I ran through the woods trying to find Shypaw. She didn't come back yesterday and it caused a small panic. Lilymint didn't care at all and Streampaw seemed all too happy about her not coming back. Brightheart was looking by the lake with MasaeLeaf, and Chuggastar and Spottedleaf were looking by the borders. I was running the oath Shypaw ran through yesterday. I hope she stayed on the same path because if she didn't we might not be able to find her...

I stopped suddenly as a familiar scent came across me and I walked backwards a bit and looked around. I stopped my head as I looked into a tree hole. There curled up into a ball in the hollowed out trunk was Shypaw. She looked asleep. I trotted over to her sleeping body softly (as softly as I could since it was leaf fall.)

"Shypaw...? Are you okay...?" I asked softly in her ear. She moved a bit and snuggled her head closer to her. She's adorable in her sleep... Aww... I licked her cheek softly and whispered again.

"Wake up Shypaw."

"No thanks." She muttered but didn't open her eyes.
"But I wanna see your pretty eyes..." I whispered and licked her cheeks softly again.

"No you rather see Streampaw's or Lilymint's eyes rather than mine..." She mumbled and I had to lean on more to hear her.
I lowered my eyes and sat down as close to the trunk as I could.
"No... No. Her Streampaw's eyes are blue. Lilymint's eyes are Green... But your eyes are different. Your eyes.. Are the first eyes I... I fell in love with..." I mumbled the last part as it started to rain. It was silent except for the rain that was turning into a down pour.
"H-here..." Shypaw whispered as she moved over, creating a bit of space for me to be next to her.

"T-thanks..." I walked in next to her, our cheeks rubbing together a bit. We both shivered a bit and we both leaned against each other, trying to get warm a bit. I licked her head softly and I heard her purr softly.

"Shypaw! ProtonPaw!" I heard Brightheart meow as she started to run over.

Shypaw stepped a bit closer to me, putting her tail over mine and I putted softly as she nuzzled. My cheek softly.

"I... I love you Shypaw..."

She didn't get to say anything because Spottedleaf,Chuggastar, MasaeLeaf and Brightheart had made it to the tree, questioning Shypaw about why she ran and where she's been.
I purred softly to myself and we started to walk back to the camp, Shypaw and I walked behind the group a bit, our fur close to each other,
