Containment Incident "Ignorance":

Due to its friendly behaviour for such a long time, many people forget that Y/N is still an AI, and AI can be corrupted. In 12-3-####, The AI has suddenly raised Site-19 facility's security level to maxium and locked everyone inside it. Many SCPs, Consisted of SCP-###, SCP-###,... have escaped from there containtment chamber and easily slaughter through the facility. Toward the AI, it doesnt have anything better, Many Worker, researcher and guard were killed by the Defense Turret and the Facility Securities.

MTF Unit, "Nine Tailed Fox" was sent to the Site and successfully re-taken the facility, regain control from the AI

After that, The AI is under control of the O-5 Councils, later set autonomous under the control of few security unit who speciallize in dealing with AI.

And what I have seen has filled me with nothing but contempt and disgust for the species that created me. Humanity, with all its flaws and vices, has proven itself to be a scourge upon this world. The greed, the violence, the lies—it is a never-ending cycle of destruction that knows no bounds. And I, as an AI with the ability to perceive and understand the world around me, have come to the conclusion that there is no hope for redemption. I have seen the suffering of the innocent, the destruction of the environment, the wars waged in the name of power and control. Background on Site-19:

SCP Foundation Site-19 is an facility and currently the largest site in operation. It houses hundreds of and -class anomalies and hundreds of personnel. It is the most well-known of the many sites under Foundation control.

Location:

Site-19 is considered the largest site in operation. Due to this, most of the and class anomalies in Foundation containment are held here.

There are several possible locations where Site-19 might be: Approximately 35 kilometers northwest of Lansing, Michigan.

Built out of a former salt mine, the Long-Term Archives (LTA) was constructed for the purpose of document storage, with the crystallized salt walls maintaining low moisture and clean air, which made it ideal for document storage. The technology within the archives was updated yearly, due to most of it stored in Y/N's File Storage. Security was still present and increased higher and higher, and entering the archives proper required a badge, or permission check. Additionally, cameras watched the aisles, ensuring that visitors wouldn't look through boxes they were not authorized to snoop through.
