I stumbled to my best slowly. I was dead ((holy shit my voice just cracked 5 times. Welp. I'm definitely ill...)) tired. After our trip to YogsClan Chuggastar took me training and it was tough I won't lie.
"You okay?" ProtonPaw asked me as he walked closer to me, allowing me to lean on him a bit.
"Exhausted. That's it." I whispered as he laid me down in my nest.
"Thank you." I told him as I laid my head down on my paws my eyes quickly shutting.
<<Time skip to Leafbare (winter)>>
I came back into camp only carrying a small Mouse. Since Leafbare has started Prey has gotten smaller and there's very little to eat.
"ProtonPaw want to share a mouse?" Lilymint asked him flirt-like. She had been made a warrior a few weeks back and I hated her even more.
"No. I'm not hungry." I heard him say and I frowned even more. He was going more hungry so that others had prey to eat.
"Shypaw can I talk to you?" Brightheart asked me. I nodded and put my mouse on the tiny fresh kill pile.
"Do you know why ProtonPaw isn't eating?" She asked me and I told her the exact reason.
"Hm... Maybe he'll eat if you offer him food. You never know." She told me and I nodded my head.
"I'll try." I said and I grabbed the mouse.
"P-ProtonPaw would you like to share a mouse?" I asked him softly and I sat near him.
"... Sure... That'd be nice." He replied back just as Softly. I heard Lilymint scoff at us.
"I just asked you and you said you weren't hungry." She snapped at him.
"Go away Lilymint." I hissed out softly as I took a bite of the mouse after ProtonPaw took a bite.
"Stupid Rogue." She hissed and walked away.
I swallowed slowly after she said that. I've been here for moons and no matter what I do she calls me a rogue. I lost my appetite and pushed the mouse closer to ProtonPaw.
"You eat... I'm... Not that hungry..." I whispered and placed my head on my paws slowly.
What can I do?
I felt someone nuzzle my cheeks and I felt my ears heat up a bit.
"Don't worry about Lilymint. She's Rude." ProtonPaw whispered softly, purring as well.
"If you say so..." I told him and I wrapped my tail up with his slowly, purring softly as well.
"Thank you for the mouse Shypaw..." He mumbled.
"Your welcome."
"Um... Excuse me...?" A cat meowed quietly and we both opened our eyes.
In front of me stood a grey cat with blue eyes.
"Who are you?" ProtonPaw asked slowly, his tail moving away from mine.
"I'm stream... I was wondering if I could join this clan... I've been to others but they rejected me, saying no rogue is aloud in there camp..." She said softly and I felt bad for her. "I can ask our leader. I'm sure he'll let you into the clan." I said to her and smiled.
"I'm ShyPaw and this is ProtonPaw."I told her.
"Are you two mates?" She asked, cocking her head to the side.
"N-no! I-I'm mean... No we aren't." I told her as my chest fur puffed up. ProtonPaw was licking his chest fur down quickly." Not yet..." I mumbles very softly.
"Oh. It looked like it. That's why I asked." She purred out and I suddenly felt scared...
What would she do...?
"I'll go get Chuggastar you stay here." I told her as I stood and stretched. Walking towards Chuggastar's den.
