The hair in the picture is a wig, btw. Lol. Anyway. Welcome to the special chapter for this book! This book has gotten so far in a short amount of time and I'm proud of it. So, to reward my lovely ghouls for being so kind to continue reading this, here is a mission from CHIKA!
Btw, it was 1am while I wrote half of this.

Few Years Before the Book Begins...

Y/n sat in the Chika meeting room, her leather booted feet resting atop the, now slightly dirty, table. Y/n picked at her nails as she listened to Brian give information to her and another one of her team mates- Harley.

"Welcome again ladies," Brian said, setting up a projector at the front of the room. "Today I will be assigning you a mission that could help Chika learn more about the CCG."

Brian flipped on a screen and the projector showed an image of the CCG captain's mansion. The place was huge and overly decorated as if it was saying, "Look at me, I'm rich and you're not!"

"This here is Ishikawa Tomohiko's mansion. Tomohiko is hosting a party for the CCG and they're basically inviting in ghouls for the masquerade."

Y/n stood up and stretched. "I read the mission file, I know what we need to do. Get into the party, beat some ass, retrieve a file, and blow the popsicle stand before anything is noticed missing."

Brian sighed. "That file is classified."

Y/n shrugged, popping her fingers. "As long as I'm provided with the outfit, I'll accept the mission."

Time skip

Y/n slipped on her wing over her hair and put her Anubis mask on after. She checked her earpiece connection and after finding it was fine, she went to the limo.

Anubis stepped into the limo and slid next to Harley. Harley wore a white lace dress the went to her mid thigh and a pair of white flats. Her blonde hair was pulled up in a curled ponytail with a red ribbon in her hair. She adjusted her mask and the two girls fist bumped.

The drive was a little long since they had the be farther out of Tokyo. When they arrived the door was opened by men in matching white feather masks. "Doves," she thought.

The mansion seemed larger in person, which gave Y/n an uneasy feeling. Anubis and Harley walked down the sides of the huge water fountain and up the stairs to the large doors. Two men stood outside the door wearing Dove masks.

Anubis and Harley showed the Doves their invitations. The Doves opened the doors and let the two walk in.

Right when they walked in, the noticed some aroma floating around the room. Anubis and Nurse instantly felt a whole lot weaker.

"Shit," Anubis coughed, "this will be harder."

The two ghouls walked through a large archway and into the ball room. Women and men, humans and ghouls, alike danced, chatted, and ate. The orchestra was playing an elegant people danced to. Servants in Dove masks went around handing out champagne and small snacks.

"Brian said the room was a floor up," Anubis said, slipping Nurse an earpiece. "You look out and I'll-"

Before Anubis could finish, a man cut her off. "Ah, hello, dears!" The two turned around to see a tall man in a black suit with brown hair that went to his shoulders a red mask covered the top half of his face.

"Welcome to my party! I'm Mr. Tomohiko. And you are?" Tomohiko waited for Y/n and Nurse to respond.

"Our names are classified," Nurse fake giggled, "it's a masquerade!"

Tomohiko laughed along and nodded. "That is true, dear. Well then, I'll call you Nurse and you Chihuahua."

Anubis furrowed her eyebrows. Nurse and Anubis said in unison, "Chihuahua?"

"Well, Nurse, may I have this dance?" Tomohiko asked as a new song started and the dance changed. Nurse took Tomohiko's hand and he led her to the dance floor.

"This is my chance," Anubis sighed. Anubis weaved her way through the crowd, avoiding servants, Doves, and other ghouls. She made her way up some stairs and to the second floor.

Anubis was the only one in the hallway. She walked through the halls, opening doors to bathrooms, bedrooms, libraries, then finally, the office.

Tomohiko's office was covered in Ghoul masks. Anubis recognized a lot of the masks. She spun around slowly in the center of the room to get a full view of all the masks that covered the wall, she realized something. The masks were of the ghouls that Tomohiko had killed.

"I need to hurry," Anubis cursed. This man was sick. Anubis ran to the computer and opened it up. She took out a USB out of her bag and put it in the computer. She opened the files titled, "Toxic Ghoul Gas," and transferred the data from the computer to the USB.

As the data was transferring, the door slammed open and there was Tomohiko with henchmen behind him. Tomohiko had Nurse's mask in his hand. 'Shit,' Anubis cursed.

Anubis took a small handle with a blade attached on the end from her bag, and pressed a button on it that made the handle expand to a staff.

Tomohiko grinned ear to ear as he pointed a finger at Anubis. "Kill this mutt and get her mask!"

The two henchmen guys ran at Anubis. Because Anubis was weak from the spray, she couldn't use her kagune. Anubis cursed as one punched her in stomach. The two teamed up and beat Anubis to the ground, beating her by kicking, punching, and using her weakened state to cut her.

As the henchmen lifted Anubis up, Tomohiko went up to her. "I didn't know my spray worked this well." He grabbed Anubis's chin and lifted her head to make her look up at him.

Anubis spat blood in Tomohiko's face and twisted the arm of one of her captors. One guy let go, which gave Anubis the chance to punch the other. The two henchmen fell to the ground in pain. Anubis kicked up herself staff into her hands and stabbed the toe guys in the hearts so they couldn't bug her any longer.

Tomohiko wiped off the blood from his eyes. But when he looked up, his eyes were in kakugan form. "What?" Anubis gasped.

"I hate ghouls like you," her growled, "I'm glad I joined the Doves."

Tomohiko ran at Anubis, but she jumped over his attack. She spun around and stabbed him through the chest. All he did was turn around and grab the staff by the blade and pull it out of her hands.

He ran at Anubis and knocked her down, straddling her waist. He lifted the staff and started stabbing and stabbing and stabbing. Anubis screamed in pain as the blade pierced her stomach.

The busted open and in came Harley, her face scratched and her kakugan activated. Her bikaku was active and she instantly shot spikes at Tomohiko, who fell back, dropping the staff. Anubis got up with a groan, picking up her staff. She picked it up and plunged it into Tomohiko's heart over and over again.

Meanwhile, Harley retrieved the USB. An alarm snapped Anubis out of her trance as she stabbed the Ghoul to death.

"Let's go," Harley opened the window and helped Anubis jump out. That was one party Anubis would never forget.

I imagined a different ending, but that's okay. 😂
