as their auras clash against each other.

"Minna-san, is everything..." Yukino walks into the scene, and looks at the situation in confusion. "...alright?"

I give her a: HELP ME T~T type of face.

At Yukino's entrance Twin Dragons are interrupted from their state, and their auras fade away, leaving two aggravated yet confused dragon slayers.

Sighing from relief, I mouth a thank you to Yukino. I drag Rogue away before him and Sting can tear each other apart.

"We'll be researching! Good luck to you!" I shout as I drag Rogue deep into the library.

I half-hear a response of a trail of words smudged together. My mind is racing at a hundred miles an hour, thinking over what just occurred.

I feel the weight of more stress pile onto my shoulders as I replay everything that has happened within the span of a few days.

I have been chosen for the Grand Magic Games. I have been training with the Twin Dragons. I have made friends with Yukino. Fairy Tail has returned. I am not allowed to visit them because of my sadistic guild master. The Twin Dragons may or may not like me. We are about to find a place to train for three months.

I sigh deeply. What have I gotten myself into?

But I've made the cover, so I've been making progress.

And I'm also working on the next chapter for this. I'm just a terribly slow writer. Lol.
