~Chapter Twenty-One~
Once we made it to the top, Ritsu unlocked the side door and we snuck inside the building. Noticing how many security guards there were, Professor Vic knew what she had to do, unlike my dense classmates. She slipped a couple times on purpose as she walked towards the guards, acting as though she had a bit too much to drink. Bumping into one of the guards, she giggled. "Oops, sorry! Blame the minibar in my room."
The guard was already seduced by her charm, as well as the other guards. Taking this to her advantage, Vic noticed the piano. "Oh, that's the piano I'm going to be playing next week!" She then convinced the guards to watch her play, beckoning them to inch forward. As she started to play, the guards didn't notice as the rest of us snuck around them.
As we crept out of sight, Nagisa commented on Professor Vic's skills. "Let this be a lesson to not judge a book by its cover," Professor Kurasuma notes. "Although she's your Language Arts teacher, she's one of the most dangerous women in the world."
We nodded, then headed upstairs.
"Hey, Mister Kurasuma?" Nagisa asks. "Wouldn't it be weird to thee people if a bunch of kids just walked around here?"
"Where do you think the rich travelers' kids go? The bar. So it's not that suspicious."
This gave Korosensei an idea. "Hey! Let's practice. Show me some entitlement." And, with that, everyone attempted to look snobby, but they all looked as if they were trying too hard. Remembering the book I'd read, I cleared my throat, then tried my best.
I tilted my head up so my chin was high and put my hand on my shoulder. Raising an eyebrow, I scoffed. "Pfft, as any of you could compete with my skills! I'm the best actor there ever was."
"As if!" Terasuka retorted. "You don't even talk much, so how can you-"
I start giggling, leaving Terasuka confused. Korosensei laughed as well. "She was acting, Terasuka," he replied. "Looks like we got a good liar!" I laugh as I pull out The Act of Deceit. "What do you think I do when I'm not talking? I'm working as hard as everyone else is, even if it doesn't seem like it!"

We continued walking down the hall. "Hey," Terasuka grins, "since nobody is suspecting us, why don't we just run to the top?" Before anybody could say anything, he and his friend ran down the hall. Noticing the man that walked towards us, Yuzuki shouted, "Terasuka, watch out!"
I realized that the man was the one that gave us complimentary drinks... He must've been the one that poisoned the others! However, before anyone could do anything, Kurasuma pushed the two boys out of the way. As a result, he was sprayed by the man with what I could guess is toxic fumes.
Kurasuma jumped back as the man laughed. "What gave me away?" He asked, smirking. "You're the guy who gave us the drinks, weren't you?" I glared at him, a shadow cast on my face. "Yeah!" Yuzuki agreed. "I find it weird that you'd be here if you worked for the other place."
"I see you've got a good eye for faces!" The man replies. "Wait, so you were the one who poisoned the drinks!" Kayano exclaimed, aggravated. "Oh yeah? And where's your proof?"
"We've been in groups all day," Yuzuki retorts, "and the only time we were together was during dinner. So," she points towards the man accusingly, "that makes you the culprit! Elementary work."
"Congrats on finding out my identity," he cackles, "but it's already too late." Kurasuma falls to the floor, most likely due to the fumes.
"Careful, kids, he's a poisoner," Korosensei says. "He is an expe-"
Before he could continue to say anything, I leapt towards the man. Whenever someone speaks in books, they are too caught up in conversation to react when someone attacks, so I figured this would be a good opportunity.
Quickly, I spun myself around, landing right behind the man. I pull out a pocket knife that I bought from one of the gift stores beforehand and pressed it against the man's neck. I could hear him and my classmates gasp in horror and amazement.
"Listen, bud. My friends could die from whatever you drugged them with, so I have a few questions to ask of you," I inquire, my voice threatening. As the man reaches for the fume gun, I press the knife further. "You could spray me if you want, but I'd still have enough strength to slice your throat open."
I lean closer to his ear. "You could scream all you want, but, after all, it would take hours for the ambulance to reach you, just like my fellow classmates." I smirk, knowing that I've actually fooled the man into thinking I would kill him. It's pretty obvious, since he was all talk before I threatened him. "So," I whispered, "would you be willing to answer some questions, or would you rather die?"
"F-Fine," he mumbles. "It just depends on what questions you ask."
"Great!" I exclaim, smiling brightly. "Nice going, [Y/N]-Chan!" Karma grins. I grin back at him, then turn towards the man again.
"Alright, so my first question is, what did you spray my Professor with?" I ask, still leaving the blade against his neck. I can't risk inhaling whatever Kurasuma breathed... I may be fast, but my body is not ready to deal with anything more than my scars.
"It's a homemade concoction!" The man says. "One whiff turns enemies into statues."
"Do you know where the antidote is for the poison, if any?" I can't let my classmates die. Sure, they were a pain in the ass when they asked about my scars, but they're still my classmates.
"Sorry, can't say! You'll have to ask my boss."
"Who's your boss?" I ask, deep in thought. We need to get to the bottom of this.
"You'll meet him at the top!" He smiles. "If you even get there."
"Would you really like to test me?" I ask, the knife creating a slight cut. "Would you really want a death on your hands?" The man replies, his smirk widening. I exhale. He was right. I retract the knife, tucking the blade into my back pocket.
"Oh, well! I guess it's time to tell the big man that the deal's off. You win some, you lose some, I guess."
The man turned around to exit, but me and some of my classmates blocked both exits. Professor Kurasuma stood up, wavering a bit. "You were a bit too early to show off your true colors, pal..." He speaks. The man, shocked by Kurasuma's strength, decided to fight him despite his conditions.
Unsurprisingly, as he attempted to spray Kurasuma once more, he got kicked in the face and collapsed. Kurasuma staggered a bit before falling as well.
"Mister Kurasuma!"

We tied the man up and hid him underneath the table. Isogai carried Kurasuma, and we headed down the hall yet again.
Although we were supposed to be sneaking, Karma kept teasing me about how scary I looked.
As we reached another hallway, we noticed a man out in the open. We hid, but he most likely heard our footsteps. He broke the glass window, then looked towards our direction.
"I didn't want to fight a bunch of amateurs."
