Shypaw PoV

I playfully growled as the kittens attacked me.
"Haha! You craftedclan cat! You can never defeat the RunawayClan!" A she-kit named Wildkit yowled as she was standing on top of me. I giggled softly as I felt more bodies get on top of me.
"The RunawayClan are Victorious!" Minnowkit and Fawnkit yowled and I giggled even more.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey come stand beneath the High rock for a clan meeting!" I heard Chuggastar howl as the kits got off me. I heard the kits whispering about becoming apprentice and I purred softly.
"Hey." I heard ProtonPaw purr softly as he rubbed his tail down my spine.
"Hello." I purred back and we walked towards a spot near Brightheart and Spottedleaf.
"Hello ProtonPaw." I heard another cat meow and I turned my head. My eyes became slits as I watched Streampaw (I think that's her name) sit next to ProtonPaw. A little to close for comfort to me.
"Hello Streampaw"ProtonPaw purred out as he nuzzled her cheek a bit.
I growled softly and looked at Brightheart and Spottedleaf who were staring at us. I saw Brightheart roll her eyes at Streampaw and gave me a reassuring look. Spottedleaf doing the same.
<<Time skip to after meeting>>
I walked out of the camp to hunt for a bit to clear my mind.
"Hey Shypaw!" I heard someone meow and I turned quickly. I rolled my eyes as I saw ProtonPaw and Streampaw running towards me.
"Hey. Wanna come hunting with us?" Streampaw Asked, she seemed like she didn't want me to say yes.
"Um... N-no thanks... I-I just wanted to take a walk..." I whispered and lowered my head, looking at ProtonPaw who was too busy looking at Streampaw to notice.
"Oh. Well we'll see you later!" Streampaw said a little Too excitedly as she ran ahead of ProtonPaw who hadn't moved from the spot.
"Well... Aren't you going with her?" I asked as I turned away from him and started to walk away.
"Y-yeah... I'll talk to you later Shypaw..." He said as he followed Streampaw.

I felt a tear fall as he left. Then another. More tears fell as I ran deeper into RunawayClan territory, running from my problems, running from Lilymint, running from ProtonPaw. Running from the nightmares that kept coming.

Just... Running...
