Alison's P.O.V
"They are going to turn the life support off soon." My mum said.
"Why?" I chocked, tears rolling down my cheeks.
"Spencer isn't responding and after her heart nearly stopped, there isn't much more they do for her, it's up to Spencer now to keep her heart beating until her body is fully recovered and ready to wake up," my mum said pulling me into a hug, "I'm sorry honey."
"What happens if she does survive?"
"Well it will be a long recovery for Spencer not just physically, mentally as well."
"Can we go and visit her?"
"Ok."

"Can she hear us?"
"Probably, before her heart nearly stopped she could hear and when she heard her parents talking with the doctor about turning off life support her body was ready to give up so you have to be careful what you say."
"Can I be alone for a few minutes please?"
"Of course," the nurse and my mum left the room. I walked over to Spencer's bed.
"I'm sorry Spence, for everything, really," I looked down at her face she looked so peaceful, "please don't go, please don't give up, we all miss you, me and the others, I do care about you, I care about you all. I don't know why I'm so mean to you, to everyone, I don't like it, it's like I'm not myself, like I'm just acting." I stopped for a minute, drawing a shaky breath. "I don't like being queen bee, everyone hanging off your last word, everyone staring at you, always following you around, wearing the same clothes as you, it's all so stressful, picking out the perfect outfit, the perfect hairstyle, the perfect makeup, sometimes I just wish I was normal." "You are my best friend, everyone at school misses you, it's weird not having you siting with us at lunch." I stopped and turned around when the door opened.
"You ready to go honey?" My mum said her head round the door.
"Yeah," I smiled and turned back around and looked at Spencer, this might be the last time I see her, "bye Spence, please come back." I took one last look at her, my best friend, and a tear rolled down my cheek. "I miss you."
